I need to check if Gmail is rejecting my automated messages sent from my Shopify account. Shopify Support advised me to verify this with my email provider. Here is an email I received from them:
"I am following up on the Order notification issue. Our Technical team is investigating, and they suggest you contact your email provider to check for any restrictions or bounced emails affecting your Shopify Emails. Don't worry, everything seems fine from our side.
After confirming with your email provider, please send us a screenshot of their response so we can escalate this to our Higher Support promptly."

My father is unable to access his Gmail account ([redacted]). The trouble started when his account was tied to +98 [redacted], his old Iranian phone number. Since he now resides in Canada and that number is obsolete, he couldn't log in on a new device when he forgot his password. We managed to reset the password using his backup email ([redacted]). However, this action led to him being locked out of all devices, demanding a verification text be sent to the outdated Iranian number. This poses a challenge as he is unable to receive texts in Canada. Despite exhausting various attempts like using previously logged-in devices and attempting to change the password, access remains blocked. Is there an alternative method to regain access, like updating the account with his new Canadian phone number? I can provide the new number if necessary. Thank you, --Kaveh

I need help accessing my Google account as I no longer have access to the phone number for verification, and I don't have the 8 backup codes. I also cannot transfer the Google verification app to my new phone. I have a subscription linked to that email that I want to cancel because it's deducting money from my account each month without me being able to manage it.

Can you help me resolve this issue so I can send my emails under my name: Paule COASNE?
Here are my 2 addresses: [redacted] and [redacted]
Thank you in advance.

My Gmail account is being bombarded with emails from various websites that I never signed up for. It seems like a bot has used my email to subscribe to these sites, resulting in a flood of confirmation requests. The majority of these websites are based in Europe, and the situation escalated when someone made a fraudulent camera purchase using my credit card. The bank flagged this activity along with setting travel restrictions on my card without my knowledge. I urgently need advice on how to regain control of my Gmail account and possibly get in touch with Google for assistance. Unfortunately, I do not have a phone number to reach Google.

Unusual Account Activity - Temporary Lockdown
Google has put a temporary hold on your account due to unusual activity. This can happen when there is a sudden increase in activity on your account. Typically, access will be restored within an hour, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Here are some common reasons why this issue may have occurred:
- Receiving, deleting, or downloading a large volume of emails via POP or IMAP.
- Sending a high number of messages to multiple recipients.
- Being logged in to Gmail on numerous devices.
- Browser issues. If your browser keeps reloading while accessing your Inbox, clearing the cache and cookies may solve the problem.
- Granting access to file-sharing services, email analytics tools, or third-party software that automatically signs in to your Gmail account.

I believe my email account has been hacked as I received warnings about suspicious activity but was unable to check due to being on holiday. Today, when I tried to reset my account, I got logged out from all devices. My recovery phone number and email are outdated, preventing me from regaining access. I have created a new Gmail account and updated my software. I am working on securing other profiles linked to the hacked email. Any assistance in recovering or deleting the compromised account would be greatly valued.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Praveena D., and my Gmail account is [redacted] Yesterday, on the 16th of November, my child accidentally reset my Android phone, which had my Gmail account as the only login. When I tried to log back in with my credentials, it requested a code sent to a phone number ([redacted][redacted]) that is no longer in use since I have moved to Bahrain. I attempted to use the linked recovery email [redacted], received a code on my PC, entered it correctly, but Google stated it was not enough to verify my ownership. I am seeking assistance to access my account and update the 2-step verification with a new number. I have my government ID matching the Gmail account name, access to the recovery email, and have no access to the old 2-step verification number. Since the last successful login was on a Lenovo K8 Plus in Manama, Bahrain, I kindly request help to regain access to my device.
Thank you.

Hello, I am facing an issue with accessing my Gmail account that is linked to two important accounts. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password and did not set up a recovery email or phone number. This prevents me from using the "forgot my password" option. Can any assistance be provided to set up a recovery address or prove my ownership of the account? I urgently need to access the account for important confirmation emails. The email in question is [redacted] Even a temporary login would be appreciated, as I intend to delete the account and create a new one. However, I must access important emails first. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing an issue with my Gmail account "[redacted]". Unfortunately, my mobile phone, which was associated with this account, fell into the ocean. I urgently need to access this account as it contains important files and photos. Regrettably, I have forgotten the password and did not set up a recovery email address. Every time I attempt to log in, Google sends a verification code to the same Gmail address, making it impossible to retrieve. I no longer have access to the mobile device on which this account was created. I only have the phone number linked to this account for verification. Despite numerous attempts over the past four years, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account. Your assistance in recovering access to "[redacted]" is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Google Team,
I am Deepak Soni and I have been facing issues with recovering my Gmail account.
My Gmail ID is [redacted] Some time ago, I enabled the two-step verification process on my account where I added my mobile number [redacted] and a recovery email address. However, due to a lack of information, I mistakenly set my own Gmail ID as the recovery email.
After removing the recovery email from my old phone, I tried to log in on my new phone. While I received the mobile OTP, the recovery OTP was sent to the Gmail ID I had added, causing me to be unable to access my account. I am reaching out from a different Gmail account seeking your assistance. I am willing to provide any necessary legal documents for verification. Your help in recovering my Gmail ID would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue trying to access my Gmail account on my laptop. Due to frequently changing my password for security reasons, this time I failed to save or note down the new password. Upon changing it, I got logged out from all devices and services. The password I thought I set didn't work, leading me to initiate the account recovery process. After providing my correct phone number and receiving a verification code, I encountered a further security step involving accessing a code from an email. One of the emails was linked to the account I'm trying to recover, while the other was from a long-unused account. Failing to access the old email account, I am now worried about not being able to retrieve crucial information stored in my Gmail, particularly related to my kids' education. Although I tried setting up a recovery email to an accessible account, the expected response within 48 hours hasn't arrived yet, leaving me anxious about the possibility of permanently losing access to my account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently updated my password for my [redacted] account. During the process, I chose the email option for verification as I no longer have access to my old phone. However, after deleting some settings and removing my old phone number, I got logged out. When I tried to sign back in, the two-step verification process only offered me a random number and the email I was trying to access for recovery, which doesn't make sense since I never changed my previous email to the one I'm trying to log into. I'm confused as to why this happened because I never changed my recovery email; it should still be [redacted] Additionally, I deleted some emails due to lack of space, but then when I tried to connect to TikTok, all the previously deleted emails were still showing up.

Today, I received a message from Google informing me that my account has been deactivated due to allegations of inappropriate content. Despite appealing the decision through Google's system, the account remains deactivated. This unexpected situation has left me unable to monitor my child's online activities, access crucial emails containing important documents, view my calendar, or retrieve backups from over five years ago. Vacation photos, projects, diaries, and other essential data are now inaccessible. The account deactivation has disrupted my daily life, including controlling my home through the Google Home app. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue as my entire digital life, including backups, is tied to this account.

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing my son's Gmail account. The password, security number, and email recovery options have all been changed. This email is linked to his Steam gaming account where he has invested a significant amount of money. I have tried various methods to recover the account without success. I am unable to find any Gmail support that asks the necessary questions to verify our ownership of the account.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
