Yes, you can exchange an item purchased from HauteLook.com. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. The exchange process is simple and hassle-free. Simply initiate a return through your HauteLook account within 45 days of the original purchase date. Once the return is processed and approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to choose your desired exchange item. Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability, and if the requested item is unavailable, you will be issued a refund instead.
