I am reaching out regarding my son's subscriptions to Road and Track and Car and Driver magazines. Unfortunately, he has not received them since late [redacted]. I contacted your customer service before, and initially, it seemed the issue was resolved. However, upon follow-up, I was informed there is no record of the subscriptions. Because my son is incarcerated, it is possible the magazines are not reaching him through the mailroom. If the magazines were returned as "undeliverable," could you please resend them to him? I am unsure of the subscription duration or if he could receive credit for the missed issues. It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this matter. The subscriptions should be sent to: Aaron Altabef [redacted]3 SRCI [redacted] Stanton Blvd Ontario, OR [redacted] I previously reached out about this matter without a resolution. I received surveys but still encountered issues. Could you please provide an update on the delivery situation via email at [redacted]? Thank you for your assistance. Elizabeth

I've been attempting to resolve an issue with receiving duplicate magazines for three months now. Today, September 25th, I have spent over three hours on the phone. Initially, I contacted Express Magazine in Montreal and was directed to call another number, then another, and was ultimately put on hold for 17 minutes. The magazine from the UK, with the identification number [redacted]6-[redacted], contains no further details, only showing a PO Box in Belgium. Despite having my Express Magazine subscription until May [redacted], I am unsure about the duration of the UK magazine subscription. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - MTC.

I was trying to purchase the "Prevention Walking Off Weight" magazine. I provided my address and payment details but then got bombarded with offers for other books. Overwhelmed by the upselling, I abandoned the site. Later, I received an email confirming my magazine order but also adding an extra book "Walking Off the Weight" for $43.96, which I did not authorize. Upon contacting customer service, they couldn't find the order initially, so I called again and canceled the unwanted book. Recently, a package arrived from Hearst, presumably containing the book I canceled. I promptly refused the delivery and gave it back to the postman.

I have been a Men's Health magazine subscriber in Canada for over 15 years. Initially, I paid in Canadian dollars online with a credit card each year for renewal. Two years ago, I switched to automatic renewal on my credit card to reduce paper invoices. Recently, I found a subscription offer for $39.97 Canadian dollars for two years, but my subscription renewed at $51.93 U.S. dollars plus the exchange rate. This discrepancy has left me dissatisfied as every prior payment was in Canadian dollars. I want to be exclusively billed in Canadian dollars going forward and request a reimbursement for the past two years' payments in U.S. dollars. If these terms cannot be met, I will have to cancel my subscription.

My name is Pati Kent, and I reside at [redacted] 16 St., Huntington Beach, CA [redacted]. I am a subscriber to several Hearst magazines delivered by the company, Door Front Direct. The magazines are supposed to be delivered to my door, but instead, they are often thrown on the sidewalk in front of my home. This is problematic due to the high foot traffic in my area from schools, a city gym, and the beach. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the Orange County ACI representative listed on Door Direct data. I would like to address this issue as it is concerning that my magazines are left in a way that allows passersby to take them. I request your attention to this matter and await your response. Thank you, Pati Kent. [redacted]

I recently subscribed to Popular Mechanics and noticed there's automatic renewal. I emailed Hearst Magazines but was directed to Customer Care on the website, which I couldn't find. When I called, I couldn't reach Customer Care and was told they were closed for the holiday. It's frustrating that auto-renewal wasn't mentioned beforehand. I only want a one-year subscription, nothing more. Please respond to me at [redacted]

I arranged for a subscription to Car and Driver for my grandchild's school, but it was intended for my son. Regrettably, the first two issues were sent to me instead. I made the payment, but the magazines were meant for my son, Timothy Poteat, at the following address: [redacted]-[redacted], USP Terre Haute, PO Box 33, Terre Haute, IN [redacted]. He is currently incarcerated in a federal prison, and I provided the address as it should appear for mailing. Please confirm if the subscription can be redirected to him. Thank you, Beryl Poteat.

Hello, I subscribed to Bicycling Magazine through BikeReg.com on 3/12/19 for $13. I added the subscription when registering my son, Sam Elliott, for a bike race. However, we have not received any issues yet. My confirmation number is 20W[redacted]121G. Could you please assist me in understanding why we have not received the magazine? Thank you, Lynn

For the second year in a row, I haven't received my December issue of Oprah Magazine. Every year, I wait a couple of days past the expected arrival date, November 30th, report the missing issue, and have not been given the chance to get a replacement copy. I prefer a physical copy over a digital one. Despite reporting the missing issue to the local post office for two consecutive years, there has been no resolution to the problem.

In mid-November, I received a "service suspended" notice. After verifying with my bank, I discovered that the check I mailed in late August wasn't processed until November 7th. Despite sending emails with a copy of the cleared check to three different email addresses, I have not received any responses, and my subscriptions remain unsent. This situation is quite frustrating for me. Being a Canadian, I encountered difficulties paying online due to the postal code requirement (rather than zip code), and the 1-[redacted] number provided does not work from Canada. The Service Suspended notice references my payment with #:[redacted]1.

I am actively following up to resolve this issue and receive the magazines I paid for. I have been trying to contact your customer service department regarding a "Service Suspended" invoice but have not received a response. The 1-[redacted] number provided does not work from Canada, causing difficulties in resolving this matter. I have attached a copy of the processed cheque as proof of payment made on August 30th. As a Canadian customer, it was challenging to provide payment on the website due to the requirement of a Zip Code instead of a Postal Code. I hope to receive my subscriptions promptly and without any missing issues. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Pat Brandon.

I am unable to read magazines due to poor eyesight. Account number [redacted]. I am from Canada, where negative response selling is illegal. I will return all mailings unopened. It is unacceptable to keep renewing subscriptions despite my clear request to cancel. I do not like Woman's Day and have repeatedly asked for it to be canceled. I received another issue in my mailbox recently. Please stop sending them. Thank you.

I subscribed to Good Housekeeping in November with the expectation of receiving the December issue along with a cookbook. Despite sending four emails and a letter via Royal Mail, I have not received the magazine or any communication from you. I was particularly looking forward to the December edition, which I could have easily bought in a store. I'm now requesting a refund for my subscription. I must say, the lack of response has been disappointing, and I've never encountered such rude customer service. If possible, a phone call would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having trouble renewing my Popular Mechanics magazine subscription on the Hearst Magazine website. I attempted on both Firefox and MS Edge but had no success. I resorted to calling them and providing my credit card details over the phone. However, I have not received a confirmation email and can't see any charges on my credit card, so I'm unsure if my order went through.

I recently ordered the KettleHell workout program from a Men's Health Magazine advertisement on Instagram. During the checkout process, an "exclusive offer" box for a celebrity fitness program appeared without a clear price indicated. Assuming it was a free add-on, I proceeded, but to my surprise, I was charged $37.56! I do not wish to keep this additional program and would like a refund for this accidental purchase. I am happy with the KettleHell program that I initially ordered for $20.92. Your assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated.

Hello, I ordered the Men's Health Big Book of Exercises for my son and paid via PayPal on 11/22. I received confirmation of the order. However, the address on the order is listed as Canada instead of my correct address in Australia at 4 Elouera St, Buff Point, [redacted]. I have not received the book. Could you please resend it to the correct address or issue a refund? Thank you, Louise Catania

I am subscribed to both Food Network Magazine and HGTV Magazine, but I am experiencing delivery issues. I placed my order in July and have not received the October to December issues of HGTV Magazine. Although I did receive the November issue of Food Network Magazine, I have not received the December copy. These missing months are crucial to me. I kindly request that you send me the December editions of both magazines and credit me for the missing months of HGTV Magazine. I have also purchased gift subscriptions and hope that the recipients do not encounter similar delivery problems. Thank you, Jennifer M. 26 Irvington Dr. Greer, SC [redacted]

Dear Hearst Magazines Customer Service Team, I recently purchased one-year subscriptions to Men's Health for $43, Women's Health for $38, and Prevention for $52. I made these purchases using my Visa card ending in XX16. However, there seems to have been a mistake as my card was charged six times totaling $[redacted] instead of $[redacted]. I received email confirmations for Men's Health and Women's Health, but not for Prevention. I am requesting the following corrections: 1. Change my Men's Health two-year subscription ($81) to a one-year subscription ($43) and credit back the remaining $38. 2. Keep my Women's Health one-year subscription. 3. Set up a one-year subscription for Prevention for $52 and send me the confirmation email at [redacted] Additionally, I would like the excess charge of $[redacted] refunded back to my Visa card ending in XX16 promptly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, ARIJIT GUIN [redacted]-B, Rash Behari Avenue A/C 24 RAJPUT KOLKATA-[redacted]. INDIA

I have experienced consistent issues with my magazine deliveries from this company. Every month, my HouseBeautiful, HGTV, and FoodNetwork magazines are delivered soaked and covered in mud, right next to my mailbox on a main street. This delivery method is unacceptable. I am seeking a refund for affected months and requesting new December magazines to be delivered correctly into my mailbox. I have evidence of the poor deliveries with photos on my phone that I can share.
