My name is Kiran Kumar Banjare, and my car's number plate is CG 04 PC [redacted]. I filed an insurance claim for my car on 27/09/[redacted] as the front bumper was broken, and the rear bumper needed denting and painting. When I received my car at 8:45 PM, I mentioned I couldn't thoroughly check it that night. They assured me it was 99.9% okay. The next morning, I saw that the front grille was damaged. When I returned to the workshop, they claimed it was already broken. After a lengthy argument, they agreed to fix it, but they keep delaying it, saying it will be done today or tomorrow. My car is damaged, and I am being led in circles. I need advice on what justice should be served since the mistake is theirs, and I am suffering because of it.
