I have two concerns regarding my son's Google Play subscription. He signed up in January but has not had access to his phone or the internet due to mental health issues. I am being charged $9.99 monthly for "GooglePlay-Application Sub. Music Premium" and need to cancel it. The charges started in January [redacted] and continued in March and April, with duplicate charges. My son did not have the means to make these payments. I believe this is an error. I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my spending on the Final Fantasy XV game app. I have invested a significant amount of money into it, totaling in the thousands of dollars. However, due to the latest update, the game is being reset completely. This means all the money and time I put into it are now lost. Despite my efforts to reach out to the developers for assistance, I have not received any help. I have heard that Google is issuing refunds to other players affected by this issue. As a long-time loyal customer of Google, I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a refund for the money I spent on the game. I recently released my first alpha version of my app on the Google Play store on May 6. I opted for a closed alpha release and added a few Gmail addresses, including my G-suite address, to the list of testers. However, none of us has received any emails yet. When I click on the link while logged in, I see a message stating that the app is not available or not accessible to me. It has been nearly three days since the release, and this delay doesn't seem typical. Hello, I'm reaching out because my husband recently bought 3 packs on his game Lords Mobile. While the $9 and $35 purchases went through, the $35 pack he also purchased did not show up in the game. We can see all 3 transactions on our bank statement and also received 3 receipts from Google Play via Gmail. We're not looking for a refund, just hoping to receive the missing $35 pack in the game. Firstly, I must say the phone support system is inadequate, being operated by a bot that provides no real assistance, rendering the service ineffective. I recently received a notification that my gaming account was banned while playing a game, supposedly due to a payment-related issue, though the specifics are unclear to me. I have already requested a refund, but Google Play's response has been dismissive. If my account remains banned, I expect a full reimbursement for all my previous purchases in the game. It is unreasonable for a company to take my money without warning or a proper explanation. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take steps to have my bank reverse the charges due to suspected fraudulent activities by the gaming company.

I am experiencing issues with apps downloaded from the Google Play Store. Every app I download or update is not functional and displays a message that the app has stopped. Some apps not retrieved from the Play Store are also encountering the same problem. Specifically, after updating Google Chrome, it fails to work properly, showing an error message when trying to load a page. I have noticed recurring charges on my credit card each month from a company called "Googly Googly" with varying amounts from $0.99 to $[redacted], totaling to over $[redacted]. On April 18, I noticed an $84.99 charge on my MasterCard for a publication called "NordVPN" among other charges. It appears someone at Google made this unauthorized purchase and even saved it in a password program, which I find unacceptable. In addition, there were inappropriate photos from a website I visit that were accessed. I would like the $84.99 refunded promptly and hope Google can address this issue with more seriousness. I don't appreciate the invasion into my personal finances and I hope this matter can be resolved quickly. Thank you.

I accidentally agreed to a charge while trying to close an app like life360. I needed it to keep observing my grandson who's a truck driver. He said it was free and I should get a refund. I've been trying for over three days without success. I feel misled and cheated by the $74.36 subscription charge. I am requesting a refund of the amount.

I recently noticed unauthorized payments from my 2 or 3 bank accounts to Google Play. I am unsure how this is happening, and a significant amount of money has been taken. As a 70-year-old, I am not familiar with Google Play and did not realize they had access to my bank accounts. I have a Google Play Music subscription on my phone. I downloaded the Google Play Music app on my daughter's phone. When trying to log in to my paid GPM account on her phone, it prompts for her email address. Clicking 'Add Account' only lets me add her school account, not mine. Despite researching solutions online, none work without deleting accounts or deactivating devices, which I don't want to do. I know GPM can be used on multiple devices simultaneously. If this can be resolved, I will upgrade to GPM Family. Otherwise, I might cancel my subscription. I appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.

The developer recently reset the game upon release, rendering all previous purchases useless. Many purchased items do not work as intended, leaving me with items bought over a month ago that I cannot use due to constant error messages. The in-app product descriptions do not match what is offered, leading to misleading purchases. The game claims to be "free-to-play," but in reality, it requires constant purchases to progress. Players who missed a specific pack from [redacted] are at a disadvantage. The game has become a money-driven, unenjoyable experience. I seek a full refund to end my involvement with the game, as it feels like an endless cycle of greed from the developers. The advertised discounts are misleading, and the pricing of in-game packs is exorbitant. The game operates like an unregulated casino, taking without giving back. It should be held accountable for its deceptive practices, and players should be refunded.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties making purchases from my Google Play account. In December, my child accidentally purchased £[redacted] worth of games. Although I received a refund and removed all payment methods from my account, it was frozen until I provided copies of my driving license and debit card. I need assistance in updating the parental controls on my daughter's Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Despite setting up the parental controls, I am unable to access them through the Google Play settings menu. Whenever I navigate to Google Play, tap the menu in the top-left corner, and click on settings, the parental control tab is nowhere to be found. I have extensively researched online and watched tutorials to troubleshoot this without success. I even attempted restarting the tablet hours later, but the parental control feature remains elusive. I attempted to purchase emeralds for £17.99 on Klondike. The payment seemed successful, but I never received the emeralds after waiting and resetting the app multiple times. I then tried another purchase for £8.99, which also did not deliver the emeralds. To my surprise, £44.97 was deducted from my bank account for these failed transactions. Despite being charged for 2x £17.99 and one £8.99, I have not received any emeralds in the game. I only intended to spend £17.99, not the additional amounts. I am frustrated and demand a full refund of £44.97 as I did not receive what I paid for. This experience has made me apprehensive about using this app for further purchases. I fell victim to a scam involving Google Play gift cards. I noticed that my subscription was unexpectedly charged on May 14th; however, my cancellation request was made on May 7th. Despite this, you continued to attempt charging my card multiple times during this period. As a result, my account may be overdrawn, leading to a bounced check. I believe that after the initial failed charge, subsequent attempts should have been avoided, especially after a week had passed from my cancellation date. I am requesting a refund promptly to avoid further financial issues as I require the funds to fix my car.
