I have been employed by Hardee's in Bridgeport, Alabama, under Darrell Bishop since mid-February. Today, Darrell snapped at me, which has happened many times before, but today's incident was uncalled for. While working at 3 am, we were starting to get busy, and Darrell became upset. I was working alone in the back when Darrell got an order that required two people. I had some sausage cooking when he asked about a biscuit order. I explained I needed to finish the sausage first, but he got upset and told me to leave. For the past four weeks, he has reduced my hours to around 15 a week because I was late once due to moving and settling in. I'm struggling to pay my bills because of this. Darrell's behavior is unprofessional, and I believe a separation letter from the HR Department is necessary. I feel he mistreats employees and creates a hostile work environment. My fiance has lupus, and when I was hired, I informed my employer about his frequent doctor appointments and the potential need for my assistance. In the past 6 to 7 months, there were few flare-ups until last night when he had severe stomach issues. Despite being exhausted and preoccupied with his condition, I still went to work. During my break, I found him in a critical state, vomiting blood and unable to stand. I had to assist him urgently. However, when I informed my employer about the situation, they requested a hospital note, which could breach his HIPAA rights. I'm worried about the possibility of being terminated due to this.

As a new hire on my first day, I unfortunately experienced mistreatment by the manager and some crew members. When I arrived this morning, the manager didn't greet me and seemed too preoccupied to acknowledge me when I needed to clock in. Three crew members showed negative attitudes towards me because I was unaware of tasks happening at the time. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I attempted to communicate my need to clock in, but it was disregarded. This behavior from the manager and the crew created a challenging environment for me from the very beginning.

I visited the Hardee's drive-thru and was the only customer there, but was asked to wait for my order. After waiting for 10 minutes with no one bringing out my food, I went inside. They explained the delay was due to fries, which I found unreasonable. No one apologized for the wait or the need for me to go in. This lack of customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. It is not acceptable.

I visited the Hardee's in Sikeston, MO this morning and experienced several issues with my meal. I was the only customer at 8 AM and ordered the loaded burrito meal. When I asked for hot sauce, they mentioned that they were discontinuing burritos and were low on sauce. The manager offered to make a new omelet, but I declined due to time constraints. I settled for a sausage and egg biscuit from the warmer, which turned out to be cold. Additionally, they were unable to accept credit cards, which has happened multiple times in the past year. It seems there are ongoing problems with this location, and it has deterred me from returning to Hardee's in Sikeston.

I had a disappointing experience with the tacos purchased from the Wood River Illinois location [redacted]. The tacos had hardly any filling, so I returned them for a refund. The staff member who assisted me seemed dismissive on 6/14, and it felt like a waste of both time and money. It would be beneficial for the manager to address this issue. Despite bringing it to her attention, no action was taken, even when I suggested she inspect the tacos herself. Considering how unsatisfactory the tacos were, I'm contemplating taking a picture to demonstrate. It's important for Hardee's to rectify this situation soon. On Thursday, June 15th, at around 9:30 am, I placed an order for two sides of bacon, one order of hash browns, and an orange juice only to be told that it wasn't possible. As a frequent patron, I am aware that bacon sides are typically offered with a combo meal, having ordered it before. I was surprised when the customer service representative abruptly said, "We don't have that," in what seemed like a rude tone.
I eventually went to McDonald's where I promptly received my desired items. Today, I simply wasn't in the mood for eggs or biscuits.

I had a disappointing experience at this store. The drive-thru was busy, so I went inside. The staff appeared slow and unfriendly. The cashier efficiently took my order but didn't offer a receipt. There was no coffee available when she gave me a cup, which she only noticed after 10 minutes. The floor was sticky, with gravy near the coke machine. It took about 30 minutes to get my order of two egg and cheese biscuits, but there was no courtesy in the service. Despite the staff appearing overwhelmed, the food itself was great. Perhaps better training or support is needed. I might try the drive-thru next time, as the inside service seemed lacking in efficiency.

I purchased two combo meals, one for my son and one for myself. My son ordered the western bacon cheeseburger that should have come with two onion rings, but there were none included. The burger was drenched in barbeque sauce instead. When I inquired about the missing onion rings, I was informed that they did not have any. The order took 17 minutes from payment to receiving the food. The fries were cold, and the sandwiches were lukewarm. The employees were chatting with customers in the lobby instead of assisting us. This experience was very disappointing. Since my husband passed away in February, I'm on a tight budget. I made an online order tonight from Hardee's in Henderson on Dabney Dr. Unfortunately, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Initially, I was asked to come inside instead of having my order handed to me at the drive-thru, which was frustrating. Inside, the employees were rude. The food I received was equally disappointing. The fries were inedible, very hard like rocks, and my burger was overcooked and tough around the edges. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on such poor quality food. Customers deserve a decent meal for what they pay. I felt it was important to share this negative experience with someone.

I placed an order for breakfast through the drive-thru at Hardee's in Hornlake, MS Store# [redacted] at 10:06 am on July 3, [redacted]. They asked me to park and wait because they were preparing the sausage. I parked and waited for about 20 minutes before deciding to check inside. I informed the staff of my long wait, and one employee in the back responded rudely while another explained they were waiting on fresh biscuits. When my order was finally brought out, the same worker who was rude earlier hesitated to hand it over, making me fetch it myself. The entire experience left me feeling upset. This lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior towards customers is concerning. I have been a loyal customer of Hardee's for breakfast for a while, but after this incident, I will not be returning. The way I was treated was unacceptable. It seems like this worker may have a history of mistreating customers based on their behavior. I rarely complain, but this experience compelled me to do so. If this kind of service continues, I will take my business elsewhere, perhaps the Bojangles nearby where I can receive prompt service and respectful treatment from staff. During a recent visit to one of your restaurants for breakfast, I ordered the two for five deal which included a biscuit and gravy and a sausage egg biscuit. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my food. Upon receiving it, I was surprised to find the gravy served in a drinking cup. Additionally, my food was cold, including the gravy, sausage, and egg, which were cold to the touch. Despite this experience, I want to express that I have been a customer of Hardee's and Carl's Jr for over 20 years. I believe that attention should be paid to ensuring food quality. While I am not looking to make a big issue out of this, I wanted to share my feedback. I appreciate your values and would welcome a gift card or a refund as a gesture of goodwill. My daughter and I visited the Hardee's in Galax, Virginia tonight. There were three women at the front counter and one in the back. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a blunt "What do you want?" with no smile or friendly greeting. It seemed one of the women was an assistant manager as she instructed a younger employee to wipe down the trays while taking my order. When my daughter requested unsweetened tea due to being diabetic, she was told they didn't have any and only offered Diet Coke. The assistant manager mentioned their fountains were not working without any friendliness or appreciation. Despite spending over $18 on our meal, the lack of courtesy from her towards customers and staff was disappointing. If she is working on my next visit, I will choose to leave.

I visited the drive-thru at the [redacted] E W. T. Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC [redacted] location on 07/17 at 8:12PM. There were employees at the window, but no one responded to the intercom at the drive-thru. According to Google, the drive-thru should have been open from 6AM to 11PM. I waited about 5 minutes for a response after arriving at the intercom, repeatedly saying "Hello?" without any reply. I want to officially lodge a complaint as it seemed that the employees on duty at that time were unwilling to do their job and help me. Thank you for addressing this issue. I have visited Hardee's four times in the past month, and two of those visits have been a nightmare. I experienced long wait times in the Drive-Thru, including a 45-minute wait for my order and having to request a refund when I was running late for work. During my recent visit, I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order of two mushroom swiss sandwiches. When the staff finally checked on me, they had forgotten about my order. The sandwiches I received were not cooked properly, with pink, unchar-broiled patties. It's frustrating that my orders have been consistently incorrect at the Hardee's on Lima Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The staff seemed clueless and unresponsive, leaving me honking my horn for attention. As former Hardee's employees, my brother and I find this level of service unacceptable, especially considering the price we pay for the food quality we expect.

I visited the Hardee's located at [redacted] E Main St, Clarksburg, WV [redacted], at around 2:55 am last Thursday. While placing my order, I asked for fresh meat, but the employee at the speaker was quite rude, insisting that fresh meat is always used and that I shouldn't have to request it. Even after I tried to clarify, she continued to express her frustration. I waited for my food for 20 minutes, and when I went to pay at the window, she went on a rant again. I had to ask her to stop as she was extremely impolite. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an unpleasant encounter with her. She appears to dislike her job and takes it out on customers. Additionally, I overheard her talking negatively about me to a coworker while preparing my food. This behavior is unacceptable, and she should not be working in customer service.

Hello, my name is Mikayla. I work at the Hardee's on Browns Ferry Rd in Chattanooga, TN [redacted]. Today is 8/13/23, and when I arrived at work at 6 am, I had a difficult experience. The shift lead/manager, Billie, has not trained me since I was hired. Instead, she made another employee train me, and when that employee couldn't, Billie screamed at her. During my shift today, Billie bullied me for making a mistake when ringing up an order and for a cashing error. She attempted to make me cover up a cash discrepancy, which goes against the law. When I decided to leave work early due to the situation, Billie unprofessionally questioned me about my mental health and even shared this information with others. I have reported this behavior to the General Manager. I'm concerned about the way I was treated and would appreciate if this issue could be addressed promptly. Thank you.
