As a deaf retiree approaching age 65, I tried calling the IBM Employee Services center for medical insurance assistance but had trouble navigating the phone system options. Even the TTY number did not yield results. Email would be more efficient in this case.
I am seeking guidance on enrolling in Medicare. Should I sign up for Parts A and B now? When IBM's open enrollment for medical benefits arrives, can I enroll in Medicare Advantage plans for extra coverage? Or will I need to opt for the Towers Watson OneExchange separately? This is confusing, especially with my 65th birthday approaching soon. Thankfully, my husband, at 62, remains eligible for IBM retiree healthcare plans.
Please respond to me via email.
Thank you, Karen S. ([redacted])

In August, I requested an address change for my retirement benefits check. Despite being assured that the change was made, the checks continue to be sent to my old address. I have attempted to update the address using the phone number on my check stub, but it has been unsuccessful. After enduring lengthy wait times and multiple transfers on the phone, the issue remains unresolved. I urgently need my check to arrive on time to pay rent. Please provide a contact number to facilitate the address change or make the adjustment directly to [redacted] Ashley Oaks Dr., Lexington, KY [redacted]. Thank you. - Helene B., formerly of [redacted] Felix Dr., Georgetown, KY [redacted], spouse of Robert L. Brumback.

Subject: Issue with IBM Quantum-Experience QPU in Melbourne
To whom it may concern at IBM Quantum-Experience,
I want to express my gratitude for enabling access to your quantum computers via the cloud. However, it appears that the QPU located in Melbourne with 14 qubits is experiencing functionality issues.
Despite my efforts, even basic Qiskit code fails to execute, producing error code [redacted]. I hope this detail aids in troubleshooting. I would appreciate updates on the QPU repair progress and insight into the initial problem.
I have included a sample Qiskit circuit as follows:
```
circuit = q.QuantumCircuit(2,2) # 2 qubits, 2 classical bits
circuit.x(0) # not gate
circuit.cx(0,1) # cnot (controlled not)
circuit.measure([0,1], [0,1])
backend = provider.get_backend("ibmq_16_melbourne")
job = q.execute(circuit, backend=backend, shots=[redacted])
```
Upon checking 'job.error_message()', I received the following error: 'Error running job on real device.. Error code: [redacted].'
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
T. Stams

IBM handles all Lenovo computer repair, maintenance, and warranty services in the US. A Lenovo Thinkpad P73 workstation I ordered on December 3rd arrived without a necessary storage drive, a hardware component that should have been included. Unfortunately, resolving this issue has been complicated due to IBM's apparent incompetence and lack of customer concern. Various suggested solutions, such as returning the unit for a refund or buying another at a higher cost, have not been feasible. Despite my efforts, IBM's departments seem unable to identify the required missing parts or provide a suitable resolution. This lack of coordination and refusal to acknowledge responsibility has left me frustrated and without the computer I ordered. I have even incurred additional costs and penalties due to delays in resolving this simple issue. I am now seeking a complete replacement computer from Lenovo without incurring additional costs or penalties for the delays caused by IBM's inefficiency.

A company using an IBM product financed to them is causing severe health issues in a residential area. The company, AB Technologies and Apex Technologies in Winston Salem, NC, uses a device called a TST Mastercam Simulator with Inticipator. This device is reportedly causing physical harm, especially in children, through sexual harassment and stalking. IBM is aware of this equipment obtained through a grant, and only six companies have this device. AB and Apex have not reported the device stolen and are committing multiple crimes. They are disregarding safety regulations, harassing civilians, and ignoring contractual obligations with IBM. This situation requires immediate investigation to protect innocent people from further harm. Authorities need to address these criminal activities and hold the companies accountable. Any support in contacting IBM's CEO for intervention would be greatly appreciated in resolving this distressing issue.

Upon my retirement from IBM in July [redacted], I was promised an annual reimbursement of up to $3,[redacted].00 for Medicare payments and co-pays by my manager. I made the decision to retire based on this information.
Recently, I was informed that starting Jan. 1, [redacted], this reimbursement will be reduced by $2,[redacted].00 yearly to cover the United Health Care medical plan premium, leaving only $1,[redacted] for reimbursements in [redacted] with no guarantee for the following years. While I understand there may have been a clause about IBM altering the benefits, it was not emphasized to me initially.
It is disappointing to see IBM making these changes, especially considering their financial stability. Given the shrinking number of retirees benefiting from this, it feels unjust that I will have to switch to United Health Care to retain any reimbursement. I feel IBM is acting unfairly and depriving me of the rightful benefit promised to me.

We are experiencing a printing issue with IBM iAccess for Windows on AS400 (QANTAS). Periodically, I discover printouts on the printer with my username, showing a "Work with Job" header. This occurs without any action on my part, resulting in significant paper wastage. The latest instance comprised 53 pages. I suspect a setting might be causing these reports to generate unintentionally. This has occurred three times previously. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.
