Last summer during my visit to the mainland, I misplaced my driver's license. I promptly completed the necessary paperwork and submitted the $6.00 fee for a replacement. This process was undertaken around August or September. However, I have yet to receive the new license. I am curious about the usual waiting period for the delivery. My name is Clarence Bertran Peterson, born on 09/27/[redacted]. Should you require any further details, please let me know. My current address is [redacted] Circle Makai Street, Wahiawa, Hawaii [redacted].

I obtained a Real ID driver's license in April [redacted] while residing in Virginia. Having relocated to Hawaii, I am unsure of the process to acquire a Hawaii Real ID driver's license. I currently do not have a PO Box or utility bill in my name as proof of address. I am staying with a friend and use their address for my mail. Can I provide non-certified Social Security mail as proof of address? What alternative documents can I provide since I lack certified papers in Hawaii to verify my address? I possess my Social Security card and birth certificate, both with matching names. However, I lack proof of a physical address besides bills or other mail, as I do not have utility bills under my name. Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.
