Grammarly, I have reached out to you multiple times for help in purchasing a house, but have not received any response. I encountered issues with my Grammarly subscription due to a change in my Apple ID and email address settings. Even though my iCloud account was closed, I unintentionally purchased Grammarly Premium through my old iCloud email. Despite efforts from Ann and Valerie since August 12th, the situation remains unresolved. As per Ann's suggestion, I updated my correct email address in Grammarly's system, but I have not received any further communication. I've been patient, but with no progress made, I'm disappointed with the $[redacted] spent on a subscription I can't access. I initially paid through Paypal using my valid email address [redacted] I kindly request a refund given the circumstances.

I was excited to receive a 50% discount on Grammarly Premium for August, but when I attempted to upgrade, the regular price was charged instead. Frustrated with the inability to apply the promo, I ended up canceling my subscription as it continued to bill me the full amount. The chatbot's assistance was inadequate, providing me with a ticket that has not yielded a response from customer service yet. I hoped to call for assistance early in the morning, only to find out there is no 1-[redacted] number available for contact.

Last spring, I communicated with Grammarly's team to terminate my connection with the program and secure any owed refunds. Despite this, my VISA statement for October 8th to November 7th, [redacted], indicates charges for the cancelled Grammarly subscription are still being made. I am confused by this ongoing billing and request an immediate halt to the charges along with refunds for all payments made since our termination agreement. I would greatly appreciate personal assistance over the phone rather than automated responses. A scheduled call time through email would be a standard Customer Service practice that I anticipate. My name is Amya Mcleod. I am requesting a refund for a charge I received. I signed up for a free trial of Grammarly to test how the app worked, but instead of getting 7 free days, I was charged $[redacted] for the annual fee after just one day. I have been experiencing issues with Grammarly services. Initially, I was charged for two accounts, but then one was canceled, leading to a disruption in all services, even the free ones. Hello, I noticed a charge for Grammarly premium for a year on May 1, [redacted], and today, May 1, [redacted], of $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. I have been using Grammarly for years and just realized I have been charged $30 monthly plus the annual fee accidentally. I've heard this can happen. Hello, I am Teresa La Roche. Recently, there was an unauthorized charge on my Paypal account, which led to the closure of my green state account, something I did not approve. My Grammarly subscription was canceled today as per your 9:52 AM Eastern Standard Time email, yet the $60.00 charge was still processed on the same day to my credit card. I recently downloaded the Grammarly app, but upon opening it, I realized it wasn't what I needed. I promptly removed the app from my phone that same day. To my surprise, a few months later, I found a charge from Apple on my credit card statement for the app. Apple informed me that I needed to request the refund from Grammarly directly.
