After contacting customer service to cancel an order, the initial representative did not inform me that the delivery fee wouldn't be refunded. Subsequently, I learned from online sources that the delivery fee is non-refundable. During a follow-up call, another representative claimed to have the authority of a manager and denied my requests to speak with a manager. After being put on hold, I was assured I would receive a full refund, but when the refund was processed, it was incorrect. Even accounting for the non-refundable delivery fee, the amount was still inaccurate. The lack of proper notice from the delivery team is also concerning, as I only received a 9-minute heads-up before their arrival. I contacted customer service to cancel an order, but the initial rep didn't mention the non-refundable delivery fee. After researching and finding out about this policy, another representative claimed to have the authority of a manager but avoided connecting me with one. Despite assurances of a full refund, the amount I received back was incorrect, even without the delivery fee. Not only was I dissatisfied with the refund, but I was also upset by the lack of notice given by the delivery person before arriving, only providing 9 minutes warning. I demand a complete refund and better training for your representatives to avoid situations like this in the future. It has been frustrating not being able to reach customer service due to high call volume.

Hello, yesterday I tried to purchase a kitchen online and benefit from the 30% off doors promotion. I already had a planning appointment and made some slight changes to the kitchen, but I know exactly what I need. However, at checkout, some items were removed as "not available for delivery or collection." I decided not to proceed with the order. Upon reflection, I am curious if these items might become available at a later date and if there is any guarantee for this. On Monday, May 4th, I used the Kitchen Design Tool to order a kitchen but encountered issues reaching the planning department for a design review. I made a payment of £[redacted] through PayPal to IKEA Limited. After finally booking a meeting on May 8th with Eleanor Ford from the Norwich branch, she was able to enhance my design and include necessary components. The refined design details are as follows:

I received my order today, but unfortunately, 26 pieces are missing out of the 66 I was supposed to receive. The delivery only included 40 pieces. My order number is #[redacted]37-[redacted]-1. Ikea had indicated in an email and phone call that the entire order would arrive today. I haven't received any updates about items being out of stock, so I believe everything should have been delivered. I've tried to contact customer service, but the phone line disconnects immediately, and the email system seems to only handle order cancellations. I urgently need to speak with a representative to ensure they are aware of the missing items and to arrange for any outstanding pieces to be expedited, even at an additional cost.

I utilized Ikea's online cancellation form to cancel both of my orders three weeks ago. After not receiving any updates a week later, I contacted the hotline number listed on the USA website. It took multiple attempts and a considerable amount of time to reach a representative. The agent confirmed the cancellation of my orders, mentioned the refund amount, and provided receipts as evidence of the process. I am facing an urgent situation due to recent changes in immigration laws and will no longer have a residence to receive these orders.
Unexpectedly, a delivery arrived last week despite my timely cancellation. I haven't opened the parcel yet. Numerous tries to contact the hotline were unsuccessful.
My refund only reflects $44 for one canceled order, but based on the attached confirmation receipts, I am still owed $69.94 plus $10 for freight for order number [redacted]9. I have emailed multiple addresses requesting the remaining refund for order [redacted]9. The Return facilities are closed, and I am unable to return the unopened box before moving out.
