I have a Skoda Yeti registered as SC17 VHD with a faulty audio system. The car was booked in for repair on 04/11/19, but the necessary part was not available and had to be ordered. Despite leaving my contact details with Emma at Henrys in Glasgow, I returned on 16/11/19 to find that I had not been contacted as promised. After contacting Henrys again, they informed me that they would not cover the cost of my return journey from Isle of Islay due to the ferry charge of £68. I believe this additional expense should be covered by the warranty, which is expected to expire in May [redacted].
