Hello, I am Laurie Andrewsen. My order number is #7NP68046UM803870T for the Vickermen 6' Light Up Tree. I purchased this product, but the confirmation email I received only lists household items, which worries me. I am looking to expedite the shipping as I noticed the scheduled delivery window of 3/14-17 is too close to the event on 3/19, where I plan to set up the tree on 3/14. Is there a way to have it shipped earlier? I am willing to pay for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is not an option, I have experienced delays in deliveries before. Can you confirm if the delivery will be on time as promised, or if there is a possibility of it being postponed as some websites do, claiming backorders for months after initially promising delivery dates? Please advise on the possibility of arranging overnight shipping for tomorrow. Thank you.

I am Dean S., the owner of Highwood Construction. I recently received a negative review that seems to be false. The reviewer did not provide their name or contact information, and their claim of firing me is inaccurate as I've never been fired from a job. I am willing to share my accountant's information to verify that I have no record of working for this individual. I kindly ask Houzz to look into this defamatory review, possibly by requesting a contract with my company for verification. After checking my [redacted] contracts, I can confirm this accusation does not align with my work. If the reviewer remains anonymous and uncooperative, please consider removing the review. My company, Highwood Construction, has recently received an unfair and malicious review. The anonymous reviewer falsely claims that I was fired from a job, which is not true as I have never been fired. I am willing to provide my accountant's information to verify this. I kindly ask Houzz to investigate this misleading review. If the reviewer refuses to disclose their identity or further details, I request the removal of the post. I'm disappointed as well with the lack of visuals for the armoire considering the price. A description can only go so far, and images would have been very helpful. It's strange that large shelves seem to be optional for an added cost, and the ambiguity around the standard small shelves is frustrating. I also have spare white shelves and wonder if they would fit. The online display team could use some improvement, as it seems you're not the only one unsatisfied.

I ordered four Palmdale Swivel faux leather bar and counter stools, originally three and then added one more a few days later. Unfortunately, Houzz's delivery process has been consistently problematic for me. The worst experience was with the delivery of the three stools during a heavy rainstorm. When the delivery notification came, I found two of the boxes left outside in the rain, soaking wet and visibly damaged due to prolonged exposure. Despite managing to salvage one of the soaked stools, I refuse to accept the condition of the other rain-damaged box. It was disappointing that the delivery person did not consider the weather conditions and left the items exposed without notifying me properly. This delivery was unacceptable, and I request a refund instead of a replacement. I hope for a resolution to improve the delivery service to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Dee M.

Could someone assist me in retrieving some saved photos from the site? I had numerous pictures saved but I forgot my password. My log-in is linked to my old email address, and I am unable to recover my password as the link is sent to the compromised account. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge from Houzz on my credit card and had it reversed by a customer service agent. Despite this, an item I did not order arrived later on, identified as a plumbing fixture. Although I have not opened the package, I would like to return it. The item was shipped to Margaret Greenough at [redacted] 2nd Ave., Sacramento, CA, [redacted]. Could you kindly arrange for FedEx to pick it up promptly? The invoice number for the transaction is INV 1[redacted]-3[redacted].

Subject: Urgent Issue with Houzz Order #1[redacted]-5[redacted] Hello, I received only box #2 out of 2 for my recent order. Unfortunately, the marble base of the lamp included is cracked, likely due to mishandling during delivery by FedEx. I have shared a witness account from my neighbor detailing the incident where the delivery person threw the box over a fence, causing damage. As I cannot repackage the item, I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly. In addition to the damaged base, box #1 containing the missing lamp components did not arrive. This behavior from the FedEx employee is unacceptable, and I expect them to be held accountable for the damages caused. Your immediate attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Hello, I have been looking for a contractor online to work on my home. I found one on Houzz and contacted them through the website. Now, I have received an email asking me to create an account. I am unsure why this is necessary and if there are any fees involved. Also, I am not sure if my quote request has been sent to the contractor. Pat.
