I recently received an email notification indicating that I have hit my limit on outgoing emails. While incoming emails are unaffected, I am experiencing restrictions on sending replies and new messages. As a State Director of Referees, email correspondence is integral to my communication with players and others in my field. I utilized bulk emails to inform my sporting contacts about nominations for an upcoming event and to share the results of a previous sporting event, all sent in Bcc.
This restriction has also impacted my personal outgoing emails. Although my service provider, iinet, suggests it's a matter to address with Google, I was unaware of any limits prior to this notice. To avoid outgoing emails being marked as spam, I resorted to sending replies in separate messages with new subjects. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

I lost access to my phone and I'm unable to recover my email and other Google accounts. I can't log in on a different device because of the two-step verification that I can't complete without my phone. My account has been hijacked, and I have evidence proving my ownership, including my YouTube account. I can provide proof during a scheduled meeting and also show the email being used, specifically for YouTube. I possess the required I.D for verification of ownership. Unfortunately, the hacker set up Google Authenticator, changed the email and phone number, resulting in my loss of access. I had not used Gmail for a while and had not uploaded videos. I am unsure of when the hack occurred, but I can present my identity to confirm my ownership of the Gmail account. Thank you.

I am attempting to regain access to my original Gmail account under the usernames [redacted] or [redacted] Unfortunately, I am having trouble remembering the password and the associated recovery email. Considering I have resided at the same address since I was four years old, it is likely that the account was created from the same location where I created my new email, [redacted]
To authenticate my ownership of the account, I can provide some key details. The account has likely been inactive for the past decade with possible emails related to games such as Tribalwars and adventurequestworlds. If it proves impossible to recover the account, I would appreciate it if the account could be permanently deleted. My primary motivation for regaining access is to reclaim the original username for its professional appearance.

My father is unable to log in to his Gmail account as he has forgotten the password and is unable to recover it because it was created by someone else. The recovery email address to receive the verification code is inaccessible to my dad, as he does not have access to it nor does he know the address. Recently, I noticed some unauthorized activities and suspect that these accounts may have been compromised. After receiving demands to repay negative balances from certain banks, I realized the accounts were linked to these actions.
