Hello, my name is Brian S. I have attempted to contact your company via email regarding my order placed last week. I have not received any responses to my previous emails, and the live chat feature is not operational. Therefore, I am now reaching out again via email. On November 27th, I ordered a rose bear with order number #[redacted]. After placing the order, I received a confirmation text and email stating that I would be notified when my item is ready to ship. As I have not received any further updates, I am concerned about the status of my order. While I acknowledge that the holiday season may be causing delays, I am disappointed with the current level of customer service. I will give it a few more days before deciding whether to request a refund. I would appreciate a prompt response to address my inquiries.

I, Mrs. Anne Patricia Wise of 27 Howard Road, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2EB, with Telephone Number [redacted]8 and email at [redacted], placed an order for a Bird Feeding Station around mid-May. The Order Number is [redacted]81, and the Invoice Number is [redacted]01 with Catalogue No. H93822. An amount of £22.98 was debited from my bank account on or around 20th May, but I am yet to receive the item. I inadvertently placed a second order when trying to inquire about the delay. I paid using my Visa card ending in xxxx-[redacted]. I am concerned about the non-delivery and the possibility of being charged twice. I seek clarification on the delayed delivery and request that any accidental duplicate order be cancelled. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Mrs. A. Wise.

I have recently experienced 7 deaths, including those of my mother and brother-in-law. Some items that were brought over for storage got mixed up, including the computer I bought. Although it has been a while since the purchase (Jan 2), I haven't returned any items from what I remember. I am hoping for some leeway given the circumstances. I have always had positive experiences with my past purchases and I am reaching out in the hope of still being able to return this specific item. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
