InTown Suites Customer Service Issues

During my stay at InTown Suites on Albemarle Road, an incident occurred where a shotgun shell was fired through the window of my room after 88 days. The general manager asked us to leave the property for an investigation, resulting in us missing three days of our prepaid week. Despite the investigation finding in my favor, we were not reimbursed for the three days missed, nor did we receive the free week as promised. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Intown Suites Elk Grove (Chicago - O'Hare) To whom it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention that the front desk staff at this location has been missing for the past two days (October 5th and 6th). Phone calls are going unanswered, which is causing inconvenience for residents like myself. We are unable to take care of business-related issues or address maintenance and housekeeping concerns. There is a concern regarding another resident who is a registered sex offender staying here. As there are families with children living in the building and nearby daycare centers and apartments, it’s crucial to address this issue promptly.
