I am experiencing an issue with [redacted] where HTML messages are not displaying correctly, even though the same email displays fine on [redacted]

The problem can be replicated by sending an email with formatting to both accounts, with [redacted] displaying the email without any formatting.
It seems there might be a back-end issue with [redacted], and I require assistance to resolve it.
Environment:

I need help recovering my Gmail password ([redacted]). When I click "Forgot Password?" I am prompted to verify my account by providing my linked phone numbers. Despite following all steps and providing the necessary information, Google is unable to verify me. I also have my gmail connected on my phone, but when trying to log in on my pc, I forget my password. I tried using my alternate email ([redacted]) and two-step verification from my mobile. This is my primary email account with important data and contacts, and losing access is concerning. Despite following all steps, Google still cannot authenticate me. This situation is frustrating as I provided all requested information. I urgently need access to my email and contact list. Google support has not been able to resolve this issue. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am currently experiencing issues with setting up a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone that was given to me by my brother. The Gmail account user and password are not being recognized after the phone was reset. The email linked to the phone is [redacted] with a password provided as 800padgettbuilders. When trying to set up the phone, T-Mobile is unable to proceed due to the device reset message requesting sign-in with the previously synced Google Account. The previous owner, Kyle Bray, shared security question answers: 1. Teacher = Mr. T, 2. College = CCCC (Cape Cod Community College), 3. City = Boston. The phone number associated with this device, though no longer active, is [redacted].

I urgently need to restore access to my personal Google/Gmail account to continue my job search, which heavily relies on Gmail and Google Drive.
I recently changed my password, but failed to note it down. When prompted to re-enter the password on my job search computer, I couldn't recall it.
During the recovery process, I mistakenly entered [redacted] instead of [redacted] for the recovery email.
I can't remember the exact account creation date as I deleted the welcome email, but I know it was before December [redacted]. I selected alternative security questions as I didn't want to guess the wrong date.
Although I correctly answered all security questions and verified codes sent to the updated recovery email, I received auto emails indicating a response in a few days, which is too long for my job search needs.
I urgently require a password reset to regain access now. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

My primary Gmail account was recently compromised. Although I managed to regain access and change my password, it was then changed again by someone else before I could enhance the security settings.
I've attempted the recovery process several times, but without success. Initially, I didn't receive the verification code sent to my alternate email as it went to the spam folder. Now I can input the codes sent to both my phone and email, but the final step requires me to provide the month and year the account was created, details I cannot recall precisely after over a decade.
It appears my request is pending review as I have yet to receive a response from a support representative. While I receive survey requests about my experience, the outcome has not been favorable.
Since my compromised Gmail account is linked to various Google services, including accounts containing financial information, I urgently need assistance. If you are unable to recover the account, I kindly request its deletion to prevent further harm by the unauthorized user.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]) as I no longer have the devices associated with it. I am unable to receive the verification code for sign-in on my new device. Even though I have tried using my backup email ([redacted]), which is listed as my backup account, it does not seem to work. I receive emails related to the linked account but still cannot access my Gmail account. I would be grateful if Gmail could assist me in regaining access to my account, as I have important information stored there.

Hello, my name is Dave. I faced an issue with my Facebook account. I had stopped using Facebook in [redacted] and deactivated my account. Recently, a friend thought I was back on Facebook, so I decided to reopen the account to verify. In the process, I had to reset my password due to forgotten details. However, when I tried to delete the account, I couldn't remember the new password as it was sent to an old email address linked to the account that was compromised years ago. Now, I am unable to access the open Facebook account I wish to delete. Despite my efforts to recover the old email, I have had no success. I have reached out to Facebook for assistance to no avail. This predicament is causing me significant distress, impacting both my personal and professional life. I acknowledge my mistake in forgetting the password and desperately seek a solution. I am looking for any help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Dave

Two of my emails, [redacted] and [redacted], were hacked, and the information was either deleted or changed. I attempted Google account recovery without success. I urgently need access to one of these emails for my tablet. The Chera0820 email's recovery email (carseneau22773) was also hacked, making it inaccessible. The other recovery email, [redacted], does not seem to work. With Beaglemom4649, I no longer have access to the associated phone number ([redacted]). Google indicates there is no recovery email, but the actual recovery email is [redacted], which is vital for my work at the homeless shelter. This email contains important documents such as tax records, school information, a copy of my Illinois ID, and a copy of my husband's social security card.

Two of my emails, [redacted] and [redacted], were hacked, and important information was altered or removed. I attempted to use Google's recovery options without success. One of these email accounts is essential for accessing my tablet, while the other contains crucial documents like tax papers, school records, my Illinois ID, and my husband's social security card. The recovery email for Chera0820, carseneau22773, was also compromised, making it impossible to regain access. As for Beaglemom4649, the associated phone number [redacted] is no longer valid, and the recovery email [redacted], which I use for volunteering at a homeless shelter, does not work as per Google. Chera0820 was created around November [redacted], while Beaglemom4649 was set up in September or October [redacted].

I am facing an issue with accessing my old Coolpad which is linked to my previous Gmail account that holds many important family photos, especially from when my daughter was born. While I now use a different phone number, I still have access to both my old and new Gmail accounts on the same device. Despite attempting to recover the old account, I am unable to due to not having access to the original phone number and the old email being inactive. This poses a challenge as the account contains crucial photos, including ones relevant to a custody court case involving my daughter. I can provide screenshots as evidence if necessary. Despite having my Facebook linked to the old account, when I input the information, the confirmation is sent to either the old phone number or email, both of which I cannot access. I possess the phone linked to both accounts and can receive verification codes, but I am unable to sign in as it logs me out automatically. I am eager for my family to view these significant photos and require access to them.

I need assistance removing the email address below. About half a year ago, I fell victim to a scam where someone posing as Apple remotely accessed my computer. They showed an Apple logo, leading me to believe they were legitimate until I realized it was a scam. Since then, I keep receiving "address not found" messages when sending or receiving emails. It's frustrating. Please delete the bogus email address below. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new phone from MetroPCS a few months ago to replace my old MetroPCS phone that is no longer working. When I tried to set up my Google account on the new phone, I realized I couldn't remember the password for my email. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover it since I need to receive a text message on my old phone for verification. Additionally, the recovery email associated with the account is an old one (bushiebaby2@gmail) for which I also forgot the password. Despite remembering other passwords I've used, I am struggling to regain access to this account, which holds important information that I urgently need. Your prompt assistance in helping me recover my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Delbert Stiner. I am experiencing issues accessing my Gmail addresses, [redacted] and [redacted] Whenever I try to provide the month and year that I created my first Gmail address, it claims it cannot identify me. Despite my attempts to reset my password, it's unsuccessful. Additionally, individuals allegedly impersonating me from Nigeria, when I live in Yakima, Washington, have added to my frustrations. I need to resolve this to delete games from my phone that are taking up memory space. Once my Gmail is functioning correctly, I can access the Play Store and manage my phone's storage. Your assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Delbert Stiner.

I made the email address [redacted] on a whim years ago but haven't used it. Now, I want to switch from hotmail to Gmail, but the verification email's domain (@hetnet.nl) is no longer active. Even answering the secret question doesn't grant access. I never used the account after creating it.

I have been attempting to migrate my Cable One emails to Gmail with little success over the past week. Out of [redacted] emails, only about [redacted] have successfully migrated. My husband is facing the same issue. We are using a PC for this process, and the transferred emails are not in chronological order. Despite revisiting the settings and import section, we have been unable to resolve this issue. I tried to contact Gmail customer support at 1-[redacted] but found the number to be out of service. Upon speaking with Jane at [redacted] option #6, who directed me to support.google.com, where I had already attempted to troubleshoot the problem. After being transferred to [redacted] for tech support, I found that the options provided did not relate to Gmail support. Cable One representatives were also unable to provide a solution and suggested asking Gmail support to define the error message we are receiving, stating that "This account cannot be imported right now. Please try again later." I am seeking guidance on how to successfully complete the migration process. Thank you.

When trying to access my Gmail, I was unexpectedly prompted to sign in and provide a phone number for recovery purposes. I entered my phone number, received a 6-digit code, and proceeded. Then, I was asked for an alternate email address for recovery and added a non-Gmail account. Following this, I received an email confirming a change to my recovery phone number. This sequence feels suspicious to me. I am concerned about a possible hack. The affected Gmail address is [redacted], and the external email used was [redacted]

I need assistance removing Google+ from my Android phone. I was informed that the app was supposed to be removed on April 2, [redacted], and it should be going away this month in April [redacted]. The app is taking up too much space on my device, preventing me from enabling Google Play Services, which I need to set as default. Google+ is related to Gmail, and it is expected to be phased out as promised. I read about this change back in March [redacted] and earlier in the year. I seek help and support for this issue. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, Cheetera616, as I know the AOL recovery email associated with it but not the Gmail password. When trying to recover the account, I correctly answered the security question about my birthplace and skipped the step requesting a text to an old number. I filled in the recovery email information and completed the process through AOL. However, I then received a message saying I proved access to the recovery email but not ownership of the Gmail account. I am now stuck and urgently need access as I am trying to reset a password for another app linked to this email. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
