GiftTree.com Customer Service Issues

On Monday, December 28th, I placed an order for 12 balloons and a teddy bear. I was promised Disney Characters such as minions, Mickey, and Frozen on the balloons. They were meant for my granddaughter's birthday on Thursday, December 31st. Order number [redacted]-cgif-[redacted]. However, by 5:00 PM on Thursday, the balloons had not arrived. After contacting GiftTree, they mentioned the items were on the delivery truck, but they never arrived. My granddaughter waited outside from 5:20 to 7:30, leading to tears on her birthday. I emailed GiftTree about the issue, but received no response. When I spoke to "Kate" at GiftTree, she claimed the balloons were delivered, which I find hard to believe given the weather conditions. I am looking for a resolution to this disappointing situation. An apology and an extra special balloon bouquet are in order for my granddaughter today. Please provide a prompt response.

I placed an order yesterday, but when I tried to log into my account today, I received an error message saying "forbidden [redacted]". My order, with an estimated delivery date of December 19th, hasn't been processed yet, and I was expecting another email regarding it. However, I haven't received any updates yet. The website is also only allowing me access to the main page, showing the same error message on any other page. I'm concerned about the status of my order given the website issue.
