Last year, I created an Instagram account under the handle @maddiesartsucks. Initially, I used an email address that I had access to (possibly [redacted]), but I later changed it to an email that I made in incognito mode and can no longer remember. In June, when I attempted to log in, Instagram flagged it as a suspicious login and sent an email to the incognito-created address. Although I knew the password (either kikimama, Kikimama05, or gabeisawomanizerlmao), the actual email was masked. Despite sending a photo of myself with a security code, Instagram questioned the authenticity. Despite multiple attempts to prove my identity, they denied access and restricted further login tries. Concerned about my safety as a minor/student with personal information like my school and face publicly displayed, I urgently want to delete the account. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and have since adopted better account management practices. I am eager to regain access and ensure my privacy.

My Instagram account was hacked on September 23 at 9 pm. The old username was aktob_official, and later I changed it to aktob.kalmat. I signed up with a mobile number and later added an email. The phone number used was +[redacted]0. The hack occurred on a Honor 6x phone, but I usually use a Huawei Y9 [redacted] for the account. The hacker contacted me on Instagram offering to buy the account, but I declined. However, they managed to gain access to my Gmail account through a notification on my phone. Despite recovering the account and enabling two-factor authentication, it was stolen again. Instagram and Gmail support have not responded. I have evidence that the hacker has stolen other accounts with over 500K followers. I am 17 years old and devastated by the loss of my 367K followers since the hack. Please help me, I swear this is not a lie.

I have been unable to access my Instagram account for the past 6 to 7 months. This account holds many important photos, especially of my late sister who passed away in November. When I initially created the account, I used my school email which has since been deleted by the school administrator as I have graduated. Additionally, my phone number associated with the account has been changed, making it impossible for me to recover it through traditional means. I am willing to provide any necessary identification, such as my driver's license, to prove my identity and regain access to my account. I know my password but I am unable to verify my identity since I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to the account. Your assistance in helping me retrieve these cherished photos would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble unfollowing people on Instagram. It seems that I accidentally followed many unknown accounts while entering contests. I never shared my password, but something must have gone wrong. I also can't follow new accounts that I am interested in. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. I had to update my email and phone number due to not receiving the verification codes for password resets. Although I managed to regain access to my account, I am unsure if my current password is secure. I received a message suggesting I shared my password for more likes, which I have no interest in. With over 7,[redacted] unwanted followers, I want to clear my account and selectively follow users. Starting fresh seems necessary. How can I unfollow everyone and keep the same account name?

My Instagram account got action blocked, claiming I used a third-party app to gain likes and follows, which I've never done. I need help resolving this issue to continue growing my account. Even though I like a lot of pictures, I'm not a spam account. While I could wait a week for the ban to lift, I'd like to find a way to fix this sooner so I can get back to spreading love by liking other users' posts.

If your Instagram account is disabled, you will receive a message when trying to log in. Accounts not complying with Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may be disabled without prior notice. It is recommended to carefully review the Community Guidelines and all posted content on your accounts. Note that repeated violations can lead to permanent account removal.
If you believe your account was disabled erroneously, you can appeal the decision by logging in, entering your credentials, and following the instructions provided.
If you do not see a disabled message, you may be encountering login difficulties. Once an account is self-deleted or deleted by someone with access, it cannot be recovered. You have the option to create a new account with the previous email address, although you may not retain the same username.

Two weeks ago on a Wednesday, my account was banned for reasons I am unsure of. My account had been hacked two weeks prior when I fell for a DM scam that led me to a website where my Instagram info was compromised. I quickly changed my password the next day, but the hackers had already started sending messages from my account. Two days before the ban, Instagram prompted me to change my password due to suspicious activity. I submitted an appeal on the day of the ban but have not received a response yet. I simply want my account to be recovered as I am tired of waiting for something I did not do.

When I woke up this morning and tried to check my Instagram feed, I realized I had been logged out. My username was no longer showing, neither was my email address or mobile number. Upon logging back in through Facebook, I saw someone else's profile under my name, "Twanda Turner" aka "yehudalowery". This mix-up is definitely not me, and I would like my account back as "___l.a.r.a___". I didn't receive any notification about an email change. Can you please assist me with this? Hello, my account (@allmyloveforzeavey) was recently reported for impersonation. This was done by a former friend who is trying to harm my reputation due to the success of my account. I want to clarify that I am not impersonating anyone. I have been running this account for two years to show love and support for my idols, who are aware of my presence. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with my Instagram account @thebellamkay. Hello. I am in desperate need of assistance. My Instagram account was HACKED and subsequently DELETED.
I am a micro Instagram influencer with 28,[redacted] followers and my username was @JACKAFRASS.
On Wed, Sep 25, at 4:41 PM (EDT), I received an unfamiliar email from Instagram <[redacted]> informing me of a new login from an unrecognized device in New York, NY, United States.
Shortly after, at 4:42 PM (EDT), I got another email from Instagram <[redacted]> stating that the email on my account was changed to [redacted] without my consent.
The email included instructions to secure my account, but when I tried, I couldn't log in as my account appeared to have been deleted.
I depend on my Instagram for business and personal memories, and losing it is devastating. I have been unable to contact Instagram for help, and I fear losing brand deals. Please help me regain access to my account.

Two weeks ago, my account was hacked, prompting me to change my username, password, and temporarily deactivate the account. Yesterday, when I attempted to reactivate my account after a two-week waiting period, the Instagram app on my iPhone asked me to log in. Upon entering my credentials, I received a message stating that my account was temporarily locked. Following the instructions, I confirmed ownership through a security code sent to my phone. Yesterday, I created a business email on Yahoo.com and attempted to set up a business account on Instagram. However, upon registering, I received a message indicating that the email was already associated with an existing account. I have a main account and set up a secondary account to share photos unrelated to me, of a random theme. The second account is linked to my main one, and I now wish to delete it as I've had a change of heart. I have encountered several issues with my Instagram account over the past three days. Firstly, the in-app notifications are not working correctly as they fail to show likes and follows despite me receiving them. Secondly, I am unable to edit my profile because when I click the checkmark, it loads but doesn't save any changes. I am having trouble sharing posts from my feed or others' feeds. On my main account, I used to have this feature, but it disappeared 4 months ago and never returned. I created a secondary account to test if it was a glitch, and on that account, I am able to share posts to my stories. However, I operate my business from my main account and resetting my following is not an option.
