I am experiencing ongoing issues with GOG Galaxy's automatic updating feature. Despite having raised the problem through a support ticket, they keep closing it without resolving the issue. Each time I have to manually update it, making me question the need for GOG Galaxy at all. I have tried troubleshooting as advised, but the problem persists. It seems there is an unresolved issue with the updater that is causing this cycle of manual reinstalls. As a tech-savvy person, I find this situation frustrating, and I hope they address this known problem efficiently soon.

Hello - I would appreciate some help from those in the know as I have come across a bit of a difficulty. It seems Gog does not offer phone assistance, hence my attempt to Voice the Issue Clearly. I recently acquired the new reissue version of Myst from Gog after comparing Gog and Steam and preferring the style of Gog. Additionally, I have purchased an Oculus Quest 2 recently. I have a cognitive condition that considerably impacts my reading and writing abilities, making me quite slow. Your patience is requested. I have a fundamental query (likely a common one): Is it possible to play Gog games, including Myst, on the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset? If so, how would I go about loading the game onto the headset and initiating it? I must confess my total novice status in this matter, and conducting online research is quite challenging for me. Engaging in chat conversations usually results in timing out. Much obliged, S.F.

I recently bought Sudden Strike 4 The Complete Collection. According to their website, this collection includes the main game and all five DLCs: Battle of Kursk, Road to Dunkirk, Finland – Winter Storm, Africa – Desert War, and The Pacific War. While the main game works fine, I am experiencing issues playing the DLCs such as Battle of Kursk. They seem to be prompting for additional purchases, even though I bought the Complete Collection that should include them all. Any assistance would be appreciated. -Jeff

A friend gave me a redemption code for Neverwinter Nights as a gift, but when I tried to use it, I received an error message stating that the code had already been used. Despite reaching out to GOG support about this issue (Ticket #[redacted]) four days ago, I have yet to receive a response. I attempted to generate a new ticket through the chatbot, Zowie, but encountered difficulties as it was unresponsive and provided unclear answers. My email is [redacted] I would appreciate a phone number for direct assistance as the current support channels have been ineffective. If I do not receive a human response within the next two days, I will need to advise my friend to request a refund for the game.
