I have been trying to reach out to Honda for weeks regarding our payment of $11,[redacted] for our leased vehicle, sent around March 2nd. Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak to a real person at the company which is frustrating. We are still waiting for the title of the vehicle, which has become a much more complicated process than we anticipated. The registry of vehicles has requested a signed bill of sale, odometer disclosure statement, and various documents have had errors like an incorrect VIN#. Dealing with this has caused unnecessary stress, especially considering my mild heart condition. We are disappointed in Honda's handling of this matter. My latest payment was mailed 6 or 7 days early to ensure it arrives before the 26th payment due date. I was informed that the previous payment took 11 days to reach you. I dated the check for 4/22 to allow ample time for delivery. However, the money was withdrawn from my account on 4/20, according to Honda's records. Despite my check being post-dated, it seems to have been processed early electronically. My bank cannot view the check image as only Honda has access to it. This caused my account to be overdrawn and incurred charges. How can this discrepancy be addressed to prevent this issue in the future?

I recently relocated to another state and require assistance registering my leased vehicle there. Last week, I spoke with a customer service representative who mentioned sending a permission letter to the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles for me to transfer my car's registration from Ohio. However, I have yet to receive the permission letter. It is crucial that this matter is addressed promptly since I must register my vehicle by the end of June when my tag expires.

I settled all financial obligations at the end of the term when I returned the vehicle. Recently, I received emails from Honda asking for a payment of approximately $70 for customs duty, which I overlooked as I thought it was a marketing email. This led to it being reported as non-payment to the credit bureau, impacting my credit score.
I promptly paid the $70 upon realizing my mistake. Given my clean payment history and good relationship with Honda over the lease period, I kindly request Honda Financial Services to reverse the negative credit report, as I am in the process of buying a home, and the lower credit score is causing issues.

Nine days ago, I purchased a [redacted] Ford Focus SE from Island Honda Maui, and sadly, I've been experiencing issues ever since. There's a concerning noise coming from the left front end and a lot of humming from the right front end. The transmission also seems to be jerky and slipping, as confirmed by Island Honda. They're addressing the front end issues by replacing the struts and tires but referred me to Ford for the transmission problem, thankfully still under the 5-year/60,[redacted]-mile warranty. This purchase has been really disappointing considering the amount I'm financing for the car. I went in looking for a reliable vehicle and ended up with a lemon. Feeling frustrated, stressed, and taken advantage of, I believe returning the car for a reliable one is a fair request, given the significant financial commitment.

On 8/31/22, I contacted Customer Service to update my banking details for the September payment to be debited from my new account. The representative canceled the pending payment at Truist and updated my information to Founders Federal Credit Union. However, I received an insufficient funds notice for the Truist account today and discovered that the payment was deducted from both banks. Could someone please help me get a refund to my Truist account to prevent any additional overdraft fees?

My [redacted] Honda HRV air conditioning condenser has multiple leaks, causing the cooling chemical to leak out within a day of refilling. This issue persisted even when the car had less than 50k miles on it. The air conditioning has never worked properly since I bought the car, but I attributed it to the high temperatures in Southern California. Recently, it stopped working completely. I traded in my [redacted] Honda Civic, which had its air conditioning covered under an extended warranty due to widespread issues with the condenser. Given the similar problem with the HRV, I believe Honda should replace the condenser in my [redacted] HRV for free, as this seems to be a common manufacturing fault.

I received three calls at my office about a late payment. I have been enrolled in EasyPay for the duration of this loan. After I received the call, I promptly paid the entire loan balance on my Honda Account. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered that EasyPay was stopped on July 30th without my authorization. Additionally, I was charged a $17.00 Late Payment Fee on October 10th. When I contacted Customer Service to address these concerns and the potential impact on my credit score, the representative I spoke to was not very helpful and only mentioned that my account was paid off. I had three unanswered questions:
1.) Why was EasyPay deactivated?
2.) Will the late payment affect my credit score?
3.) Can I receive a refund of the $17.00 since I did not discontinue EasyPay? I am seeking assistance to resolve these issues and would appreciate speaking with someone about this matter. Thank you.

I bought my vehicle 4 months ago and arranged to receive monthly statements for payments. Unfortunately, I have not received any statements and had to call in every month to make payments. Despite speaking with Honda Financial representatives each month, I am still facing the same issue. They now claim I owe for 2 months, even though I have confirmation numbers for the last 3 payments. My mother resides in an assisted living facility and is experiencing memory problems. She accidentally missed the last two months' car payments and mailed a check last week to cover them. I have been attempting to register my leased vehicle in NC since December 13th. I was initially advised that the process would be completed within 5 days, but now I have been informed it could take up to 21 days. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told they would call me back in 4-5 days, which I find unacceptable. Additionally, when the representative needed to ask someone a question, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. This delay is frustrating as I am unable to drive the vehicle for which I am currently making payments.

I am attempting to set up a new account but facing obstacles. My email is already in use, preventing me from registering my vehicle for payments. Despite trying various combinations like the VIN number, last 4 digits of my social security number, and zip code, I was unsuccessful. I even attempted to use the letter "o" instead of the number "0" in case of a typo. When that approach failed, I tried entering my account number, only to be informed it could not be located. I am eager to proceed with making payments, but the system is not cooperating.

I have been facing major issues for a long time with inconsistent information from customer service while trying to pay my bill. Even my advocate was misled. My brother and sister flew out from Minnesota to help me get a Honda with a promised bonus that was not received. They both own Hondas. I am upset about how Honda treated me and failed to assist with my bill payments, despite promising support. I have struggled, even going hungry to make bill payments and requested extensions. I am disappointed with the way the last representative spoke to me. I am at the end of my patience dealing with additional charges, although I am willing to pay them. I need someone to address how I have been harassed and scared, especially considering my health struggles and job loss due to Covid last December. Please contact me to discuss this matter.

I purchased a [redacted] Honda CRV in Surprise, AZ, where I am spending the winter. I am a resident of South Dakota and need to register the vehicle there. Arizona issued an electronic title initially as you are the lien holder. South Dakota requires a physical title for registration. I have contacted you twice regarding this matter. I recently spoke with the AZ DMV, who informed me that the title request was completed on 12/3. I attempted to call today but waited 29 minutes without speaking to anyone. This delay in customer service is frustrating. Could you please check your mailbox for the Arizona title? Once received, you assured me that you would overnight it to the Pennington Co Treasurer in Rapid City, SD. Can you confirm the status of the title? My temporary drive permit (90 days) is expiring soon, so I urgently need to register the vehicle in South Dakota. Have you received the title for my [redacted] Honda CRV? As a member of the US Navy, I'm in need of a lien authorization form to ship my car to Pearl Harbor, HI. I spoke to Derrick at Honda on Monday but still haven't received the form. Despite assurances of receiving it by today, I have not gotten it after contacting Honda Financial. They mentioned the transfer to the west coast office but the numbers provided are now closed. It's only 3:30 PM on the west coast, and it's urgent. Any assistance from Honda Financial on the west coast would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I'm Kathleen Monestime and I lease a car from Honda. On 8/2, Honda called me demanding a payment of $2,[redacted] that same day. Despite mailing a check, they insisted I pay immediately or face car repossession. Placing the payment through western union, I confirmed its receipt with Honda. Now, I see my original check was cashed, resulting in a double payment of $2,[redacted] that I now need. I couldn't afford to pay them $5,[redacted]. Additionally, I've asked seven times to have payments deducted automatically from my bank account, but nothing has happened in a year.
