My GIGABYTE AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming K5 motherboard, designed for AMD Ryzen AM4 processors, is not functioning. Despite various troubleshooting attempts, including removing all peripherals from the back of the computer and ensuring proper power source connections, the motherboard fails to post. I meticulously reassembled all components, ensuring every connection was secure and the CPU was correctly seated. Even after verifying the front panel power button's functionality, trying different DIMM arrangements in various slots, and attempting display output through multiple ports, such as HDMI and DisplayPorts, the issue persists. With no success in resolving the problem independently and the current lack of external assistance, I am seeking an additional contact number for support services, other than 1-[redacted], as the current line remains unresponsive.

Hello, I am excited about creating an Intel-based (preferred) PC with multi-client audio support. My issue with my current Gigabyte board PC arises when I use my Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) which uses ASIO drivers, as my music players/browsers cannot produce sound simultaneously. It seems that manufacturers do not specify this particular capability when listing motherboard features. My previous HP PC had this feature, but now I am looking for guidance on identifying a specific series or line of motherboards that support multi-client audio. If such motherboards exist, I am interested in knowing which series and models offer this functionality. If not, could you please recommend some model numbers from Gigabyte for me to consider? Looking forward to your reply! Thank you, Dave

Hello, I have a Gigabyte motherboard, specifically the GA-H77M-D3H model, that was functioning well until recently. Despite this, I encountered an issue where I was unable to access the BIOS, as the post screen would hang for around 90 seconds before proceeding to boot normally. To troubleshoot, I attempted various methods such as using different keyboards and USB ports, trying all available function keys, but the post screen persisted and wouldn't let me enter the BIOS. After some research, I discovered that removing the CMOS battery could potentially prompt the motherboard to enter the BIOS due to an error, so I proceeded with this step. However, upon reinserting the battery after 24 hours, the motherboard not only failed to enter the BIOS but also led to a black screen post which prevented the system from booting up. I am unsure of how to resolve this situation and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you, Hagai.

I recently put together a gaming computer with the following components: - Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 - CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G - Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) CMU16GX4M2C3000C15, installed in slots 1 and 2 - PSU: EVGA [redacted] B1, 80+ Bronze 700W I am experiencing an issue where the computer does not power on correctly. When I switch on the power supply, the motherboard's decorative LEDs and the memory LEDs light up. However, pressing the power button on the case does not trigger any response - the fans and HDDs remain idle. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as resetting the CMOS, reseating the CPU, and trying different memory configurations, but none of these actions have resolved the problem. Additionally, none of the fault LEDs on the motherboard indicate any component issues.

Hello Gigabyte, I made a purchase of a Gigabyte 2080ti Windforce OC 11GB from Alternate Netherlands in October [redacted]. Unfortunately, in early February [redacted], it started to malfunction while playing games like Battlefield5. The graphics card kept crashing after just 5 seconds of gameplay, and this issue has persisted since then. I returned the card to Alternate, and after testing it on their systems, they confirmed the same problems. They agreed to send it back to Gigabyte Netherlands for RMA/repair. It has been 4 weeks now, and Alternate has not updated me on the progress. I have tried multiple times to explain the faulty card situation to them, but the resolution is still pending, leaving me without a graphics card necessary for my work at IUS Track. Contacting Gigabyte Netherlands has proven difficult, and I am running out of options. Despite being a satisfied Gigabyte customer in the past, the lack of response and delayed resolution from Alternate and Gigabyte Netherlands has been frustrating. I initiated the GPU card RMA process at the end of February but have not received any solutions yet. I am eager to find a prompt resolution as I urgently need a working GPU for my business. I purchased the card under my company name, IUS Track. Unfortunately, I do not have the serial number as it was on the backplate. The serial number from Alternate Netherlands ended in ***1, which was the first card of this type sold by them. I kindly request your assistance in providing an update on the status of the graphics card. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated as I require the GPU for my work. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Olaf van der Hoeven

I recently purchased an LG monitor, the LG 32GK850F-B. When connecting it to my GTX [redacted] Ti video card, my PC's BIOS fails to boot. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Gaming G1 with bios version F7, and I am using Samsung NVME drives in RAID 0 configuration. Upon checking the BIOS settings, I found that CSM was enabled despite being previously disabled. I disabled CSM, saved, and exited the BIOS, but encountered the same issue. Switching back to my old monitor allowed me to boot into Windows 10 after disabling CSM. Win10 detects the new monitor when connected through the display port, allowing me to use it without any issues. Despite trying different display port cables, the problem persists. The LG monitor only works as a secondary monitor after booting into Windows. Unfortunately, Gigabyte's tech support has not been helpful, and I have been unable to reach them via phone. I am unable to have the LG monitor connected as either the primary or secondary monitor due to the consistent boot failures. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been satisfied with my GTX [redacted] for almost 2 years, but recently, I noticed artifacts on the screen. After troubleshooting, I confirmed the issue lies with the GPU. I made a significant investment in this card, CDN$ [redacted].19, and have previously had positive experiences with Gigabyte products. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with a replacement or repair. I used to take pride in owning a Gigabyte GTX [redacted], but now I am unable to enjoy games. Your assistance would be appreciated.

I am employed by ADT. We are in possession of a PC containing the Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO WIFI motherboard. As part of our inventory procedures at ADT IT Security, we track hardware using the serial numbers. To align with our Domain policy, we need to adjust the BIOS serial number to match the MAC address. Presently, the BIOS serial number is displayed as "Default String," which does not provide the necessary information for our inventory management. I would appreciate guidance or access to a tool that can help me change the BIOS serial number on this specific motherboard model.

I have a Gigabyte Alpine Ridge rev 2.0 that was working well until recently. Despite my efforts, I cannot get it to work again. I updated my motherboard BIOS, tried different PCI Express slots, and adjusted various BIOS Thunderbolt settings back to their original configuration. I have reset the BIOS, removed the motherboard battery, and reinstalled drivers, but Windows does not recognize the device. I suspect the Alpine Ridge card is not faulty, although I can't test it on another Thunderbolt-compatible PC. I am unsure of the next steps to take to reinstall it successfully. Should I install Thunderbolt drivers in Windows before enabling them in BIOS, or vice versa? I am feeling frustrated and almost ready to give up.

I recently upgraded my system to a Z390 Aorus Pro motherboard. To enable my Samsung [redacted] Pro M.2 SSD to function, I switched a BIOS setting related to storage from UEFI to Legacy. The change was successful, and my system is operational. I have some queries: 1) If I substituted the [redacted] Pro with a [redacted] Pro, would I need to stick to the "Legacy" setting? 2) What are the drawbacks of using "Legacy" instead of "UEFI" in this context? 3) Given the implications of #2, could you recommend an M.2 SSD compatible with the "UEFI" setting? Thank you in advance for your help!

I checked my RMA status today and it indicated that my GPU has been deemed physically damaged, voiding the warranty. I am puzzled as to how my $[redacted] graphics card, which I handled with utmost care and stored in a PC mostly unused, could be physically damaged. I packaged it meticulously for the return, including using an anti-static bag and protecting the PCIE x 16 connector. As a loyal customer who has always had a positive experience with Gigabyte products like my Aorus Master motherboard, RTX [redacted] Super, and RTX [redacted] Ti, I am disappointed by the outcome of this RMA. I was looking forward to selling it to make ends meet after losing my job due to the current situation. It is disheartening that a company of Gigabyte's stature cannot uphold its warranty promise to someone who invested heavily in their high-end hardware. I have come across numerous negative experiences with Gigabyte RMAs online, but I remain hopeful for a resolution in my case.

I recently received a replacement Aorus GeForce GTX [redacted] Ti Waterforce Waterblock 11G Extreme, which is exhibiting the same issues as the original card I sent for repair. The replacement card worked correctly for about a week before showing the same problems as the initial card. I had to cover repair costs and shipping for the first card. I kindly request that Gigabyte sends me the latest version of the Aorus GeForce GTX [redacted] Ti Waterforce Waterblock 11G Extreme and I will return the current malfunctioning card. Despite functioning well, the card struggles with FPS games like Battlefield V and Metro Exodus. I've invested the original purchase amount, repair fees, and shipping expenses, in addition to the frustration of troubleshooting on my end.

My desktop suddenly stopped working and I had to make a Win10 USB to fix it. Despite trying to repair it, I realized I need to download Windows anew. An agent suggested accessing the BIOS. Despite attempting various online solutions, nothing has been successful. I urgently need my desktop operational, but I can't seek assistance on the Gigabyte forums without account verification.

I recently bought and installed a Gigabyte B550M-DS3H motherboard (Serial No. 20349A025465). However, my PC is not producing any audio. The loudspeaker icon in the system tray always displays a red 'X'. The Gigabyte website mentions that the Realtek ALC [redacted] CODEC is the necessary audio driver for this motherboard. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the ALC [redacted] driver on the Realtek site. I have downloaded and installed all available drivers but still face audio issues. I am concerned that the motherboard may be faulty. I would appreciate any guidance on obtaining the correct audio codec driver for this motherboard. Thank you, Dave H.

I purchased this computer on 01/15/[redacted] and was tasked to install and deploy it. This is my first time building with AORUS products. I am experiencing issues with the computer getting BSOD 2-3 times a day since last August. The computer unexpectedly shuts down during peak demand periods. The Event log shows BUG Check Error and Critical Error 41 with no details provided. I have not made any changes to the hardware. I suspect it might be a heat issue or a problem with the overclocking. Assistance with adjusting clock speeds, stabilizing them, changing hyper-threading settings, monitoring temperatures, and evaluating the PSU compatibility would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help and advice you can provide.

I am experiencing various issues with my graphic card that I suspect may be caused by hardware damage. I have noticed random frame drops and short freezes while using my PC for non-gaming tasks, graphic glitches in games and other applications, and the fans running at maximum speed during gaming, resulting in temperatures of up to 85 degrees Celsius. Occasionally, I am also getting blue screens after playing demanding games like VR games for extended periods. Given this information, I would like to inquire about the possibility of a warranty repair or replacement for my graphic card, as it seems the 3-year warranty period has not yet expired. I appreciate your prompt assistance.

I bought an AORUS B560M Pro motherboard on Amazon on May 24th this year. I assembled my PC, and it operated smoothly until today. While idling on Google Chrome, a loud noise came from the PC speaker, followed by a freeze. Despite attempting various solutions, the DRAM red light remained on, indicating a potential motherboard issue. I suspect a defective or dead motherboard and have had no previous encounters with this problem. I am weary of receiving a refurbished unit that might fail again or getting a replacement that I cannot trust. I prefer a full refund due to these concerns. Thank you.

I am experiencing graphics card artifacting problems. I have already sent it for an RMA once, but it was returned with no issues found. Despite trying different components in the system, changing the memory, CPU, motherboard, and even the entire system, as well as using various monitors and reinstalling drivers multiple times, the artifacting issue persists. It occurs randomly, lasting briefly before disappearing for a while. After consulting friends with experience in computer repairs, I believe the problem is hardware-related.

¡Gracias!

I have a z590 UD (Rev. 1.0) motherboard with an i5-[redacted] CPU, and it's having issues with the Asus ROG Strix RX [redacted] 8GB graphics card. The problem is that there is no video output. I've tried resetting the BIOS multiple times, even updated it to version F6, but nothing has worked. I've confirmed the graphics card is functioning properly by testing it with another motherboard that supports PCIe, using different power sources. It seems like the problem lies within the BIOS. Regards.
