I uninstalled the GMass application from my Gmail account, and the next day, both my primary email ([redacted]) and recovery email ([redacted]) got locked. I tried to answer the security questions but was unsuccessful. Then, I attempted the account recovery process using another account ([redacted]) and received a verification code. After entering the code, I got a message saying I would receive a link to reset my password in [redacted] hours. The message stated that Google needs time to verify the ownership of [redacted] If I do not see the email after [redacted] hours, I should check my spam or junk folder. I am requesting assistance in recovering the account by sending the Password reset link to [redacted]

I am facing an issue with Google/Gmail disabling my account, [redacted], without providing any explanation. I wish to rectify any mistake or violation of their terms but I need to know what it was so I can address it and have a chance to restore my account. This account is crucial for me and my 2-year-old son as it contains important documents and connects us to essential services like healthcare, bills, and food support. Additionally, I am unable to access Google Photos where all my precious memories of my child are stored, including his baby shower and significant milestones. It is vital for me to have my account reinstated.

Hello Team, I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, [redacted], after changing devices. The phone number linked to the account, [redacted], is outdated, and I no longer have access to it. The email is associated with my official HP laptop, and I am currently unable to use it for verification. The other device, a Motorola G5S Plus, was recently formatted for repair, and I need help to log back in without losing data. I never generated backup codes and now cannot proceed without them. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, [redacted] Normally, it wouldn't be a problem as it's not my main account. However, it is linked to my Instagram, for which I can't remember the password either. I've attempted numerous password variations without success. My father passed away last October. Since my parents split up and we weren't close to him, we don't have his gmail login details. I've been trying to reset the password but have been unsuccessful. The email is [redacted] One of his old passwords was Together4evr, but he changed it post their split. There are important things in his email that I need to access.

Hello, my account, [redacted], seems to have been hacked. A Trojan virus was discovered on my PC, leading your automated system to log me out and lock the account. I have tried to recover it 4-5 times. However, each time I am informed that I will receive an email in 6 hours to reset my password, but then I receive a follow-up email stating that my account was logged in somewhere else and the request is canceled. I have attempted to start a live chat with a support agent, but it doesn't appear to be an available option. I am struggling to contain my frustration as it feels like the system is siding with the hacker! Why are my recovery requests being canceled on an account that was locked due to a compromise and potential theft? The system's complexity is overwhelming. I am uncertain about the next steps to reclaim my account. Please provide urgent assistance.

My phone used to log in to my account is broken. I know my username. When attempting to reset my password, I cannot recall the correct old password. I am able to verify contacts in my account to assist with the login process if necessary. At 67, my memory isn't as reliable, making it difficult to remember passwords. Kindly assist me in regaining access to my account. I have a list of all my contact information stored in my account and require access to my Google account to reach other accounts like Facebook. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My phone was stolen, and the police recovered it a few weeks ago. However, since then, I have been unable to access my Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, emails, and Samsung account. I recently changed my phone and forgot the password to my previous Gmail account. I am struggling to recover it to transfer my contacts and other data to my new phone. Whenever I try the SMS recovery option, it prompts me with a different recovery phone number for verification. It then asks for Google authenticator, which I don't have, and to send a code to my recovery email, which I can't access. Despite having the backup codes, they are not being accepted. When I input them, it attempts to send a code to my recovery email, which I still cannot access. I noticed a charge on my credit or bank card that only says "GOOGLE PERRY STREET 16.24" in the details. It's labeled as a repeating charge, even though I don't have any subscriptions or current purchases. Despite contacting the number on my bank statement and trying various avenues like google.com/support, I haven't received a clear answer about what this $16.24 charge is for. I plan to dispute it as there seems to be no information available to explain it, and I believe it's crucial to have someone clarify these charges. I will also dispute the same charge on my spouse's account. The details mention "PERRY STRAIT" and a repeating charge, but the reason for the charge remains unclear. To whom it may concern, I am unable to access my Gmail account ([redacted]) even after verifying my password and receiving a code at my recovery email ([redacted]). It seems unjust that I have to provide additional verification due to breaking my phone. I am having trouble accessing my PlayStation account with the email [redacted] When trying to reset the password, I get stuck in a loop as it keeps asking for the last remembered password, which I cannot recall correctly. I am currently unable to access two of my Gmail accounts. I was in the process of updating the passwords and phone numbers associated with both accounts when I got locked out. I am willing to provide a copy of my valid state ID or a video of myself holding the ID to verify my identity. I have been in communication with an individual via Google Chat since its Hangouts days. Over the years, he has used multiple aliases, sent fake photos, and pretended to be someone else. Recently, he confessed to his deception, prompting me to block all four of his accounts. However, I am now unable to access the conversation thread and would like to obtain copies of it for evidence in dealing with this harassment. I have retained chat history dating back to [redacted], with copies available from [redacted] onwards. The aliases he has used are Brad Cappas, Brad Capps, David Swanson, Mark Bernetta, and another unidentified name. I've had to create multiple emails, possibly up to six now, and someone keeps hacking into them, stealing my information, including my Google accounts. This is causing a lot of trouble for me, especially since I'm dealing with a custody case and don't have the time to keep setting up new emails. Hello, I am facing an issue with my email account. It got disconnected from my phone number, and I have been logged out. Although I remember my password, I am being prompted to enter backup codes after inputting my password. I am not receiving the option to receive the code via my mobile phone. One of the email addresses suggested for receiving the recovery code is an old one, and I can't recall the password, nor can I recover it as the linked phone number is no longer active. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Gmail account issue.
