I would like to request the cancellation of two Bath and Body Works gift cards totaling $[redacted].68 in value ($[redacted].33 and $[redacted].35). Despite attempting to use them with customer service over the phone, I was unsuccessful and had to pay with my credit card instead. As a result, there have been three unauthorized withdrawals totaling $[redacted].60 from my checking account, with $[redacted].68 coming from Honey. I kindly ask for the gift cards to be canceled promptly to have the funds refunded back into my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been trying to get customer service help for weeks regarding missing Honey Gold. I provided photos and documents, but after the initial response, there has been no further communication. I am owed money for purchases I made in good faith based on Honey's cash back promise. This issue is confusing to me as I've had positive experiences with them in the past. Currently, over $[redacted] is stuck in my account, and I am unable to transfer it to PayPal to cover my expenses. I am eager to resolve this and receive the cash back credits owed to me as soon as possible.

I attempted to redeem a gift card with Honey at Harry and David's. After encountering an issue with the gift card, I re-entered the information. However, I was charged twice ($35.59 x 2) without Harry and David receiving the order. As a result, I am out $71.18 without receiving the products. I contacted Harry and David to sort out the pear order, which has been resolved, and now I am requesting the $71.18 to be refunded to my Harry and David gift card. I can provide the gift card number if needed by Honey.

I recently took advantage of a special deal through Honey at Costco for a Samsung Dishwasher Model DW8OR7061US, receiving 10,[redacted] points. After activating the Honey special point button and attempting to make the purchase at Costco, I accidentally had two dishwashers in my cart. While trying to remove the more expensive one, I was unexpectedly logged out. I proceeded with the purchase of the 10,[redacted] point dishwasher under Costco order #[redacted]65. When I checked back with Honey, the offer was not visible, leaving me uncertain if the transaction was successful. I hope Honey can confirm that the points were credited. Thank you. I need assistance with removing a charge made to my Paypal account through the Honey app. I intended to purchase clothing from Maurices using my Maurices card, but a Honey pop-up suggested buying a gift card for a better discount. Unfortunately, this resulted in a charge to my Paypal account instead of my Maurices card. Even though the gift card couldn't be used and I canceled the order with Maurices, I received an email notifying me of the Paypal charge. I want this resolved promptly as I have been charged twice, even though the Maurices order was canceled.
Thank you,
C. Ashcroft

When attempting to redeem points for Paypal cash through Honey, I encountered an error message stating my Paypal account is linked to another Honey account. Despite adding my old Honey email as an alternate in Paypal, I still received the same message. Following Paypal's advice, I contacted [redacted] Despite several attempts, I have not received assistance. I have repeatedly asked to merge my two accounts but have not received a response. I am seeking help to resolve this issue.

I attempted to make a purchase from Bed Bath & Beyond with the help of Honey. However, I ended up not completing the order when I was using PayPal and decided to exit the process. Despite this, Honey automatically charged $82.66 through PayPal to my Discover card. I cleared my browsing history and tried again to place my order. I received confirmation for one order, but I should have received two shipments if both went through. Now I am missing the receipt and confirmation for the $82.66 transaction made through PayPal with Honey at Bed Bath & Beyond. I want the $82.66 refunded to my Discover card, the transaction canceled, and clarification on the order. The transaction ID is 8N[redacted]C848633U, billing date 5-29-22, and billing ID B-3GL86117JA359772E for $82.66. It seems like I may have unintentionally bought a gift card from BB&B instead of the intended product.

I tried to make a purchase from Bed Bath & Beyond using Honey's gift card offer, but I encountered payment issues with PayPal, causing me to exit the transaction. However, I later noticed that Honey automatically charged $82.66 through PayPal to my Discover card. Subsequently, I retried the order and successfully completed it. Now, I am concerned because I only received one confirmation email, despite potentially having two orders processed. I seek clarification on the PayPal, Honey, Bed Bath & Beyond transaction and the status of my payment and order receipt. I am looking to have the $82.86 refunded to my Discover card via my PayPal account and cancel the duplicate order. Details: Transaction ID 8N[redacted]C848633U, Billing date 5-29-22, Billing ID B-3GL86117JA359 772E, $82.86.

I attempted to purchase a Walmart gift card using Honey for an online order earlier today for a discount. However, I accidentally bought 2 gift cards - one matching the total order amount ($[redacted].90) and another slightly less ($[redacted].21). Both transactions were made through PayPal and are reflected on my credit card statement as Honey purchases via PayPal. I contacted Walmart, and they only see one payment for the total amount through PayPal. The $[redacted].21 transaction is missing on their end but appears on my credit card statement. I am requesting a refund for the second amount of $[redacted].21 to be credited back to my credit card since the discount didn't apply, resulting in me paying full price. I would appreciate a swift resolution to have the funds returned to my credit card account promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

On June 11th, I ordered Biolage shampoo and conditioner from JC Penney. I encountered an issue with a gift card offer where despite purchasing the gift card and applying it, the savings were not reflected in my order total. I had to cancel and retry my order, resulting in confusion and double charges to my bank account. The first gift card ending in [redacted] was used to place an order that was eventually canceled. The second gift card ending in [redacted] was applied to another order, which I did not cancel, and I am currently waiting for the delivery. However, the total cost for both orders remained at $47.63 each time, with the promised savings not being deducted. It's disappointing that what I thought would save me money ended up causing me extra expenses.

Yesterday, August 8, [redacted], I ordered three pizzas from Domino's. I applied a PayPal Honey discount of $2.16. Upon pickup, I was informed the order was unpaid, so I paid $30.28 in cash and have a receipt. After reaching out to PayPal, I learned I unknowingly subscribed to a monthly service with Honey. PayPal canceled the service and advised me to contact Honey for a $28.12 refund they collected. I am attempting to reach out to Honey, but it seems they lack a phone number, hence my message to you. My aim is to cancel any Honey service, secure a refund of $28.12 from PayPal, and I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you, Edward M.

I joined Honey Corp last spring without fully grasping its workings. I experienced a severe heart attack shortly after with various complications, some of which are still ongoing. The medical bills have become substantial, and I am in dire need of the money. I never had the chance to utilize this service and am hopeful for a refund on my purchase of HoneyScience through Paypal. The transaction ID is 7Y89WS861833G. Thank you. - Susan H. A.

I recently used the Honey App with a Honey Gift Certificate for the first time while checking out via PayPal at Office Depot/Office Max. After the purchase, I was taken back to the original payment page, where the $0.99 deduction from the Honey Gift Certificate was not visible. Confused, I unknowingly completed the purchase twice, resulting in being charged the original amount of $11.53 and the discounted amount using the Honey Gift Certificate. This mistake led to multiple calls to my credit company, PayPal, and Office Depot/Office Max, causing much confusion.
I only received a confirmation for the second purchase of $11.53, even though both charges are pending on my Discover account. My Office Depot/Office Max account shows a total of $23.53 spent, but the store only received one order. I am unsure why the initial Honey transaction did not go through properly, and I have yet to receive a confirmation email for the $10.53 purchase made with Honey/PayPal. I would appreciate any help in understanding how the Honey transaction is processed to avoid future issues.

I made a purchase at Saks off 5th on July 25th for 4 items. During checkout, I accepted a Honey gift card offer through Paypal for $[redacted].06. Saks later canceled one item worth $[redacted] plus tax. I returned 2 of the remaining 3 items - one for $[redacted] and the other for $69.99. I kept a $30 item, but Paypal claims I still owe $[redacted].11 from the transaction. Saks issued me Saks Fifth Avenue (SFA) cards for $[redacted] and $60 (not the $69.99 item). They did not refund the taxes. Paypal states I owe them, but Saks insists I have a Honey gift card balance that can cover it. Despite opening a case, Paypal sided with Honey and refunded nothing, not even for the canceled $[redacted].99 dress. I feel misled by Honey and want a resolution as I only kept a $30 item, but now owe Paypal $[redacted].11. This situation is frustrating, and I'm disappointed in Honey's lack of transparency. I seek assistance to resolve this matter.

On 9/25/[redacted], I tried to buy items from Ulta Beauty but encountered issues. Honey suggested buying a discount gift card from PayPal. I purchased the gift card No. [redacted][redacted], but when I used it for the purchase, the transaction wouldn't go through and got stuck processing for 2 hours, so I had to cancel. Honey explained it was a PayPal error.
Now, I have an $81.30 Ulta gift card, but when I tried to repurchase the items at their still discounted price, my total is $93.94. I'm confused why I have to pay more now and not get the original discount. This situation with Honey/PayPal isn't fair, and I feel like something is not working correctly.

Regarding Transaction ID 0UX87462DY[redacted],
I purchased a sweater from Saks Off Fifth online on October 19. Saks charged my PayPal account for the sweater. While making the purchase, Honey offered a $10 gift certificate, and I agreed. However, as a result, my PayPal account was charged an additional $[redacted].01 by Honey. I have reached out to request a refund of $[redacted].01, as this is a duplicate charge for the sweater. I was informed it would take 14 days for the refund to reflect in my PayPal account, but it has been over 14 days with no credit yet.
Please address this matter promptly, or I will have to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. I do not wish to pay twice for the sweater.
Awaiting your prompt response.

I am happy to report that as of 11/18, my problem has been resolved. I have received the PayPal shopping credit I was owed. While it was a frustrating process that required numerous emails, Twitter messages, and negative reviews, I am grateful that the issue has been resolved. My advice to others facing a similar situation is to remain persistent and not give up until the matter is resolved. Remember to stay courteous throughout the process.
Regarding my specific situation, I redeemed my honey gold for PayPal shopping credit on August 1, [redacted], but the status remained pending. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to communicate with representatives via chat and LinkedIn, I did not receive any updates or assistance. My posts on Facebook also did not yield results. I am simply seeking help to obtain my $[redacted].70 PayPal credit. Any assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I had trouble using a gift card I bought through Honey at Petsmart. After contacting Petsmart for help without success, I had to pay with my own credit card. Here is the gift card information:

Please refund the amount charged to my credit card ending in [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss this matter. Thank you, Melanie Zacharczuk.

I am following up on my previous messages regarding the duplicate charge of $[redacted].01 on my PayPal account, which was billed by you on October 19, [redacted]. The charge is for a sweater I already purchased from Saks Off 5th and paid for on October 20. Despite contacting your customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Your agent assured me that it was escalated for quick resolution, but I have not received any updates from your end. Your help desk advised me to contact Saks Off 5th directly, and they confirmed my purchase on October 20 with no gift card transactions as suggested by your team. I received an email regarding a gift certificate, but when I clicked on it, nothing happened. It appears there is a discrepancy between the gift certificate and the charge on my PayPal account. I request a prompt refund of $[redacted].01 or I will have to escalate this matter further.

I purchased a Michaels Gift Card using Honey to save money on buying 4 frames online. When I went to collect my order at the store, they only had 2 frames available. I chose not to pick up the incomplete order, and an employee assured me I wouldn't be charged. Despite this, I received an email from Michaels thanking me for picking up one frame costing $9. After contacting Michaels, they agreed to refund the $9. However, Honey claimed the card had been fully redeemed with a $0 balance. I am now facing a loss of $36. Michaels stated the card was refunded, but Honey maintains the balance is $0 with no customer service to assist. This situation has been ongoing since November 10th, and the $36 loss is significant to me as I support my family of 6 children on a cabinetmaker's income. I am frustrated with this gift card ordeal and feel I am at a loss with no resolution in sight.
