I am attempting to delete an account associated with [redacted], as I no longer use that email. Despite my efforts, I am unable to do so as the system suspects suspicious activity and requests verification of my ownership, which it insists can only be done through a phone number I no longer possess. Altering the phone number prompts the same verification request, and adding a recovery email encounters a similar obstacle. My sole intention is to delete the account, but regrettably, I am struggling to reach out to someone for assistance.

I keep my passwords on the "Notes" app on my iPhone, which is linked to my Gmail account. Strangely, the passwords page in the "Notes" app disappeared after it was emailed twice to my Gmail account without my knowledge. I suspect that my Gmail account has been hacked, and my passwords may be in the hands of the hacker. I've contacted Apple's Fraud and Security Department, and after multiple checks, they think that the issue lies with my Google account. It seems like my Gmail account has been compromised.

I own a Chromebook and have an account set up with my btinternet (main) email address. This email is used for logging into Google Drive, among other things. Recently, I had to create a separate Gmail address to share with three other individuals at university for a collaborative dissertation project. However, this new email address has now linked to my Chromebook account. I need to keep this new email address independent from my personal accounts and do not want it associated with them. I am hesitant to delete it due to concerns about losing data on Google Drive. Unfortunately, it seems I cannot change the address. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

I couldn't access my Gmail account using my password. Instead of prompting for two-factor authentication, a backup email that doesn't belong to me was suggested for authentication. After verifying my typing and trying the process multiple times, I realized it wasn't an error on my part. I proceeded to recover my account and change my password as it seems my account was hacked, even with two-factor authentication in place.

My account was disabled approximately five years ago by Gmail itself, and despite waiting all this time, I am still unable to regain access. I have numerous important files and memories stored in the email [redacted] The reason for the account being disabled remains unknown to me. I contemplate creating a new email platform named freemail, where users have full control over their accounts. I am eager to retrieve my data after waiting for five years, even though I possess the correct password, and Gmail has acknowledged its accuracy.

I recently got a new iPhone and unfortunately forgot the password that wasn't saved in my keychain. I've been trying to recover it through Gmail, but it doesn't prompt me for the security questions. Instead, it only asks for the date the account was created, which I am unsure of. I've tried using my phone number and a successful passcode, but it's still not recovering my account. The system says it can't verify my identity and directs me to a recovery page that doesn't provide any new options. I urgently need to access my email as there are crucial items stored in it.

I can access my Gmail account with my known email address and current password. However, I face issues with the 2-factor authentication needing to send a code to outdated phone numbers (Verizon [redacted] and Google Fi [redacted]). My new working number is with Sprint, [redacted]. The critical email address to recover is [redacted], which houses all my vital business contacts. Despite efforts and hours with Google Fi support, I am unable to resolve this promptly, leading to significant losses in business. I possess the password and can verify my identity; therefore, I seek immediate account access to prevent further disruptions.

I have an email account created about 3 or 4 years ago named after my three kids: Gabby, Chase, and Kiki. I am unable to remember the passwords, as my recovery email password eludes me. However, I do recall my recovery email address. The Google accounts I am trying to recover are [redacted] and [redacted], with the latter being made first. These accounts served as each other's recovery accounts and were accessed from various phones with changing numbers as I moved around the Oklahoma City area. I have important pictures, contacts, YouTube data, and linked text apps backed up with these accounts. I can provide proof of identity with my ID and social security card, as well as records showing my children's names as Gabrielle, Chase, and Kennah. I have documentation and memories from Midwest City and Oklahoma City. I am Kayci Kenner Simpson, reachable at [redacted].

I recently disabled the two-step verification on my Google account in anticipation of switching phones, but now I'm unable to access my account without it. Despite entering my correct email [redacted] and password, I'm still prompted for two-step verification. I don't have access to my old phone or number, so I used my recovery email [redacted] and received a verification code. However, even after entering the code, Gmail didn't verify my identity. I urgently need to access time-sensitive emails in my account and can provide my state ID, social security card, or even a DNA sample if necessary. Please assist me in regaining access to my account promptly. Thank you.

I have encountered a significant issue with accessing my Instagram account. Despite knowing my account information and credentials, the hurdle arises from the security email. Unfortunately, my recovery email is disabled, and my attempts to retrieve access have been futile. I am seeking assistance to remedy this by modifying the email for recovery purpose to [redacted] as my current email. I am prepared to validate my identity by answering any account-related questions if necessary. The aim is to redirect all recovery communication to [redacted] rather than the disabled [redacted] connected to my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am facing a complicated issue and I'm hoping for your assistance. Last Wednesday, on 9/10/[redacted], I and my friends were robbed while traveling overland by a group of unknown young individuals. I'm eager to retrieve access to my account, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, H. Youssef

I have an old Gmail account that I haven't used since [redacted]. I recently found the email but am struggling to sign in because I forgot my password. I tried verifying with my old mobile number that ends in 90, but it's no longer in use, and I can't recall the full number. Google gave me the option to sign in using my recovery email, which is still valid. Despite entering the verification code, Google couldn't confirm my identity and I can't access the account. This is frustrating as the account is important to me. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Kind regards.

Yesterday, my brother's OnePlus 7 suddenly shut down. He had forgotten his phone password and attempted to unlock it numerous times, triggering a lock on the device. After contacting OnePlus support, they advised us to press the power button and volume down button simultaneously to receive a recovery password. However, during the recovery process, security questions prompted the linked Google account email. Despite entering the correct email and password, we were unable to unlock the phone. Attempts to recover the Gmail password through Google have been unsuccessful. Without accessing the Gmail account, there seems to be no way to unlock the phone, and important online payment apps are linked to that account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue and helping my brother to recover his Gmail password.

I am having trouble adding my Gmail account to my iPhone XS and iPad mini. I encountered email issues and tried various solutions found online, like changing passwords, resetting network settings, updating software, checking security settings on my PC, setting up 2-step verification, and deleting and re-adding the Gmail account. Unfortunately, after deleting the account, I am unable to add it back. Every time I try, it prompts for the email address, authenticates, then loops back to the Gmail add account page before I can enter the password. I contacted Apple Support, but they were unable to fix the issue and recommended contacting Gmail for assistance. I tried reaching out to Gmail but haven't received any help. Consequently, I ended up redirected to this forum. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
