At Intermix, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a hassle-free return experience. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have the option to return it to any of our physical stores within 30 days of the purchase. Simply bring the item, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation email, to the nearest Intermix store. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you with the return process and provide you with a refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We apologize, but currently, our physical stores cannot process returns for international online orders.
