I am experiencing problems with Golden One regarding fraudulent activities, and I am extremely upset. I informed them that my keys were not working, but the locksmith charged me $[redacted]. He also installed two deadbolt locks that seem tampered with, potentially allowing unauthorized access. I have one key that works, and the other one does not. Despite this, Golden One refunded the locksmith $[redacted]. I request that this amount be returned to me. Additionally, I am facing other fraud-related issues with Golden One. It feels like my money is being spent without my consent due to negligence and unauthorized transactions.

I reside outside the United States. I am being charged for a Verizon account linked to a phone I no longer possess, and they are not permitting me to speak to an assistant until I receive a security code sent to a phone I no longer have access to. Despite attempting to contact them via email, the charges persist. I have been abroad since February and continue to be billed monthly. I have reached out via email before, but no assistance was provided. I wish to terminate my account, but my requests are being disregarded. Please refrain from making any payments or using overdrafts as I am not willing to settle these charges. I can confirm my identity by answering security questions if you contact me.
