I am requesting a full refund from JLJ Med Spa. When I arrived, they stated they needed my doctor's clearance for injections due to my previous cancer history. I have had successful injections before without any issues, but my previous doctor has retired, making it impossible to obtain the needed clearance. Despite sending eight emails, I have not received any responses or a way to contact the spa by phone. If I do not receive a full refund, I will escalate the matter to my bank and the BBB. I would like a refund for my ticket so that I can either repurchase it on August 15 or extend the expiration date to November 12. Our planned trip is from November 10 - 12, which is a week and a half after the current ticket's expiration date. I contacted Pirates Dinner Adventure, and they informed me they would not honor the voucher despite many others participating in the promotion.
When I initially bought the tickets, the old credit card on file was charged without my knowledge, as I was unaware my information was saved. I missed the expiration date as it was located in the "Fine Print" section, not the "Good to Know" section. After requesting a refund, Groupon processed it efficiently.
Given my financial and emotional strain due to a recent divorce, the loss of my father, and caring for my mother, I tried to reorder the tickets to save an additional 25% discount. Although the discount was not applicable, I believed the company would honor the voucher due to its proximity to expiry. Unfortunately, I couldn't obtain a refund through Groupon either.
My purpose has always been to attend the show during our trip in November. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

In short, I am extremely dissatisfied. Soori Hair and Beauty's customer service has been very disappointing. Initially, I struggled to get in touch with them via phone, and when I eventually did, they asked me to message them on Facebook, which I promptly did but to no avail. They offered impractical appointment times like 8 pm on a Saturday or Sunday evenings for services that should finish by 10 pm. Even after these inconveniences, they were still indecisive and did not follow up as promised. This experience has left me frustrated and I am requesting a refund. I purchased the Luxury Hoodie Lined Throw Blanket on July 28, [redacted], and got the order confirmation the same day at 10:28 pm EST. An email on August 4th asked for feedback on the product, assuming I received it, but I haven't. FedEx tracking indicates it was delivered on August 1st, but I didn't get it despite being home and checking the mail. The shipping address is correct. Regarding Groupon order #[redacted] and Golfnow Conf# [redacted]49, I came across a tee time deal for 7:40 AM on August 6th at the Great Rock golf club on Supreme Golf. Despite the advertised Groupon deal for $24 per person at the same course, when I tried to use the code "EXTRA25" as mentioned, it was invalid. I have Groupon confirmation number [redacted] and GolfNow confirmation number [redacted]. While searching on Supreme Golf for Great Rock Golf Course, I found a special offer on Groupon for $24 each at Great Rock. Despite the EXTRA25 discount code not working during checkout on Groupon, I proceeded with the purchase for a tee time on August 6th at 7:40 am. Even though I couldn't apply the discount, I completed the purchase and was redirected to GolfNow for booking as my tee time was available there.
To resolve this issue, I would appreciate if the 25% discount could be applied to my entire purchase or if I could be charged the advertised price of $24 per person. Currently, the same offer is available on Supreme Golf through GolfNow, and the savings difference of $72 on a foursome purchase is significant.

I purchased a massage voucher from Groupon. However, when I tried to schedule, the provider marked it redeemed prematurely. We agreed to reschedule due to building repairs causing noise. When I attempted to reschedule, the provider claimed she never received payment from Groupon and suggested they ripped her off. She insists I need to seek a refund from Groupon. I bought a massage from Solauris in Briarcliff Manor, New York, using Groupon. I attempted to contact them through their website without success. Calling only resulted in a recording, and visiting their location twice yielded no staff. An email I sent was also left unanswered. Upon visiting today, I found staff present. The owner informed me that my 90-day period for the massage ends tomorrow and they are fully booked. She suggested using my Groupon credit towards their regular fees or seeking a refund from Groupon. Despite my efforts to reach them, the owner denies any record of it. The experience was frustrating, and the owner's dismissive demeanor was disappointing. My intention was to receive the service I paid for, but given the circumstances, I believe a refund is appropriate.

Hello, I'm Oyu, a mother of three children. I bought two swim class coupons for my boys from Swim Academy. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple issues with their service. The first class was canceled due to sick coaches, and another one was canceled because the coach didn't show up. Despite rescheduling for the following Saturday, the class was canceled again. My feedback pertains to the local merchant auto services' misleading oil change advertisements. I recently called a few auto companies out of curiosity. I found some mechanics were unprofessional; one even tried inflating their labor costs when I suggested providing my own oil and filter. Another falsely claimed only licensed mechanics could handle used oil. It seems some merchants are resorting to deceptive practices like creating fake reviews on Groupon. I recently ordered concentrated Stem Gel and Stem Cell Cream from Groupon. However, to my surprise, I was billed $84 for each item on my credit card. When I tried to resolve this issue, I received another set of two items at $94 each. I have been unable to reach the company for clarification, as the phone rings once and then disconnects. The Groupon ad did not mention anything about these products being samples or about automatic refills. I purchased a voucher for 4 people to dine at Oasi Burger in Shoreditch for £32 total. I verified the restaurant's availability for 7pm on Monday, August 5th before buying the voucher. After booking through Groupon and receiving confirmation, I attempted to call the restaurant to confirm my reservation, only to discover they were closed that day. Despite being shown available times for Monday, the restaurant was closed. Due to this confusion, I was unable to use my booking but was still charged for the voucher. I would like a refund since I should not have been allowed to book for a day when the restaurant was closed.

Hello,
I attempted to book a vacation at Sonesta Resort - Hilton Head Island through Groupon. Following an unsuccessful payment via PayPal, I then used my Bank of America checking account to make the payment. Unfortunately, after the payment went through, a notification on the website indicated that the hotel had no available bookings.
Despite receiving no communication from Groupon, I discovered that my bank account was still charged. I proceeded to cancel the reservation on the app, receiving a confirmation message, but the status still shows as "pending" with a picture of the resort.
As I never received a booking confirmation or number from Groupon, I am seeking a full refund. Attached is a screenshot for reference. I am eager for a prompt resolution and refund from Groupon.
