I have been diligently completing online surveys using the Pinecoin Paid Surveys app developed by Pie Solutions for several months. After reaching the minimum redemption limit of USD [redacted].00, I tried to cash out USD [redacted].00 on 05.03.[redacted], but encountered an error preventing payment. I faced the same issue on the specified pay day, 05.04.[redacted], when I attempted to redeem USD [redacted].00 through PayPal. Despite notifying the developer and leaving a review, I have not received any response regarding these payment problems. It is disappointing to see the app profit from advertisements while failing to payout. Currently, I am owed USD [redacted].00 and have ceased using this fraudulent app for surveys.

I am looking to remove a publishing app from the Play Store. I believe it needs an update before deletion. I want to ensure it complies with policies before proceeding. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy for my daughter and attempted to download Minecraft. However, I encountered an error on the Play Store related to the Family Payment Method. Despite following all suggested steps to correct it and confirming the setup of the Family Payment Method on my account, I have been unsuccessful. This issue appears to be widespread, now including Australia, as noted in other posts. The installation process for apps like this seems smoother on Apple devices, so I'm hopeful a solution can be found soon.

I have never signed up for a Google Play Dropbox paid account. Although I have used Dropbox a few times to download pictures, I was surprised to discover that Google Play has been charging my PayPal account $11.99 monthly since [redacted], totaling $[redacted].76. I have screenshots from my PayPal account to prove this. I never authorized these payments and have not utilized these services. I've noticed that Coin Master is taking spins without launching mini games and sometimes using more spins than necessary, as well as not adding coins won after a purchase. This has happened multiple times, most recently tonight where I've spent nearly $40. I feel like a fool and find it unfair. When I contacted them a few days ago about the same issue, they dismissed me by saying there was no evidence in the logs. I want a refund of $34 for tonight's incidents.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my bank account from Google Play. My children play games on their mom's phone, but they do not have access to my debit card details. I'm having trouble accessing the Google Play Store on my phone. It keeps prompting me for my cardholder details and credit card number, even though I've never made a purchase from the store. I recently discovered an unfamiliar charge on my bank statement, prompting me to visit your website. Upon checking my Subscriptions, I noticed an unauthorized Subscription to Google Play Pass. I did not authorize this Subscription, as the only one I approved was for the interactive book app "Stories." I did not consent to Google Play Pass charging my bank account, which led to an overdraft. I would like a refund for the unauthorized Subscription and the charges incurred. Additionally, I had previously unsubscribed from "Stories" due to financial constraints, yet I was charged again this month. I change my phone passcode weekly, so it couldn't have been done by someone I know. I am currently unwell and financially strained, making these charges unwelcome.

I am experiencing difficulties in a game I play called State of Survival by Klings Group Games. The issue is complex, so I prefer to discuss it over email. I have attempted to contact Google in the past few weeks, but due to the current situation, their phone support is unavailable. I have requested copies of all data held by the in-game support team, including past conversations. Unfortunately, the support team has not been cooperative and has directed me to email addresses provided in their privacy section. Despite reaching out to three different email addresses affiliated with the game and company, I have not received any responses. The in-game support team is my only point of contact, and they have declined my requests for higher escalation within the company. They are also unwilling to provide me with my data, which I believe is my legal right to access. Although the game is registered in Hong Kong and the company in the Cayman Islands, I am based in the UK. I am unsure of where to seek help next and I am hoping that Google can assist me since I acquired the game through your platform.

I attempted to reach out to Play Store and Tencent Games support regarding a refund issue with no success. I recently bought [redacted] UC in-game, intending to gift my friend the next season's royal pass. However, when I tried to do so, I realized I would have to pay an additional $9.99 as it showed the price in USD instead of UC. I have not used any of the UC purchased and would like a refund to proceed with gifting the royal pass. I have screenshots from conversations with both Play Store and PUBG support. I signed up for a free 3-day trial on Picsart but forgot to cancel, resulting in being charged for a whole year. The $60 charge wiped out my funds, and I'm not satisfied with the app's features. I have a question about the active devices demographics in Google Play Store analytics. Our app shows a count from China, a country where we believe fewer people use Google Play Store for downloads. They might be using other Chinese app stores instead. We do utilize Crashlytics and the Google Maps API.
Could you clarify if the "active devices" statistics represent "direct" downloads as our product team assumes, or if they include daily usage of Google Play Services and other mentioned services?
We are interested in country-based app deployment, but we only have access to "Active Devices" stats, not specific app download numbers. This leaves us uncertain about the meaning of "Active Devices" statistics.

After contacting the provided number, they assured me they would resolve the issue by closing my card and sending a new one. However, upon checking, the charge reappeared on my new card. Despite my discussions with Chase and their investigation stating it wasn't fraudulent, I emphasized that I didn't make this purchase due to financial constraints on my fixed income from Social Security. I discovered some concerning charges on a bank statement for a resident with disabilities. Upon further investigation, these unauthorized charges have been occurring since June [redacted]. The individual in question has intellectual and physical disabilities, making it impossible for them to have set up any accounts or provide consent. È probabile che durante uno di questi giochi abbia premuto su "acquista" senza rendermi conto (ha sei anni) che stava utilizzando una carta di credito che avevo usato in passato per acquistare dei crediti per un suo gioco per circa 5 euro. Questa volta ho ricevuto una notifica di €[redacted],99 e ho scoperto vari acquisti effettuati. Sono un pensionato con risorse economiche limitate (a malapena arrivo a fine mese), quindi sarebbe molto apprezzato se poteste gentilmente rimborsarmi questi acquisti.

I fell victim to a scam involving multiple Google Play gift cards. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent the 16-digit codes to the scammer, believing it was my sister. Shortly after, I realized my error, but I couldn't find a way to cancel the cards. I hoped Google would be able to assist by canceling them if I could prove the scam, but the online Google Play support did not offer a solution. In today's digital age, these situations can occur swiftly. Despite Google's claim that these cards cannot be converted to cash, scammers still manage to exploit them. While this product may benefit Google, the customer support in such cases seems lacking. I understand that I may never recover my lost money; this serves as a costly lesson learned.
