I encountered issues while chatting with a live rep on Honey's site. The chat would disappear and reappear, then abruptly closed out. It seemed to be an IT problem. Despite solving the issue by myself, the rep couldn't assist. I struggled to log in due to my session remaining active. Only an email invite granted me access to my account. I noticed a need for an automatic logout feature on Honey to prevent similar access troubles for others. The unclear logout process may leave users locked out inadvertently. The clock counting down points after claiming them added confusion. If it signifies the wait time for points to reflect, it should pause once claimed. These IT glitches and lack of clarity led to distress, particularly as I manage severe pain from an auto accident. Proper explanations and smoother functionality are crucial for a better user experience on Honey.

I placed an order for a Fitbit charger watch on December 2 through Honey with an order number BBB[redacted]71. Unfortunately, when I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond, they informed me that they no longer have the product in stock. Honey was supposed to send me an email through BBB to update me on the status, but I can't access it. On December 6, Honey charged me $[redacted].95 for the item even though BBB couldn't fulfill the order. The transaction on my bank statement shows as "HONEYHTTPSJOINHONECA." I would appreciate it if I could get a refund of $[redacted].95 back to my banking account ending in [redacted].

The Honey app used to automatically check prices for me on Amazon when I selected an item, but now it doesn't seem to be functioning properly. Instead of showing the usual "h" indicating it's checking my item, there is a red number displayed above the Honey icon on my menu bar. Clicking on it opens a window with what appears to be reviews of "items," though it's unclear which items are being referenced. I haven't tested if Honey works on other websites like Walmart, as Amazon is my primary shopping platform.

Hello, my name is Veronica S. I need help regarding a recent purchase I made using the Honey app. I tried to purchase sneakers with coupons applied, but the system kicked me out and my shopping cart kept emptying. I then went directly to Finish Line's website and made a purchase. However, I later discovered that I was charged twice and received no confirmation from Honey. I contacted them via email, but the response mentioned a gift card instead of sneakers. I desire a refund for the duplicate charge as I cannot afford to lose $1.76. Please reach out to me to help resolve this matter. Thank you.

I bought a gift card from Honey for $64 to use on Groupon. During checkout, I thought I was applying a discount, not purchasing a gift card. To my surprise, I paid Honey. The gift card didn't work when I tried to use it on Groupon, and now I'm seeking a refund. Honey says they don't offer refunds and hasn't responded to my email. I'm frustrated and wondering if this is a scam. Besides disputing the charge with my bank, do you have any advice on how I can get a refund? Thank you.

I recently took advantage of a Chico’s flash sale on their website, using my Passport member discount. The skirt I wanted was priced at $29.49, but a Honey pop-up suggested saving an additional $1.86 by purchasing a gift card through them, bringing the total to $26.63. Despite being a loyal Honey user for several years, my attempt to use the gift card failed at checkout, prompting me to re-order the skirt with my Visa directly from Chico’s over the phone. I contacted Chico’s, but they had no record of my initial gift card order. I'm hoping Honey will credit my PayPal account with the promised discount. However, I'm having trouble getting assistance from Honey since they claim I don't have an account with them due to never redeeming their rewards. It's frustrating not being able to reach a human at their company, especially when their instant gift card use at checkout feature appears to be misleading. I appreciate any help resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with the Honey app while shopping at ULTA. I selected shampoo and conditioner, applied coupons, and was prompted to buy gift cards to save money. Initially, I purchased a gift card for the product cost but was later asked to buy another one for the tax amount. Despite assuming the first card would be replaced by the second, both were charged to my account, totaling $46.27 and $43.65. Unfortunately, neither gift card is functional, and I am unable to use them to make a purchase. I am seeking a refund to my checking account for both amounts as the cards are unusable, and I shouldn't have been charged for two in the first place. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I bought a Victoria's Secret gift card hoping to save $5 on my purchase. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't use the gift card with my Associates discount. It defeats the purpose of using the card if I can't apply my discount. I would appreciate a refund for the gift card. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I bought a Withings Scale from Bed Bath & Beyond (BBB) on November 30 through Honey and Paypal. The item was set to be collected at BBB and delivered by the carrier DELIVER-IT. It was originally scheduled to arrive by December 8. When I contacted Bed Bath & Beyond, they informed me that it is currently "Awaiting carrier pickup." This purchase is intended as a Christmas gift, so I am worried either the order is misplaced or it will arrive too close to Christmas. I would appreciate an update on the status. Thank you.

I recently noticed a $[redacted].00 unauthorized debit from my PayPal account. I did not authorize this transaction and am unsure of its purpose or who authorized it. I am eager to have the $[redacted].00 refunded promptly. I have had issues with unauthorized payments before and have always received refunds from PayPal. Given my history, I am surprised that my account has not been protected more effectively to prevent such occurrences. I urge PayPal to review their security measures and monitor all website transactions linked to my account more carefully in the future.

I bought a honey gift card worth $39.20, but I am having trouble applying it on Groupon. The system is rejecting the pin number as invalid. I am disappointed by this issue and feeling frustrated as I accidentally purchased it, and now I cannot redeem it. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this matter instead of waiting on a live chat for 20 minutes. If needed, you can contact me at [redacted]. Please leave a message if I am unable to answer. Your help is greatly needed in sorting out this frustrating situation. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase a lamp shade online at Lowes last night. However, due to various discount pop-ups, I mistakenly bought a gift card for $15.23, the lamp shade's cost after a $0.74 discount. When I tried to use the gift card at checkout, it wouldn't work due to the price discrepancy. The lamp shade actually costs $15.97 online, not $15.23. When I tried to make up the $0.74 difference, the gift card details were wiped out, resulting in me buying the lamp shade twice.
I've contacted Lowes about this issue but haven't received a resolution. I used Paypal to purchase the gift card and I'm hoping for a full refund of $15.23 through them. Thank you.

I was shopping on the Petco website around June 2 and was about to make a purchase for $55.35 when the Honey app offered me a $5 discount, which I accepted. I bought the Petco gift card thinking I had paid for the purchase this way. However, I was charged $55.35 by Petco on my card and also charged $50.09 by Honey Petco (this was the discounted price offered by Honey). After picking up the order from Petco, I noticed the double charge when my card statement arrived. PayPal is not helping as they state it's not a double charge due to the different amounts. I believe I should receive a $50.09 Honey credit since it was not applied to my Petco order, which was charged at the full price of $55.35. If this issue is not resolved, I will no longer use PayPal and Honey. Instead of saving $5 through Honey, I ended up being charged $50.09 extra. In essence, I paid twice and only received one order.

I lost money due to a fraudulent application, the Honey app. I lost an amount of [redacted] INR. I was misled into believing that I could earn money by placing orders and would receive returns along with commissions. I made an initial order totaling [redacted] INR, followed by another order of [redacted] INR as instructed by the supposed Honey representative. This led to a total payment of [redacted] INR, which I couldn't afford. When I requested a refund, they denied any responsibility or assistance. Please look into my complaint regarding the Honey app and assist me in getting my money back. I was introduced to the app by members with phone numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. My Honey app ID is [redacted]. I seek your help in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am a 76-year-old with limited computer skills, and I have been trying to reach out to Honey since last summer without success. When I shop at Kroger a few times a month, Honey usually pops up, and I click to activate gold points, but I keep getting error messages when I attempt to check my total points. Last month, I forgot my password and failed to reset it. Recently, I received an email stating that my points have expired, leaving me puzzled as I couldn't locate my points balance or change my password. I have been trying to use my gold points for a free Amazon gift card worth $10, but I can't seem to contact Honey or access my account.

When I bought a Honey gift card (#6[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted]) to pay Bath and Body Works for my order last night, it seems to have applied the wrong amount. The order total was $64.84, but the gift card only applied $64.69, which caused the computer to freeze. Bath and Body Works' website did not accept the gift card even though it shows on the billing section of the order. I contacted Bath and Body Works, but they have no record of the order. I tried to reapply the gift card, but it still doesn't work. I want a refund of $60.65 to my PayPal account. I attempted to cancel the transaction through PayPal, but they directed me to Honey for resolution. I've also emailed Honey, but only received an automated response.

I am requesting a refund for an accidental purchase. While making a $19.99 purchase, a notification from Honey appeared prompting me to save on my order. Believing it was applying a discount as advertised, I clicked on it. To my surprise, I was charged for an $18.32 gift card that I did not intend to buy nor have access to now. I mistakenly thought it was a coupon. I am asking for a refund for the gift card and to remove any undesired benefits that came with the purchase due to this misunderstanding.

I recently spoke with a supervisor at Office Max regarding the issue with my gift card. The supervisors mentioned that they are unable to contact Honey directly as they are not affiliated. I am frustrated as the gift card is empty, and I am unable to use it, even though I never made a purchase with it. The gift card number and pin are [redacted]. I feel like I am being robbed, and I am tired of waiting for a resolution. If Office Max or Honey do not refund me, I will escalate the matter further. I have been patient throughout this ordeal, but the lack of action from both parties is unacceptable and unprofessional.
