I am an employee at the Texas Department of Public Safety, and we have a corporate account with Grammarly. Recently, I received an email invitation titled "You're invited to join Texas Department Of Public Safety on Grammarly", but I am unable to log in despite multiple attempts. The Grammarly login page keeps showing an error message saying, "Your password is incorrect or this account doesn’t exist." Our IT department has been unable to resolve this issue for the past 2 months. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I signed up for premium Grammarly using my old Google account linked to my high school, which has since been deactivated by the school administrator after I graduated. I am unable to log in to cancel my subscription, and I have been charged $[redacted] twice, totaling $[redacted] over two years. I need help canceling my subscription, which was registered under the email address [redacted] Please assist me promptly.

Dear Customer Support, I am reaching out regarding my Grammarly account situation. As of August 15, [redacted], my account status is FREE, as indicated under "Subscriptions" on my computer. I have never had a PREMIUM account on my device. However, to my surprise and disappointment, on 10/14/23, a charge of $[redacted].95 was made to my VISA card by Grammarly. This appears to be an error on Grammarly's part. I kindly request a refund for this charge. My wife also utilizes Grammarly through her employer, and we are both pleased with the service's quality. If circumstances were different and my time on the computer was not limited due to a disability, I would have considered upgrading to PREMIUM. I have noticed a repeated charge of $30 on my bank account since May 23rd, which should have been canceled. The last unauthorized charge occurred on October 30th, [redacted]. I am the owner of a reputable beverage company and have been in business since [redacted]. This subscription was terminated when my assistant finished her studies, yet you have continued to withdraw funds without authorization. I am prepared to escalate this issue through my national company's social media platforms if necessary to raise awareness about your non-compliance with canceled subscriptions. It is imperative that your management contacts me promptly to rectify this situation. Please address this matter swiftly to avoid any negative publicity for your company. You can reach me via email at [redacted], and the preferred email for responses would be [redacted] I anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter. I was alerted to this issue by Rocket Money and will take all measures to prevent others from falling victim to fraudulent practices by large corporations. I await your prompt response.
