I visited your establishment on San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL on 4/24/[redacted] at around 9:40 a.m. I used the drive-thru before heading to work. I waited in line for 5 minutes, only to be told by your manager that he wouldn't serve me because he perceived me as rude, even though I felt he was the one being rude to me. He repeatedly asked me the same questions, which I found unfair. This was my first time at your business, and being treated in such a way was unacceptable. I could have chosen any other place, but I chose yours. Blaming customers without cause is not right when the fault lies elsewhere. My experience was very poor, and I have decided not to return. Management should handle customers with more care and address issues appropriately. Thank you, a very dissatisfied first-time customer.

Today I went back to the Hardee’s in Washington, NC hoping for better customer service. Unfortunately, I was let down. I tried speaking to the drive-thru employee twice with no response. Even after calling, the manager didn't acknowledge the issue. I just spent money there but won't return after this experience. I expect better and won't tolerate poor service for my hard-earned money.

I no longer have an order. Today, my daughter, R, submitted her two weeks' notice as she was receiving minimal hours due to Nila, the manager. Nila not only failed to schedule enough shifts but also spoke negatively about my 16-year-old daughter during a conversation. This behavior is unacceptable towards young, school-going employees. As a result of this mistreatment and the poor management by Nila, we have decided to boycott your establishment. We will notify our relatives and friends to do the same. It is disheartening to see young workers being treated unfairly by managers like Nila, as evidenced by several people quitting under her supervision. Additionally, the quality of the food is subpar.

I've visited this Hardee's many times, hoping for a great experience like other locations, but each visit leaves me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The food is consistently overcooked and seems to be reheated in the microwave until it's inedible. The employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them. Additionally, they consistently overcharge customers and then blame them for not specifying the sale prices. This is the only restaurant in the area, which limits people's dining options. It's disheartening to see a Hardee's establishment operate in such a manner, with poor customer service and food quality. I am dissatisfied with how this location is managed and wish for improvements to be made by the corporate team to ensure a better experience for patrons.

I visited Hardee's this evening and ordered a 2-piece chicken dinner, but was informed they only had a chicken thigh left. I inquired about other pieces or a possibility of more chicken being prepared, to no avail. When I requested to speak to the manager, the employee claimed to be the manager. She lacked courtesy and did not apologize or offer assistance. I have been a loyal customer at Hardee's for years, and this was the worst service I have experienced. I was under the impression that chicken was served for both lunch and dinner, so I was surprised by the lack of availability at 6:00 pm. I noticed that I was double charged for a $5.50 transaction and unexpectedly charged $15.13. I really need to get a refund for these unauthorized charges. Also, for my birthday promotion, I was supposed to receive [redacted] Stars points for spending a dollar, but I haven't received them yet. I called a few weeks ago as advised, but the promised points never appeared.

I had a disappointing experience today, May 9, [redacted], around 1 pm at the Hardee's branch in Abu Dhabi Mall. I ordered 2 Wraptor meals and paid [redacted]. The cashier asked if I had smaller bills, but I didn't. She consulted her manager and returned to say she had no change. When I asked for her name, she refused and seemed uninterested. I wanted to file a complaint for her refusal, but she mentioned her manager was aware. Is it acceptable to deny service due to a lack of change? Was the manager's response appropriate? Do they judge customers based on appearance? Could it be because I was wearing a faded cap and jacket that they ignored my order? Despite being a regular at Hardee's, this was the first time I experienced such treatment.

I work at the Huntington Hardee's. After being there for a week, I am facing sexual abuse from my male manager. Upon reporting to his superior, Kathy Miller, I was reprimanded. When I brought up the harassment, I was threatened with termination unless I improve my performance. I asked why action was not being taken against him for sexually harassing me and requested both of us to be addressed together.

Since the beginning, he has been harassing me, insisting on a threesome with me, him, and his wife. He makes inappropriate remarks about my appearance and suggests inappropriate physical contact. This behavior makes me uncomfortable. I reported the situation to Kathy Miller, but unfortunately, she didn't seem concerned. The constant surveillance is unnerving, as his inappropriate behavior is evident when reviewing the camera footage and audio recordings. His name is Brandon, and I don't feel safe or respected in this environment.

This morning, I visited the Hardee's drive-thru in Fairmont, Minnesota around 10:45. I ordered a 5-piece tender combo and 2 double cheeseburgers with just ketchup. Unfortunately, the order was mixed up, and I received 2 double hamburgers instead. The 5 tenders I got looked very unappetizing. I took photos of the food and the receipt. I shared the pictures on Twitter and tagged Hardee's. I also tried reaching out to them through their website.

I visited your DHA Phase 4 branch in Y Block near Mandarin Kitchen yesterday and today. The issue is, the cashier did not accept my Allied bank card. After I insisted, he took my card but charged the full amount. I mentioned that I received a 20% discount yesterday and even showed him the receipt. He checked the Hardees discount list and still refused to apply the discount to my card. Yesterday, I visited with my friend, and today, I came with my family. I am quite disappointed with this experience.

I placed an order on the app, but when I tried to cancel it, the order wouldn't go through. I ended up being charged for the order that I didn't want anymore. I'm looking to get a refund for the total amount of $32.05. Additionally, when I went to pick up the breakfast order, the crew member informed me they were out of gravy. During my recent visit to Hardee’s with my grandson, I observed the cleanliness issues that were quite concerning. The floor was greasy, making it slippery, and the tables were all dirty. My grandson usually likes to sit beside me under the table, but this time it was not possible due to the unclean conditions. The overall state of the dining room was dreadful; there was a wet floor sign and water leaking from the ceiling. Despite the subpar conditions, the food was just average, and paying $21 seemed excessive considering the situation. The staff seemed disinterested in cleaning and were more focused on chatting in the back. Even the bathroom was filthy, making me reluctant to use it. It's disheartening to see such neglect in a dining establishment. I have photographic evidence of the poor hygiene standards.

The behavior of a manager at one of the stores at [redacted] Jefferson Davis Highway in Clearwater, SC, was disappointing. I inquired about the locked side door assuming the lobby was closed, but the response I received regarding restroom use being exclusive to customers was unwelcoming. Even though we intended to make a purchase, the manager's unfriendly attitude led us to leave and seek food elsewhere. It might be beneficial for her to undergo additional customer service training to improve interactions with patrons.

My friend and I went to the Hardee’s in Franklinton, NC last night and ordered through the drive-thru. We got a 5-piece chicken combo and a separate 5-piece chicken order. However, upon reaching home, we found that the chicken smelled and tasted like old, burned oil. It was awful! We were so disappointed with the food quality. I doubt even my dog would have eaten it. This experience has put us off from visiting Hardee’s again unless something changes.
We contemplated returning for a refund, but the late hour and long drive deterred us. I am requesting a refund and ask for measures to be taken to ensure the oil is fresh to prevent others from experiencing the same rancid taste. Thank you.

I am Stephanie Plaskie from the Sikeston MO store, and I have a concern regarding Mrs. Carroll Glass removing me from the schedule because I missed a store meeting on Monday, May 22nd. Even after my caseworker from New Madrid Child Services informed her that I was in DFS court, she still took me off. I have explained to Mrs. Glass that if I had known about the store meeting earlier than Sunday, May 21st at 4:37 am, I would have attended, but I have court obligations once a week until August. I am confused about why I was terminated on my day off.

I am Angelica K., a former employee at the Hardee's in Calera, Alabama. I worked various shifts under General Manager Shaila L. and Assistant Manager Shawanda C. I'm concerned because I only received payment for two days' work out of the hours I logged. Moreover, I've been facing unprofessional behavior from Shaila L., including threats and inappropriate comments. I worked at the Calera, AL Hardee's under Shaila LeRoy and only received payment for 2 days out of the almost 60 hours I worked. Recently had a frustrating experience with Store #[redacted] in Walker, MN. While at the drive-thru, an associate dropped our chocolate shake and made my husband, who has neuropathy in his hands, feel at fault. After a rude remark, I inquired about her name, only to receive evasive responses from other employees. The situation escalated when they threatened to involve the police unnecessarily. Eventually, I managed to speak to the manager, Jeremiah, who shed light on the associate's identity. The lack of professionalism and respect encountered during this incident has left us seriously reconsidering future visits to this establishment.
