My order from Firehouse was a disaster. I cannot eat the food because they messed up my entire order. They forgot my kid's drink and dessert, gave me a burnt and cold sandwich for her, and put tomatoes and mayo on my sandwich despite my request not to. Additionally, I ordered a medium sandwich but received a small. The late delivery likely contributed to the cold food. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund as I now need to find food elsewhere.

I have experienced two order issues within the past 2-1/2 weeks with Grubhub. The first problem involved the quality of the food and the order being delivered late. The second issue was that part of my order was missing and again, it was late. During both instances, I contacted their customer service, but I felt like I had to constantly prove what had happened. The last conversation left me very upset because customer service refused to contact the driver to inquire about my missing item or issue a refund. It was frustrating as I felt like I was being treated as dishonest when all I wanted was the missing item or a refund for it which cost $8. Customer service stated they would reach out to me in 7-10 business days, and they did, but then they informed me that my account was blocked for supposedly violating some kind of policy. I don't understand how requesting missing items or refunds can be considered a violation. Also, why is it acceptable for customer service to be unhelpful and not escalate the conversation to a higher level of support?

My order from Bombay Kabab was not delivered. According to the app, it was delivered, but only the 7/11 add-on was received. Despite speaking with customer service, they insisted that the order was delivered and canceled the 7/11 part. The original order did not arrive, as confirmed by the restaurant. I received a refund for the 7/11 portion that cost $8, but I am still waiting for the $27 refund from the undelivered items.

I ordered from McAllister Deli tonight. The delivery time changed from 8:00 to 8:23. Despite providing clear directions to my apartment, GrubHub drivers often struggle to follow them, going the wrong way. When I contacted the driver to correct his route, he didn't respond. Even after trying to call, I got no answer. The GrubHub support agent offered a seven dollar credit for the late delivery, but this isn't satisfactory considering a previous late order arrived cold. The driver falsely marked the order as delivered without bringing it to me. I'm frustrated with this experience and request a full refund, including the tip. This marks the second time I've had delivery issues with GrubHub.

I recently ordered from Min's Bistro Chinese Cuisine through Grub Hub and was disappointed with the delivery service provided by the driver, Victor. Despite the short distance of only 2.4 miles from the restaurant to my house, the delivery took 48 minutes instead of the expected 10 minutes. Victor arrived without any explanation for the delay, handed me my order in an open bag without a receipt or any indication that it was my order, and left promptly. As a regular Grub Hub customer who tips well and expects timely delivery, I was not satisfied with this experience.

I received an unordered food delivery with the wrong person's name on the ticket and no restaurant information. Unfortunately, the ticket lacks customer contact details, making it impossible to return the order. I attempted to contact Grubhub, but lacking an account hindered me from connecting.
I am concerned the driver may be penalized for the unclaimed delivery, the actual customer will not receive their food, and the restaurant may lose revenue. The lack of information and inability to resolve this issue highlights poor customer service from Grubhub. Their practices are hurting not only their drivers but also customers and merchants.

I recently adjusted my Grubhub settings to not use "Seamless" payments, however, the payment still went through. This resulted in an unauthorized charge of $1.80 on a debit card with insufficient funds, leading to a $28 overdraw fee on my linked bank account. I am requesting Grubhub to refund the $28 overdraft charge promptly. If this is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and consider launching a public relations campaign highlighting the issues with the "Seamless payment method." Despite my prior settings, the wrong payment method was still charged, causing these financial inconveniences. I seek the reimbursement immediately to avoid further actions.

I had an issue with my GrubHub order. I tried to change the delivery address but couldn't until the end. Eventually, I updated the address, but the food was delivered to my son [redacted] miles away. After contacting customer service, they offered to redeliver within 31 minutes, which was great. However, when I mentioned ongoing address issues politely, the representative, Anthony, canceled my order and abruptly ended the chat after offering $10 when the order was over $60. It was frustrating.
