I am in need of assistance. As someone on disability with limited income, I shop for Christmas gifts when I can find them at an affordable price. I purchased two pairs of Ugg boots from HauteLook at discounted prices to give to my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, both pairs do not fit her properly. One pair is no longer available for exchange, and the other is uncomfortable due to the shape of her feet. I am hoping for a one-time exception to return these items, as I cannot afford to keep them. One boot cost 79.97 and the other 69.97. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable, please escalate this issue to a supervisor.

I ordered a wine tower but received a mirror instead. After contacting customer service, a representative placed a new order for the correct item and sent me a return label. It is inconvenient to have to make trips to the post office or Nordstrom store for a refund, especially for a bulky item. Unfortunately, upon receiving the replacement order, it was once again the incorrect mirror. The customer service representative advised returning the item myself and suggested not reordering until the warehouse resolves the issue. This means I now have to return two items due to their mistake, which were both charged to my card, adding to the frustration of not knowing the status of my original order. The representative mentioned this is their policy, but it is concerning if wrong items are frequently sent out.

Hello, my name is Odalis. I placed an order on January 28th with order number [redacted]7, but I haven't received the items. I contacted Nordstrom Rack because I used their app on my phone to place the order, but it turns out it's from Hautelook. The issue is that I used PayPal Credit for payment, and they couldn't deduct the money. Instead, they attempted to charge my card ending in [redacted] directly, but it didn't go through. PayPal now shows a debt of $[redacted].94, my account is locked, and they say the payment will be valid again. However, I can't pay for something I haven't received. Could you please send me the products so I can pay for what I have or remove the debt since I didn't receive the purchase?
