On December 4th, [redacted], I bought a $[redacted].60 gift card from your store at a discount of $[redacted].94 to use at Office Max/Depot. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the card at checkout, the last five numbers wouldn't register. I attempted multiple times without success, only to find out the item I wanted was sold out. I requested my bank to stop the payment, but they were unable to assist. Subsequently, $[redacted].19 ended up with PayPal, who mentioned they couldn't refund me due to gift cards not being covered. I've been in contact with both PayPal and my bank for nearly a week, and my funds are now stuck. I'm frustrated as the intended purchase was a gift for my daughter. I'm left without a gift and my money. I'm struggling to comprehend why PayPal can withhold funds paid from my bank account. Can you assist me in resolving this issue promptly? Thank you. Best, L.A.

I purchased a Honey gift card for $[redacted].19 to get a $10 discount at Office Depot. I've been trying to use it since October, but the checkout wouldn't accept all the numbers, causing me to miss out on buying the item. I reached out to customer service, but my money was refunded to a non-refundable Paypal account. Despite numerous attempts through disputes, chats, calls, and emails, I still haven't received my funds back. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially during the holiday season when I'm on a tight budget due to a serious health issue. Dealing with this ordeal on top of everything else is unbearable. Wishing everyone happy holidays despite the current frustrating circumstances.

I recently bought 34 pounds of dog food from Petsmart using Honey for a discount, but encountered an issue where I was charged twice for the purchase. The first charge was through Honey for $64, and the second one was the full price from Petsmart, which was over $70 with tax. Despite not picking up the order linked to Honey, Petsmart claims they never received payment for that order, only the higher amount. It's frustrating as I feel like I've lost the $64. This experience has made me hesitant to use Honey in the future. It's disappointing that there's no direct customer service line to address such problems.

I recently received confirmation from Wal-Mart indicating that no order was placed or received by me on November 6, [redacted]. They have not received the payment ($[redacted].08) from Pay Pal Honey in relation to my credit card charge for that day. Wal-Mart mentioned that Pay Pal Honey would be responsible for issuing the refund. To proceed with the refund, what steps do I need to take? Paul Bench [redacted] On November 6, [redacted], I attempted to purchase a pair of winter boots online from Wal-Mart in Barrie, Ontario. The specific item I tried to buy was the "BOGS Women's Arcata Knit." Although my Scotia Credit Card reflected the transaction, I did not receive a confirmation from Wal-Mart, and after contacting their customer service, they had no record of my order. They advised me to contact my credit card provider. I later learned from Scotiabank that the refund process could only start once the transaction had been posted. Now that the charge is posted, after speaking with Maria from Scotiabank customer service, she suggested sending an email with all the details to initiate the refund process. I kindly request the removal of the charge ($[redacted].08) from my account. Paul Bench

I made a purchase from Harry & David and while finalizing the transaction, I agreed to a Honey pop-up offer for savings using my bank account. I assumed I would only be charged through the offer, yet on 12/14/22 I was billed $45.92 by Harry & David on my credit card. Simultaneously, Honey deducted $41.02 from my bank account. I did not receive any goods or services for the $41.02 paid to Honey. I kindly request a refund of $41.02 directly to me. Should you require further information, please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

I recently bought a gift card and used it at Subway, but they didn't have my order when I went to pick it up. I didn't receive a confirmation email for the food order, just for the gift card purchase. I'd like to know if the gift card is still valid and if I could get a refund to my PayPal account to buy a new gift card for Subway since my order has changed. The gift card number is [redacted], and the pin is [redacted]1. The manager wouldn't let the worker make our sandwiches even with the order print out I showed. Since I didn't have email confirmation of the food order, I couldn't prove it was paid for. Can you help me verify the gift card's status? Thank you. - LN

On March 30, [redacted], I made a purchase on the Subway website and was billed $17.38 on my Visa debit card. The website was unclear, and I believed the order went through. However, when I visited Subway, they had no record of it, so I bought a sandwich there. Recently, I realized I was charged twice by Subway, once for $17.38 and another time for $13.00. I only expected one charge. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with an update. Thank you, Steve G.

Hello, I recently purchased a set of bed risers for my grandson who is attending college at Johnson & Wales. Unfortunately, the bed did not need the risers, so we attempted to return them to the school bookstore where they were purchased from. However, we were informed that due to it being a third-party transaction, they could not accept the return. I have been trying to find out how to return the risers directly to you without success. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the return process, as I understand there are specific return policies in place. The order number associated with this purchase is [redacted][redacted] from the Johnson & Wales bookstore. Thank you for your assistance.
