I have encountered an ID hold on my account due to a lack of proper documentation at my school. This holds up $[redacted] and my pay check. I am unable to address this at school. I was informed over the phone that the ID hold would be removed after updating my payroll and refund preferences, but it remains. I urgently need to have the funds sent to me via check and close the account as I have overdue bills to settle.
