I've recently lost some important emails that I cannot find in my inbox or trash folder. Also, emails from friends seem to be missing. I've received emails within the last month, and when I search by name, older emails do show up. As an art teacher and artist, I recall being contacted by a gallery in Brooklyn, NY a week ago but couldn't check it at the time due to work priorities. Now that I've searched again, those emails are nowhere to be found. I've checked both my [redacted] and [redacted] accounts, including their trash and inbox folders. I believe the missing emails were on my [redacted] account. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Mary Frei

My account was hacked in July of [redacted], [redacted] The recovery email is not mine; it belongs to the person who hacked it, Monica Fabilia. I am in the process of starting a non-profit and going through a custody battle for my kids. That email holds 10 years of history. Can you please assist me? The other account tied to it, [redacted], is also inaccessible. My non-profit is named New Day Soldiers after my children, Macy and Nehemiah, which are also in my email address. It's frustrating not being able to access these accounts. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am writing about a situation where a client tried to use Gmail to forward emails from Teachable to Zenler Support. I received a confirmation email from Gmail about this forwarding request from [redacted] to [redacted] with confirmation code [redacted]91. The problem arose when I tried to confirm the request by clicking on the provided link, resulting in a Temporary Error ([redacted]) message stating that the Gmail account is temporarily unavailable. It suggests waiting a few minutes and trying again or checking the G Suite Status Dashboard for updates. I urgently need assistance with this issue, so please investigate. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance in recovering my Gmail account, [redacted] Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in the recovery process. I have provided my mobile phone number for a recovery code, a second mobile number when requested, answered the security question, and used a backup code (which I have saved in a secure location). The only detail I cannot remember is the registration date of the account. After going through these steps, I receive a message promising contact within a few days, but unfortunately, I never hear back.
The account is currently under a security hold due to unusual sign-in activity, and I have been informed that I will receive an update at [redacted] within 3-5 days. I am unsure about what steps I should take next to resolve this issue.

I am unable to access my business Gmail from my computers. I have tried resetting the password multiple times, but the process does not lead to the password change screen. Despite answering security questions, Google could not verify my identity. I urgently need to regain access to my Gmail. The last password I recall was changed about 3 weeks ago, and I unfortunately cannot remember the new one. A note with the password has gone missing. Google, please assist me in resetting my password as accessing my email is critical for my business operations.

I've been having issues with my Gmail account lately. I keep getting notifications about it being accessed without my knowledge. I can't access it through the Gmail app on my Android phone, and if I close it on the browser, I lose all access. I contacted Google last year, but they couldn't help without specific information, even though I knew everything about myself. Recently, when I tried to recover it, they asked for another email for an activation code. I never received the email, and the phone line was closed when I tried to call. I need to regain access to my account to secure important emails. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you. (The Gmail account in question is [redacted])

I am experiencing issues accessing my Google account and Outlook email program. The Outlook mail program crashes when I try to use it. It seems my Google Authenticator is not set up correctly anymore as the 8-digit codes are not working. There is a possibility that I have been locked out of my Google account.
You can reach me by phone at [redacted] or through my sister's Gmail, though she is currently unavailable. Please use the direct mobile phone number for the best mode of communication.

Someone has compromised my Gmail account, and I need assistance. The email I received from "Red Alert Emergency" led to an unauthorized app appearing on my phone. This resulted in my Apple ID linking to an old, inactive Gmail account. I also received numerous notifications about an authentication attempt on this old account. Additionally, a virus prevented me from removing credit card details from my iPhone. While Apple Tech Support helped with iPhone-related problems, I now seek help in deleting the old Gmail account [redacted]

My mother's Gmail account was hacked and deleted, and we are unable to recover it. She lost her phone at Walmart in Summersville, WV, on 6/10/19. I started receiving notifications at 10 PM on 6/10/19 that someone was trying to log in and recover her account. I confirmed it wasn't her. The next morning, she was signed out, and her password was changed. When we tried to log in again, it said the account was deleted. We attempted account recovery twice but couldn't provide the creation date or verification phone. We are struggling to prove ownership of the account, which she has had for over 10 years. We are seeking assistance or a better method to recover the account as creating a new one doesn't seem acceptable.

I haven't accessed my old email account in about 6 years and can't remember the password. When I try to reset it, I'm blocked from accessing the account with no options to verify my identity. My concern is that my ex-husband is the recovery email and I suspect he and his wife are trying to access it. I believe he may have changed the password and blocked me out. I'm certain someone tried to get into my account, but I'm unsure how to identify them. It's been challenging to reach out to Google for help directly in this matter.

I am having issues with Google blocking all attachments from being downloaded in my Gmail. I have spent hours scanning my kids' scrapbooks using the KIC Imaging Machine at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, and emailing the images directly to myself. Despite being able to view the images (pdfs and JPEGs), Google has temporarily blocked my account, citing issues with their virus scanners. This has prevented me from downloading or saving the images. Furthermore, Google did not deliver all the images from the KIC machine, stopping the process at 25 out of 59 pdfs. Although Google has sent an email stating that my account seems fine, it does not address or resolve my problem. I am incredibly frustrated with this situation.

Hello,
For nearly a year, I've been experiencing issues with my Gmail account at [redacted] When I use the dotted version of my email, there is another user with a different name but the same surname using the undotted version, [redacted], and I intermittently receive their emails in my inbox. I am concerned about the potential privacy violation if that user receives emails intended for me. The mix-up of emails due to the use of dotted and undotted versions by two different users is not what I expected, as I assumed that using the dotted version would reserve the undotted version for my use. I appreciate any advice on this matter.

I've had the same Google account for years. Recently, I received emails from Google about multiple devices accessing my account, changes to passwords, and my phone number being altered. I discovered someone has hacked my account, changed all the information, and I can't recover it anymore. This person has been stalking and harassing me, hacked into my Facebook and Messenger, and even deleted my accounts. I've received numerous notifications from Google, Facebook, and Apple about unauthorized activities on my accounts. I reported this to the police and they advised me to gather evidence. Please help me regain access to my account so I can retrieve these important emails. I tried creating a new account, but the hacked one is under the name Deana Heflin with the Gmail address [redacted] The password I used to have was "Minnie2112!" but when I tried to reset it, it wouldn't work. I was on the phone with Apple trying to recover the account without success. I'm willing to provide a photo ID to prove my ownership. Your assistance is crucial for me to take legal action. Thank you.

My accounts have been compromised today:
- [redacted]
- [redacted]
- [redacted]
I have spent the entire day trying to resolve this issue, which has been incredibly frustrating. I downloaded a security app that ended up being deactivated. Messages in my Gmail accounts were being deleted, and I noticed strange activity when resetting passwords. It felt like a frantic game show trying to change passwords before someone else could.
I need assistance to fully recover my accounts. I believe you can check the activity on your end to verify.

I recently changed my password for my Gmail account and unfortunately forgot it. I have a recovery phone number and security question on the account, both of which are correct. I also have a recovery email address but cannot remember its password. I do remember the previous password. Currently, I am logged in on my phone.
The password recovery process sends a message to the Gmail app on my phone, which I respond to. Then it asks for the answer to the security question, which I provide. It then says a code will be sent to my recovery email on the account. When I select "Try another method," it asks for the date (month/year) when the account was opened. I try another method again, but it ends with Google not being able to verify ownership. It mentions that it will take some time to recover the account.
This account holds almost 16 years of history and is essential for me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

After I changed my password and tried to log into my account from a different device (Laptop), instead of my usual (Tablet), I noticed that a different name and language appeared on the login page. The name is not someone from my Facebook friends' list. Despite multiple attempts to change my password, the confirmation email for the password change was still addressed to the same unknown person/account. When I went through the security check login process, I was prompted to identify people and photos from a completely different account that was not mine. Even though my account seems untouched when viewed from a friend's account, I am still unable to access it. I suspect it has been hacked but I cannot be certain. I need assistance in recovering my account and ensuring it is protected from future login issues.
