My CVT transmission failed on my [redacted] Infiniti JX35 on Friday, July 19, [redacted]. The transmission completely stopped working, and the car had to be towed to the shop with [redacted],[redacted] miles on it, just outside the warranty. This failure is disappointing for such an expensive car, leading us to reconsider Infiniti in the future. Despite this, our Volvo with [redacted],[redacted] miles runs smoothly. The breakdown occurred right before our family beach vacation drive from Pennsylvania to North Carolina, causing us to get a rental car, adding unexpected expenses. As a premium brand, I am requesting that Infiniti cover at least a portion of the repair and rental car costs to alleviate the financial burden of this unexpected issue.

On July 29, [redacted], I purchased a navigation update online and was charged by PayPal with confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation from Infiniti, so I called on July 30 to check the status. After no response, I contacted again on August 2. The representative mentioned technical issues causing the order not to go through, promising a refund. Upon a subsequent call on August 13, a different representative explained the refund would take another week. As of today, August 25, [redacted], I am still awaiting the refund. I want Infiniti to address this matter promptly to avoid further inconveniences. Thank you.

I have been without internet access for more than a week. I attempted to receive assistance online, but the issue was not resolved despite their efforts. I explained that my current service package is not any better than using an antenna, and all I want is reliable internet and Wi-Fi without the cable. I am very dissatisfied with the ongoing back and forth and lack of communication with a live person. I hope this can be addressed promptly. Thank you.
