I have been attempting to secure a remote job through your platform for some time now. It is imperative that you enhance the screening process for employers listed on your site. My experience with one company, HCL, was alarming as they attempted to deceive me by requesting my bank account login information after sending a fraudulent W4 form. Another suspicious incident involved a company sending me a check for job equipment with the demand that I deposit it into my account and exclusively buy their products to grant them access to my personal details.
It is crucial that your company rigorously scrutinize employers to prevent users from falling victim to scams. Your reputation is at stake, as individuals who are defrauded may take legal action against both you and the companies involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account has been hacked, and getting my password reset has been impossible because the hackers are always ahead of me. I feel like I'm losing job opportunities and appearing foolish. I am frustrated that there is no direct contact on the job page for these urgent security issues. I am shocked by this situation and wouldn't have used Indeed if I had known. I am very upset and will be reaching out to my attorney. It is irresponsible not to have a phone number for assistance in such situations in this day and age. I am prepared to contact the Attorney General, FTC, FBI, Better Business Bureau, and will not give up until this matter is resolved.

I need to retake the Advanced Attention to Detail assessment because I was interrupted several times while taking it, and a decent score is required for a job I applied for. I was able to complete the regular Attention to Detail test without interruption and scored "Expert," proving I possess the necessary skill for the job. Unfortunately, interruptions led me to time out during the Advanced test, preventing me from completing all questions. This affected my score and does not reflect my true ability. Achieving at least a "Proficient" score on the Advanced assessment is crucial for my job application and others, so I kindly request your understanding in this matter.

I have been receiving multiple emails over the past two weeks from addresses like this one Burk Temmy <[redacted]>. The emails claim to be from HR departments of legitimate companies but have poor English. When I responded to one of these emails, I received WhatsApp messages from someone named Anna, claiming to be a Director of one of the companies. The address given was in Sydney with a Singapore phone number, even though the company is actually based in Melbourne. I suspect these emails are scams, as they offer me positions that do not match my work experience. I would be happy to share these emails with you if you are interested. - Jim Sinclair

I was offered a personal assistant position by individuals claiming to be associated with the company. The job descriptions provided for both positions were very similar and involved tasks such as paying bills and making donations on behalf of the employer. The correspondence was done via email and phone calls from individuals with US and Oklahoma phone numbers. Despite pointing out my concerns about the hiring process being unusual, the individuals insisted on moving forward with the hiring process. They requested personal information like name, address, and cell phone number as part of the application process. Due to the suspicious nature of these interactions, I have chosen not to respond to further emails. It is important to investigate these potential scams to protect others from falling victim to such deceitful practices.

I'm struggling to log into my profile account to add a new cover letter. I want to maintain the current one I use but add another for different job types. I believe my password is still valid since I last used it a few months ago. The Indeed login app from Google isn't directing me to my account login page.
UPDATE: Despite the response from Indeed indicating I can't upload a cover letter separately and must apply for each job, I have always been able to choose whether to include one or not when applying via email on Indeed. When using the Apply Now or Easy Apply tabs, I could edit my resume and cover letter. Although I reset my password and accessed my account, I can't locate the stored cover letter from previous applications to edit or add a new one. Additionally, I'm struggling to find the option to add a new career path such as Sales Associate and receive email notifications for related jobs like I did with another category a few months back.

I signed up for an account without understanding the process. I was expecting a credit from a letter, but it wasn't applied to my account.
