He assured me in an email that I could cancel by January 1, [redacted]. Despite only one phone call and no profile setup, I am now trying to cancel my membership. I have requested confirmation of cancellation and ensured that my credit card is not charged. I am awaiting his response and support to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I was recently contacted by a representative from Houzz regarding updating my professional profile. I had previously discontinued my pro account due to the high cost for my small business. However, the representative reinstated my account without my consent, leading to unexpected charges on my debit card. Although my card was compromised and I did not provide the new details to Houzz, they continued to try and charge me, resulting in my account being sent to a credit agency for non-payment. Despite numerous attempts to contact the representative, I have not received a response. I have been unable to find a customer service number for Houzz, and my credit is now being impacted. Can anyone offer assistance with this situation? Thank you.

About a year ago, I purchased a wall-mounted framed bubble machine with water chambers art decor. While experiencing issues with the tubules blocking, Megan S. and others have assisted by sending additional tubules to fix the problem. I am currently seeking to order more tubules since last October, but the contact number is no longer operational, and my emails have gone unanswered. I need guidance on how to purchase additional tubules. Additionally, the remote control for changing colors is malfunctioning, and I require information on how to get a replacement. 1. I have been receiving texts on my cell phone from individuals seeking home staging or design services, mentioning they obtained my number from Houzz. I do not offer these services and only share my cell number with clients and close contacts. My number is not publicly available without my consent. I work as a Business Valuer, Forensic Examiner, and retired CPA/expert witness. 2. I have encountered a similar issue with Yelp, where they mentioned finding my cell number linked to Houzz. I kindly request that my name and cell number (The Ostermueller Group, LLC [redacted]) be removed from your records, site, and directories.

I need to correct a shipping address error for an order I placed today using my credit card. I recently purchased a uLoom handwoven jute and sisal rug, but I noticed that the shipping address is incorrect. The new correct address I need it shipped to is [redacted] Corson Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98[redacted]. My phone number remains the same at [redacted]. I have tried to cancel the order and update the address on the website, but it hasn't worked. I do not want the rug to go to the new owners of my former house in Santa Fe. I contacted you immediately after receiving a broken item. I sent pictures showing the damage on the vanity and have not heard back from you yet. My bathroom renovation is nearly complete, and I cannot place the vanity as it is. I wanted to surprise my husband with the new bathroom, but time is passing, and there's been no action on replacing this vanity. Please address this matter promptly. I have been a loyal customer for years and do not deserve this lack of response. I provided pictures for you to review the damage on the vanity, but I have not received any feedback from you. I spoke with IVORY from customer service who assured me the chairs I inquired about would fit under my kitchen table. However, upon arrival, I discovered the chairs are too wide to fit. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, they were already shipped. I plan to refuse delivery as a result of the inaccurate information provided by HOUZZ CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am unable to find the matching chairs for my table for $[redacted].00 and the company is claiming that refusing delivery is not an option. I plan to contest the charge with CAPITAL ONE VISA if needed. Additionally, I had a plant stand delivered to the wrong address in Connecticut, and even though the seller issued a refund, HOUZZ still shows in my profile that the refund was denied for not returning the item. This misunderstanding has led me to consider closing my account to avoid further issues with this company. I have also filed a complaint with consumer protection services in Connecticut.

I am a professional who signed up for a 1-year marketing service and paid over $3,[redacted] for a 12-month term. However, a year later, I noticed I'm being charged $[redacted].00 monthly for a subscription service I wasn't aware of. The customer service representatives are unhelpful and state I needed to cancel 30 days before the renewal date, which I wasn't aware of. I feel trapped and unable to stop these unauthorized charges. I have been attempting to remove various charges from my account and will dispute each one (PAYPAL). After spending numerous hours emailing your company and waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, the customer service representatives informed me they couldn't assist me. I have gathered all the necessary information, including order numbers and multiple shipments for which I had to cover return costs, yet I have not received credit. Since my initial order with HOUZZ, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I have received over 20 emails indicating issues with billing my account, followed by successful shipments. The items I ordered and have received include 3 Seaside Green Pillows ordered on 02/23 for $32.99 each, a Mediterranean Blown Glass lamp with the order number 1[redacted]-9[redacted], and an Acrylic Side Table clear for $[redacted].99. Your company has overcharged my account and failed to credit me for items I returned and the shipping cost of $25.25. I have all the charges documented and will not include them in this email since this is the fourth time I've contacted you in this manner and received an unhelpful generic response.

I have been attempting to get in touch with my account specialist since January but have been unable to access my account due to technical issues. I placed an order for 2 - 3 foot cypress roll swings on May 13th. The charge of $[redacted].40 was processed on May 14th with transaction CA94301. However, I have not yet received the swings, and the order does not appear in my account. I would like to know if the swings will be delivered or if the order can be canceled so I can purchase them elsewhere. The order was placed under my husband's name, Kenneth Wade Epley. Despite several attempts to contact your customer service by phone, I have not been able to reach anyone. I am disappointed with this experience as it is my first order with your company. I understand the current circumstances may cause delays, but I have received orders promptly from other businesses. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I want to cancel an order I placed yesterday. I tried contacting Houzz customer service, but they are not taking calls. The voicemail referred me to their online chat service. I chatted with a representative only to be informed I needed to pay for assistance. This is unacceptable, especially with the phone lines down. Asking customers to pay for help is outrageous. I am a loyal customer who has spent a substantial amount with your company. I feel disrespected and frustrated by this experience. I am considering not ordering from Houzz again. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I placed an order for a desk in May, but after receiving an email stating it was out of stock until July, I opted to cancel. Despite not being charged previously, I was charged $[redacted].78 on June 30 for the item. My attempts to check the order status online failed, as it shows no current or past orders. The desk is still out of stock on the website. Online chat is unavailable, and messaging didn't work due to order number recognition issues. Although my email is correct, the system seems to have trouble matching it. After a 30-minute hold on the customer service line, I hope to receive a refund and confirmation that the order is indeed canceled.

I purchased a table using my debit card. The charge initially appeared, but then disappeared from my card. Today, July 9th, the charge reappeared. When I checked the status on Houzz, it shows no existing orders, even though $1,[redacted].95 was charged to my debit card. I believe this is fraudulent activity. My husband bought me a wardrobe for Mother's Day. When it arrived, the boxes were torn and the wardrobe ends were crushed. We reached out to you and UPS right away. A replacement wardrobe was promised, but after multiple attempts, we only received one of the two boxes and it was in worse condition than the first shipment. The second part never arrived. I bought a Bronze Gold Eagle on June 20. After waiting for 30 days without any communication, I reached out to cancel the order. Despite no response, the Eagle arrived on July 22, just two days after contacting you. Today, I received a message stating that another Eagle order is being processed for shipment. I did not authorize another payment on PayPal for this second order, and I have no need for another Eagle. The previous order on July 22 was for $57.89 and has already been processed by PayPal. Please refrain from shipping the second order. I am disappointed with the lack of communication from your company regarding deliveries and the inability to speak to a representative. This experience has deterred me from making any future purchases from your company.

I would like to request the cancellation of my account due to potential security issues. According to IDNotify, my account and password may have been compromised. I have changed my email to [redacted] and my password. The notice I received mentioned that my email address was found compromised online, potentially leading to identity theft. The compromised data includes my email address [redacted], User ID JEF*********S, associated with HOUZZ.COM in May [redacted], created on 08/18/[redacted], and a password match was found. I am concerned about the security of my personal information and would appreciate it if you could assist me in canceling my account promptly.
