Yesterday morning, I discovered 86 unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted] on my Cash App account, all claimed to be from Google Play. Despite providing proof that I never set up a payment method with them and sharing screenshots of my futile attempts to get assistance from Cash App, I have been told to wait for the transactions to complete before any action can be taken. The runaround continues, and Google has yet to respond to my inquiries. Google's website indicates that if the transaction names do not match my account, it is fraudulent, which is the case here. I have found other individuals facing similar issues online. This money is crucial for my rent, especially as I recently lost my job. I have diligently documented every chat, claim, and the 86 questionable transactions.

Hello, I have six game accounts, three for Clash Royale and three for Clash of Clans. Two of these accounts are quite advanced. I am trying to recover my original Clash Royale account that I started around May [redacted]. I am facing an issue with SuperCell's in-game support that has been ongoing for three weeks. Despite providing them with all the necessary information, they have been unable to assist me. I have invested a significant amount of money in this account, which has now been compromised during a transfer to a new phone. The support team has not been able to restore the account to its original state despite numerous attempts. I am looking for alternative methods of communication to resolve this matter before losing all progress in the game.

Walking War Robots has charged me without authorization after I expressed my dissatisfaction on the Pixonic website. I decided to stop playing the game following this incident. The charge for a season pass went through Google Play without my approval. This recurring payment setup circumvented my security settings, causing an issue with PayPal. I am disappointed because Google allowed this to happen, bypassing my password protection. I consider this as serious as hacking. I demand a refund from the company and an apology from Google for handling this without my consent. I have not purchased a season pass in years, making it clear this is unauthorized. Reviewing past emails, I discovered several similar incidents where charges were made for items I never bought.

While updating my apps on the Google Play Store, I noticed that one of them, App Manager III Pro, has been replaced by an economy version with ads and less features. I had originally purchased the Pro version using my Visa Debit Card ending in [redacted] approximately 30 months ago. According to the Play Store, it shows as both "installed" and "purchased." I would like to request the Pro Version of the app that I paid for, as the new version is not as good. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times. I bought a $[redacted] Google Play gift card and unfortunately, the redemption code got scratched off while lightly scratching it. Despite providing proof five times, I have not received a resolution or compensation. As someone on disability, $[redacted] means a lot to me, and this situation has been distressing. I am willing to resend all the necessary documentation if needed. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have to escalate it to relevant authorities such as the FTC, BBB, and IC3. Since May, I have noticed recurring charges on both of my cards for a text messaging app. Initially, the app was supposed to be free, but I encountered payment issues when trying to use its paid features outside my home. My son eventually removed the app from my phone and I received a refund for the charges related to it. Despite this, I continue to be billed for services I have not utilized. I am concerned about a big tech company's app in your store that is allowing people to use caller or texting phone numbers to harass others. This issue is serious and needs to be addressed promptly. If the CEO of Google had a family member experiencing this harassment, I am certain the app would be taken down. I have witnessed my daughter in tears because her ex-partner is using this app to harass her, and the law has been unable to help. However, I believe your company has the power to stop this quickly. I am considering starting a petition to have these apps banned because women, young ladies, and even children deserve to feel safe keeping their phones on. Many of these victims are already survivors of abuse, and it is unacceptable for them to face even more harassment from these harmful apps when trying to escape bad situations.

While visiting my sister, I attempted to screen cast an episode of Beverly Hills Housewives but ended up inadvertently downloading several screen cast apps. I unintentionally subscribed to Smart TV Cast for $25.99, which has left me in a tight financial situation as it deducted from the only funds I have for basic necessities until the 27th. I am on universal credit and cannot afford this expense. The initial payment was declined, but it was charged later without my consent. I urgently need the money refunded as it is crucial for my current family circumstances and basic needs like electricity and food. I am having trouble completing transactions on the Play Store using my balance. I have attempted various purchases, including in-app ones, without success. An error message keeps appearing, stating that I must be in the United States to complete transactions. I am in the United States and purchased the card at a local Walmart. Although I sometimes use a VPN, I have ensured it was turned off and even tried using a location within the U.S. without success. To troubleshoot, I logged out of my account, cleared the cache and data on the Play Store, and logged back in. I also tried using mobile data and Wi-Fi. My Play Store country setting is correctly set to the United States. This issue started yesterday, and I am continually receiving the error message. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20+ running Android 11. Thank you.

I purchased a $25 Google Play card about an hour and a half ago. When I scratched the back to reveal the code, the first 4 digits are blacked out. I am unable to get a refund for it, as it's already scratched. This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this, as all my previous cards had clear scratch-offs. I recently encountered a scam where I was asked to buy $[redacted] in Google Play cards and send the pin numbers via email. Thankfully, I couldn't go through with it. It turns out, my neighbor's email was hacked, and the sender wasn't actually her. I bought $[redacted] and $[redacted] Google Play cards but didn't send the pin numbers. I have a debit card linked to my Google Play account, and I recently added $10 using it. Subsequently, I also redeemed a $20 gift card, bringing my total Google Play balance to $30. However, when I try to make a purchase within apps linked to my email, I encounter difficulties. Upon checking the payment settings, I noticed a card with a different last 4 digits that I don't recognize, prompting me to upload a picture of the card and my identification. The issue persists despite not having used the card with the displayed digits. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this inconvenience as I funded my balance via a purchased gift card and my own debit card. Interestingly, I am able to make purchases in a game associated with my husband's email using my debit card. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening. A few months ago, I downloaded the "Hily" app from your Play Store. I did not subscribe to it, yet €15.99 is debited from my account every week. I contacted the customer service of this app and requested that the debits be stopped. I was told that it was not possible without providing the transaction ID, which should be in the receipt from the subscription, but I don't have it. If I did indeed subscribe, which I don't remember doing, you should have that receipt. Could you please send it to me if you find it? I find all of this very strange because I can't find the app under my subscriptions, and the Play Store activities don't show any debits. Receipts for these debits are only sent to me by email, and the transaction ID is not included...
