I'm having trouble remembering my password and went through the account recovery steps, but Google can't verify my ownership. I no longer have access to the primary recovery phone number. I selected the option for not having my phone and provided the correct phone number, along with the correct second recovery phone number and recovery email on the account. I received a verification code on my recovery email and entered it correctly, but it's still not verifying my ownership. I'm simply trying to regain access to my account and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you. I believe Gmail should be able to confirm it belongs to me since I can access the recovery email and second phone number on file, even though I can't access the primary recovery number.

Hi, I am having an issue with my email accounts being hacked. It has been 5 days, and I am still unable to resolve the matter with Gmail. Microsoft has closed my account as the hacker activated 2-Step Verification. Despite proving ownership, they couldn't retrieve my account. I am now waiting for Gmail to provide a solution. I hope they will be able to help me regain access to my account or at least block it for security reasons as my YouTube account is linked to it.

I am currently experiencing difficulty retrieving access to my Gmail account linked to a previous phone number. This account holds significant personal data such as photos, contacts, Tax ID details, addresses, and my Social Security number. The email address in question is [redacted], created around January [redacted]. I can provide accurate responses to security questions, and the linked recovery email is [redacted] I urgently need access to this account, as it is crucial for my PayPal and Microsoft services. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]). The password saved on my computer is not working, and I have tried several others that might be linked to it with no success. When I tried to reset the password using my recovery email, I received an email saying I did not provide enough information to verify my account. The recovery phone number I have listed for two-step verification has the second to last digit entered incorrectly, rendering it useless in verifying my identity. I need assistance resetting my password and updating the phone number associated with my account so I can regain access to my Gmail.

I am reaching out for help. Recently, we discovered that my boyfriend's account on a dating site was hacked, leading to his explicit photo being shared without his consent. In my attempt to clean up his inbox and report these sites as spam, I accidentally deleted around 20 important emails, including surveys and other crucial information. I am feeling awful about this mistake. I am wondering if there is a way to restore all deleted emails from 4/22/19, as I fear some of the emails I meant to keep may have been marked as spam or sent to the trash. I have checked Gmail Help without success. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to recover my old Gmail account as it contains important emails such as my flight ticket, messages for my friend Kitty, group messages, tax information, payslips, and more. The problem arose when I changed my phone a few days ago and my iCloud did not back up the data, causing me to forget my email password. I am unable to log in on my iPhone or receive verification codes as the phone number associated with the account is no longer active. I have been unable to access my account linked to my other email. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide with recovering my account. Thank you.

My supervisor, Ponani Sukumar, is facing issues accessing his Gmail accounts. It seems he got locked out possibly due to not verifying his phone for authentication codes. It looks like his password is disabled or he might have forgotten it due to memory issues. Today, I tried to assist him with the password recovery process. Unfortunately, he struggled to remember details such as his father's name from India, which he used to create the account years ago. The account recovery procedure indicated that he will need to wait 3-5 business days, which is concerning given his medical condition and the need to communicate with his doctors regularly. Please contact me at [redacted] if you can provide any immediate assistance. Regards, Doug Grimes, Ph.D.

I still have Gmail on my phone, but I recently reset my PC and can't remember my password from when I changed it in March. I received an email directing me to the "recover your password" page, which hasn't been helpful. I've provided all the necessary information, including codes from my phone and recovery email, but I'm still unable to access my Gmail or reset the password. Can I please have a security question or reset link like before? This waiting process for 3-5 days is frustrating, especially when I need access to my work promptly.

I have configured my Gmail account to send emails from my business email following the steps outlined in a video tutorial. Everything works well, and I can send and receive emails from my business account. However, when I sign out of Google and sign back in, I encounter an issue. I receive a warning stating that the message was not delivered because the settings for my 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date. If I remove and re-add the email with the same details, it works fine again. I would appreciate any advice on what might be causing this problem and how I can resolve it. Thank you.

Recently, my Gmail has been acting up by saving multiple drafts of sent emails and even saving in-progress emails as drafts without my consent. I find it frustrating that there isn't an option to mass delete drafts or trash in one go, making the process very time-consuming. I attempted to address the issue by downloading a fresh Gmail app from Google Play, but encountered an obstacle where it prompts me to login repeatedly despite being able to login and out without any issues on my browser. I've tried resetting passwords on the app and browser versions but still face the same login problem on Google Play. I'm at a loss for what to do next and would appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this perplexing situation. Thank you.

I usually keep my Gmail signed in on my iPad for easy access. This morning, I found it asking me to sign in again, even though I didn't log out. I was puzzled by the request to sign in and the confusion with my two email accounts. I believe my Google account should be linked to my Gmail. Despite changing my password to try to regain access, it didn't work, and I'm frustrated that I still can't access my Gmail on my iPad.
