This is the second time in three days my Hamilton Beach toaster has caught on fire. The first incident occurred when I mistakenly put thin Pepperidge Farm bread in and assumed it was within the holders. Though there was no fire, it caused a lot of smoke, which was hard to clean and reset the fire alarms. Today, while attending to chores, I smelled smoke again when I had an English muffin in the toaster. Both incidents are alarming as I've had the toaster for only a year or two and it had always been in the same spot for 15 years without issues. When I opened the cabinet where it was stored, smoke and flames emerged. I managed to put out most of the fire with water but not all of it.

For the past 15 years, I've kept my coffee maker, Hamilton Beach toaster, and food processor on the same shelf without any issues. Today, when I tried to toast an English muffin, smoke started coming out of the toaster. Despite my weakened sense of smell due to Parkinson's disease, I managed to address the situation and put out the fire. The incident resulted in some smoke damage, requiring me to open windows, clean extensively, and reset multiple fire alarms. Dealing with these tasks was challenging with my condition. I'm grateful for the support of a friend who helped me clean up. I'm reaching out to request replacements for the damaged toaster and food processor. I am experiencing issues with my Scoop coffee maker. Despite filling the reservoir with 10 ounces of water, I only receive around 4 ounces of coffee. Not only that, the coffee maker, filter, and filter holder heat up excessively and produce steam. While I was satisfied with this model in the past, this new one is not functioning correctly, and I have concerns about a possible electrical fire due to the heat and steam. I have been unable to resolve these problems on my own and would appreciate receiving a replacement Scoop coffee maker. Thank you. - Ted Bauchner.

Hi, I'm Holly. I wanted to share my experience with the coffee makers I recently purchased. I have always been a fan of the brew stations and decided to buy 2 in [redacted], one as a gift and one for myself. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with my recent purchase. The machine keeps making a noise as if it's still brewing even when it's done, and the coffee ends up tasting burnt because it gets too hot. I have a microwave from your brand that is only a little over two years old. I tried to heat up a cupcake for 30 seconds, and I smelled smoke coming from the kitchen. When I opened the microwave, I saw that the glass container I used was scorched and too hot to touch, even though the cupcake wasn't burnt. Can you please assist me with this situation? Hello, this is the fourth time I am reaching out for information. I own a coffee grinder, model 80393C, series 2891DL. Unfortunately, a small piece on the cover where it locks broke off. I am inquiring if it is possible to obtain a replacement top for this model. I have attempted to call without success, as the line directs me to submit a message on the site. Here is another attempt. I eagerly anticipate a thorough response, preferably from the parts and service department. Perhaps they have a spare part or an old unit to offer as a replacement. I remain hopeful. I have been trying to reach a representative through multiple phone calls without success. Email responses have also been inadequate. Upon receiving my package, both the outer and inner boxes were damaged, allowing direct access to the mixer. Despite contacting customer service about this issue, I did not receive a reply. The top portion of the mixer is unstable, making it difficult to use. I am considering an exchange or a refund due to the poor customer service experience. This situation is frustrating as I have paid a significant amount for this item. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution soon, I will consider involving the Better Business Bureau. I have previously provided this information, but here it is again. I purchased a hand-held mixer at Kohl's around April or May last year. After using it once, it failed to work the next time. I contacted the warranty department and was informed my replacement would arrive within 7 weeks, nearing Thanksgiving, but it never did. I followed instructions to discard the mixer cord and unit without a picture. Two weeks ago, I gave up and visited Kohl's to seek alternatives. They provided me with a replacement without requiring a receipt. Over the weekend, I received the replacement from your company. I am unsure how to proceed since I doubt Kohl's will accept it without proof of purchase. I am willing to return it, but I will need a return label as I prefer not to cover shipping costs. Alternatively, I could donate it. Please advise on the next steps.

I accidentally left my coffee cup off the machine and it overflowed, causing a mess. After cleaning up and restarting, the screen keeps showing an "overflow" message, and the coffee won't brew. I encountered an issue with your online form that got deleted. My hot/cold water dispenser recently stopped working. There is no pumping, heating, or cooling happening. After checking, I found that the cord has power. I unplugged it for an hour as a troubleshooting step. Unfortunately, it remains unresponsive. I haven't found any reset information or clues. I recently purchased a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker but have been disappointed with its performance. Unfortunately, it did not come with an instruction manual, so I had to search online for directions. Despite following the steps correctly, the carafe takes more than 20 minutes to brew 10 cups, and the pod brewer clogs frequently, requiring constant cleaning. This situation is unacceptable to me. When I attempted to return it to Walmart, they refused the return due to the lack of a physical manual and would not accept the online version I downloaded. I am now left with a $[redacted] coffee maker that is not functioning properly. I received an electric griddle as a Christmas gift, but it takes 10 or more minutes to heat up properly for cooking. My friend has the same model and mentioned this is not normal. I thought Hamilton Beach was a reliable brand. The griddle is a Type G43 Griddle, 120v, Model [redacted], Series AA1722CE. I appreciate your assistance and would like a replacement.

Could someone please collect or provide a way to return my TOASTER & CAN OPENER? Both items, Model #[redacted] Type CA26, are possibly over 11 years old. My husband insisted on keeping them to see how long they would last, but now that he's gone, I'd like to replace them with new ones in a different color. Avoid buying cream colored toasters or can openers, especially can openers. I am willing to trade them if anyone is interested or kindly arrange for their pick up. Thank you.

I was surprised to receive an email today at 6:20 PM stating that my order was received, as I did not place any order today. I am concerned that my credit card may have been used without my permission or hacked. The email mentioned a grounds basket, which I did order back in June [redacted] and received on July 3rd. I kindly request that you review your outgoing emails and provide an explanation for why this email was sent to me.
