I had an unpleasant experience at Hardee’s in Opelika Ala. store no. [redacted] on Marvyn with the young lady in the drive-thru. She lacked courtesy, was smart-mouthed, and didn't understand that customers need utensils with their purchase. Her customer service was lacking, and I left disappointed on my way to work. The number on the receipt for Hardee’s was out of service, making things a mess this morning (03/08/[redacted]). The employee definitely needs some training.

I recently ordered a kids' chicken tender meal and was disappointed by the size of the tenders. One was only about 2 inches long, including a half-inch tail of batter, while the other was roughly 3 inches long. When I called to express my concerns, the person claiming to be the manager said they couldn't control the size of the tenders, despite my previous positive experience at a store in Washington. Additionally, my order was missing the honey mustard dip I requested, and the peach and cream pie had more cream than peach. I have a photo of the small tenders that I can share. The experience left me unsatisfied, and I believe the staff should compensate for small tenders by providing more to reach a standard size. I tried to reach out through chat but encountered technical issues. I would appreciate a refund and will likely not return to this Hardee's location, opting for the one in Washington instead. Thank you.

I am an employee at the Hardee's located in Easley, SC, at [redacted] West Main Street. The store manager frequently speaks to me with an attitude, criticizes me, and uses inappropriate language. Despite always following work regulations from my uniform to my duties, I face this behavior. I have been with the company for nearly three months and haven't received feedback like this from any other employees. Though I enjoy my job, my manager's treatment is concerning. They instruct me to tuck in my shirt or wear an apron, but other employees are not held to the same standard. I prefer to discuss this matter in person rather than via email to address additional concerns.

I visited Hardee's in Clarksville, VA today for lunch. I ordered a hot dog and had to wait in line. Despite there being customers both in front and behind me, I waited patiently. After a while, a car behind me received their order, the customer in front of me was served, and even a car in the drive-thru got their food. I noticed an employee come out with a bag, look around, then go back inside. After waiting a bit longer, I went inside to inquire about my order. The employee with the bag claimed she didn't see me waiting outside. Frustrated by the lack of apology, I requested a refund and expressed my disappointment with the declining service and food quality at this location. I typically visit this Hardee's in Clarksville, VA frequently, but today's experience has left me dissatisfied.

I visited Hardee's in Farragut, TN, store DT240, and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger but received a single cheeseburger instead. I went back to the drive-thru window, showed the employee my single cheeseburger, and presented the ticket for the double cheeseburger I was billed for. The employee claimed I had a cheeseburger and when I mentioned the missing bacon and double patty, she took the burger from me, disappeared for 4 minutes with no other customers in line, and then returned the wrapped burger and slammed the window shut. Later, on the interstate, I discovered they had only added a piece of bacon on top of the single burger. I tossed the burger away and was dissatisfied. Looking forward to your response.

On 09/06/[redacted] at 12:25 p.m. CST, I visited Hardee's in Dekorra-Poynette, WI, and placed my order with cashier Jessica. After paying, she placed my cup on the counter for me to reach. I politely asked if she could hand it to me like I handed her the money, but she refused. I then requested a refund. It's disheartening when employees in customer service roles act this way. Proper disciplinary action should be taken promptly. Unfortunately, it seems that complaints like these may not reach the restaurant management. I recently visited Hardee's on West Market Street in Johnson City, Tennessee. During my visit, I ordered two steak biscuits, an ultimate omelette biscuit, and a chicken biscuit. Unfortunately, the chicken biscuit was missing from my order. When I went back to address the issue, the lady working there refused to provide me with the chicken biscuit, claiming it was packed correctly. This isn't the first time this has happened; I have gone twice and still didn't receive the chicken biscuit. I am disappointed by the poor service and will not be returning to this Hardee's or any other location affiliated with it. It's disheartening that Hardee's would mistreat a customer, especially one who is on disability.

I used the app to order my food, and though I received a receipt via email, the restaurant did not have my order when I arrived. The app also did not show the order when I checked. Despite the email saying the food was ready at 11:13, I had to wait for them to correct the mistake, resulting in a 40-minute delay. Furthermore, when I finally got home, I realized that my 2-piece combo did not include any sides. This entire experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant completely messed up, and the app failed to display my order correctly, even though I have a receipt.

Hello, I'm Sherita E. I recently had a concerning experience at Hardee's in Franklin, VA. I was wrongly accused of being banned and faced the embarrassment of almost being arrested. Despite the mix-up, the lady who made the error did not apologize. Another manager later apologized, but I feel that an apology from everyone involved is necessary before I consider returning. The situation was upsetting for me, and I hope to see a resolution with all parties taking it more seriously.

I visited the Hardee's in Allendale SC via the drive-thru. The shift manager recognized me and started making noises while taking my order. When I arrived at the window, the cashier refused to serve me, and another cashier appeared to stare. The original cashier then accused someone called Octavia of looking at me. I mentioned to someone on the phone what was happening and decided to return the hot dog for a refund. The staff laughed when I got my money back. Inside, the shift manager watched me and questioned my refund request, and then reluctantly gave me the money back. When I inquired about the corporate number, she initially feigned ignorance. Before leaving, she begrudgingly provided the corporate number. I believe the staff needs better training and the establishment needs improvements, including addressing cleanliness issues, better food quality, and more mature service during the evening hours, as it's not just a place for young kids to socialize.

I visited Hardee's on Clinton Street in La Crosse, WI, and ordered a spicy chicken combo, two double cheeseburgers, and a large fry. After waiting for over 12 minutes, I inquired about the delay to the man behind the counter. The girl working there replaced my fries as mine had already been given out. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, the man rudely told me to leave. I found this treatment to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. Having worked at a Hardee's in Sparta, WI, I would never have treated a customer in that manner, especially if I was a manager. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

Order #[redacted] was made on 10/4/[redacted] at 5:47 with cashier Judith. Unfortunately, Judith's behavior was unpleasant. After requesting napkins, I only received 27 when I needed more for my two sandwiches. Additionally, upon realizing I hadn't received my receipt, her response was unwelcoming as she appeared frustrated. Her lack of courtesy was evident as she didn't greet me or offer any thanks. The overall wait time was excessive, making the experience disappointing. If I encounter Judith on my next visit, I may consider leaving.

During my 30-minute lunch break, I visited Hardee's and ordered the hot ham and cheese meal. Although the lobby was empty when I ordered, a few more people arrived afterward. Unfortunately, after waiting for 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. Others who arrived after me were served and had left. Since I had to return to work, I requested a refund. It seemed excessive to wait so long for a microwaved sandwich, especially considering there were only two cars in the drive-thru. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to patronize Hardee's in the future and will inform others of my disappointing visit.

I had a disappointing experience with the girl at the window who was rude and snatched the money from my hand. She acted like it was her store and interrupted me when I was trying to place my order. Upon getting home, I found that the French toast sticks I ordered had no powdered sugar or syrup, they were just plain. Additionally, the two steak biscuits I ordered were not up to the usual standard I expect from this Hardee's location. This incident occurred at the Hardee's on Clinton Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee. I attempted to contact them with no success, hence reaching out here with my receipt information for assistance.

I visited Mt. Pleasant #[redacted] on 10/12/23 to order a meal. The cashier initially told me the total was $9.20. When I paid with my card, he suddenly realized there was a mistake, but didn't inform me or provide a receipt. Later, I discovered two charges on my bank account within seconds from the same transaction. The lack of communication and honesty from the cashier left me feeling upset. It's crucial for the cashier to acknowledge errors and make them right on the spot. I returned to the store to address the issue, hoping for a prompt resolution and better customer service in the future.

Yesterday morning, I purchased breakfast plates from your establishment. Upon arriving home, I noticed that both of my gravy orders were watery with sausage pieces. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but was unable to get through and had to head to work without retrying the call. This morning, I visited the store with my receipt and spoke to the manager on duty. Despite my concerns, the manager was unhelpful and only offered to replace the gravy without addressing the issue properly. Dissatisfied with the service and lack of resolution, I expressed my disappointment. I have frequented this location before, but this experience has left me hesitant to return.

Last night at around 5:30 PM, my companions and I visited Hardee's on Richmond Road in Warsaw, Virginia. We stood at the counter for over 12 minutes while the staff behind the counter appeared to be walking around without acknowledging our presence. Despite taking to-go orders, they did not communicate with us or show any intention to serve us. Another couple was dining at a table during this time. We left without being attended to. It is completely unacceptable that our presence was disregarded without any indication that they were not taking orders. If they were unable to serve customers, they should have closed the establishment to prevent people from entering. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced such poor service at this particular location. The cleanliness of the place has also been an issue, as it appears dirty, and even the floors, including the bathrooms, are slippery.
