In February [redacted], we bought a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. In December [redacted], the ice maker stopped working. Despite being under warranty, it took over 4 months to receive the replacement part from Frigidaire. When the A&E Service technicians came to install the part, it was defective, leading to further delays. Despite attempts to expedite the service, organizing repairs with Dino's Appliance Repair and A&E Service proved fruitless. Each scheduled appointment resulted in confusion, with no progress in sight. It has been nearly six months since the appliance malfunctioned, and the lack of support from Frigidaire and its subcontractors is incredibly frustrating. I just want the ice maker fixed promptly or to return the refrigerator and purchase a different brand. Waiting this long for a minor repair is unacceptable.

I bought a Frigidaire Convection/Microwave model #FPBM3077RFB a couple of years ago. Shortly after purchase, the touch pad stopped working. It was replaced under warranty. Now, the touch pad is malfunctioning again. Previously, in the same spot, we had a microwave for over 20 years without any issues. Currently, the parts are unavailable, and I am not willing to pay $[redacted]-$[redacted] for repairs when I can buy a new one for the same price. The wait time for parts is also extensive. It seems replacing the microwave is the most practical solution. I am disappointed in the microwave's performance considering its price. I hope Frigidaire can address these issues with their products. Thank you.

After cleaning my new Frigidaire refrigerator (model# FFTR2045VS), it stopped cooling. I removed all items and shelves, leaving the door open for a while. When I plugged it back in, it didn't start working immediately. I had to unplug and replug a few times with pauses before it finally started working. Did leaving the door open during cleaning cause it to stop cooling? The manual mentions an alarm for leaving the door open, but it didn't sound. How can I prevent this from happening again? Should I unplug the refrigerator before cleaning to avoid this issue? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to address my concerns. I recently bought a new home with a Frigidaire stove in the kitchen. Although I initially liked it, I faced an issue. The stove door handle came off, causing the glass door to detach and almost fall on my pet. This poses a serious safety risk for my children and my elderly parents. I have tried reattaching it, but the problem persists. I am worried about potential burns or injuries. Could you please advise on how to prevent this issue in the future? Can a replacement door be provided for safety? I can also be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I registered all my Frigidaire appliances online and set up an account. Instead of ordering a filter for my refrigerator directly from Amazon, I chose to purchase it on the company's website. After placing the order last week, I have yet to receive any shipping updates. Trying to contact customer service has been frustrating. The online chat function is not working, emails go unanswered, and reaching a person by phone is challenging. When I finally spoke to a representative, communication was difficult due to their strong accent. I was informed that the part is out of stock with no further solutions offered. Requesting to escalate the issue resulted in being provided with another email address. Dealing with this has been a disappointment, and I am dissatisfied with the customer service experience. I am now questioning future interactions with this company.

I had a technician from A&E visit my home regarding my refrigerator ice maker issue. I explained that I needed an insulation kit due to a known defect where the ice box freezes up and stops making ice. Despite this being a common problem among owners, the technician insisted the door not being closed properly was the issue. This has been an ongoing problem since purchasing the refrigerator. The technician ignored my explanation, only wiped down the refrigerator, and left without addressing the actual problem. It was frustrating as he didn't even understand what kit I was talking about. It's disappointing when technicians don't listen to customers and fail to resolve the real issue. Now, I'm left dealing with the same problem despite the manufacturer being aware of this issue with their refrigerators.

I have been trying to reach Frigidaire by phone with no success. After being on hold for 40 minutes, I finally spoke with a representative who was unable to assist me. I am reaching out here to get some help regarding an issue I have with a 60-pint dehumidifier model. I have purchased three of these dehumidifiers, and all three have had mold growing in the tank shortly after purchase. I have cleaned the tanks and filters meticulously, but the mold keeps coming back. The issue seems to be with these specific units as I have other Frigidaire dehumidifiers in the same space that do not have this problem. The mold primarily grows where the water drips down into the reservoir, but eventually covers the entire tank. I need assistance in understanding why this is happening and how to prevent it as I want to continue using Frigidaire products without any health concerns.

I was informed someone would come today to repair my refrigerator freezer. I waited until 3 o'clock, but no one called or showed up. When I called customer service, they said someone would arrive before 5 o'clock, but no technician came. Then they rescheduled me for next Tuesday without notifying me. I had to reach out to find out no one was coming. The technician never contacted me. I wasted a whole day waiting when they could have informed me sooner about the rescheduling. My time is valuable too. This has happened before, and I'm very disappointed. I won't purchase from Yo Appliance again. You ruined my birthday weekend.

I have had issues with my fridge freezer, and while the appliances are decent, the customer support and policies are unacceptable. After spending hours trying to resolve the problem, instead of replacing the defective unit and taking care of installation and haul-away, they decided to provide a refund that doesn't cover all the costs, leaving me out of pocket by about $[redacted]. This experience has been disgraceful, with unhelpful customer service agents and a frustrating process. I will not recommend this brand to anyone due to the poor handling of the situation. The customer service number is also unreliable, often leading to surveys or disconnections after a long wait. It's disappointing to have to accept the refund, lose money, and deal with the stress and wasted time this has caused.

I have contacted Frigidaire multiple times, enduring 45-minute holds only to be transferred and disconnected. I purchased a defective Fridgidaire wall oven from Amazon on April 30, [redacted]. After waiting four weeks for an authorized technician to install it, they identified a faulty panel. Despite contacting Frigidaire repeatedly, there was no resolution after weeks of waiting. Eventually, they sent a new panel, but even after installation by a technician today, the oven is still not functioning. The service company has emailed with service number [redacted]4. I request a supervisor to contact me at [redacted]. My name is Greco. This level of service is unacceptable, and I may need to escalate this matter further. The extensive wait times for customer service reflect poorly on the product quality.

My freezer light started blinking. I contacted customer service, and they ordered a part without examining the freezer. The scheduled appointment on Aug. 20th involved two repairmen. One checked the back of the freezer while the other arranged another appointment over the phone. After being informed of a scheduling error due to a computer problem, I called to confirm my next appointment. Unfortunately, they disclosed that the part was unavailable when I inquired. Subsequent appointments faced further delays and wrong parts were ordered multiple times. As of 09/12/22, my freezer remains unrepaired, resulting in a loss of over $[redacted] worth of meat. Both Asurian and Frigidaire declined to cover this loss, offering only a $[redacted] card. Frustrated with the lack of resolution and repeated apologies, I have involved my lawyer to address this matter. Despite promises of follow-up, I am still awaiting a phone call. This ongoing situation has left me extremely upset. - Caroyl M-J

I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer a little over a year ago. I submitted a form by mail to obtain a two-year warranty. Upon returning home recently, I discovered the washer was smoking and the interior was warped - this is the second time it has happened after experiencing a similar issue with a previous washer by the same brand. The dealer informed me they couldn't help with the extra year of warranty and advised contacting Electrolux directly. However, Electrolux stated I needed to address the matter with the dealer. I am frustrated and confused by the lack of assistance. Now I find myself having to locate the warranty independently while dealing with a destroyed washer and no explanation for the issues. Both local service providers and the dealer mentioned they won't be able to inspect it for at least a month.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator as a gift for my daughter in North Chesterfield, VA from a store in Chester, VA on February 28, [redacted]. Despite living 3.5 hours away, I am dealing with issues of ice and frost buildup as well as a concerning noise coming from the unit. I have made multiple attempts to contact Frigidaire customer service since 9:19 am EST this morning, encountering long wait times and unhelpful responses. After being redirected to the warranty plan service due to lack of receipt, I had to return to Home Depot, driving 18 miles to retrieve the necessary documentation. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue and seek repair under the 12-month Manufacturer Warranty, I have faced challenges with uncooperative service representatives and extended hold times. The overall experience with customer service has been frustrating and disappointing.

I am a 70-year-old with diabetes and require insulin twice a day. On Friday, 9/17/21, my 4-year-old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working. I contacted Superior Appliance, and Tony visited my apartment on Monday, 9/20/[redacted], diagnosing a faulty motor. Despite being told to expect a call in 2-3 days, I was unable to reach Superior Appliance or Frigidaire on Wednesday, leading to significant food spoilage valued at around $[redacted]. Frigidaire agreed to send a $50 refund but advised against replacing the refrigerator. My insulin and eye drops have been in a cooler since 9/24/21, and I am concerned about their safety as they are in contact with water. I have an extended warranty until November [redacted] and am disappointed by the level of service provided by Frigidaire.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 8/2/[redacted], and since then, the ice maker has consistently malfunctioned. It only produces about one tray of ice per day, and the refrigerator has been freezing produce despite adjusting the temperature settings. Despite numerous attempts to contact Frigidaire for assistance, the issues remain unresolved. In one instance, a technician was sent out but could not work on refrigerators with R600 Freon. Each time we contact them, we are met with evasive responses. Given that we spent over $[redacted] on this refrigerator, we expect it to function correctly and deserve a prompt resolution to our problems. We urge Frigidaire to address our concerns promptly and effectively. Our refrigerator's model number is FRSS26L3AF0, serial number 4A[redacted]7, and it uses R600A Freon.

I purchased a Gallery Range from Home Depot in February [redacted], which turned out to be defective. Despite two repair visits, I encountered phone service issues each time with the virtual assistant repeatedly hanging up on me. It took a long time to get through and schedule repairs for the large 3-option burner, only for the replacement part to have the same issue. Trying to reach the call center proved to be frustrating with the virtual assistant not working. After the latest repair, the new burner is still malfunctioning, posing a burn hazard. This repeated problem is concerning as it could lead to a fire hazard. I urgently require someone to address this matter and remove the faulty appliance promptly. Frigidaire's product and service have been disappointing, and I seek immediate resolution from a competent authority. It's frustrating that contacting the corporate office is only possible via email due to the unhelpful call center assistance.

I purchased three Frigidaire products from Lowes in Marlton, NJ in May [redacted] - a Microwave, Stove, and Dishwasher from the Gallery Collection. After a year, the Microwave (Model # FGMV17WNVFA Serial # KG[redacted]0) started making a severe grinding noise, which stopped when I opened the door. I've been trying to contact Frigidaire via phone since summer, but calls are not being answered, and the live chat is down. I attempted every month for the last three months with the same result. There is no email or mailing address provided. I hope this form of contact will work. When a repairman came to fix the stove clock under warranty, he mentioned a possible issue with the Microwave's "Magnetron." I believe a reputable brand like Frigidaire should support its products more effectively. I trust Frigidaire will address this matter promptly. Thank you, Michael A. [redacted] [redacted]

I am Mary F. from Mount Holly, North Carolina. I recently received a Frigidaire water filter labeled as a Genuine Pour PW-1 for my refrigerator, but I did not order it and it was the wrong size. I discovered a $53.49 charge on my credit card statement dated 1/10/21 to Frigidaire. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks, contacting multiple phone numbers and sending emails to various companies. I need assistance returning the filter and receiving a refund for the incorrect purchase.

My refrigerator malfunctioned on October 1st. A technician visited on October 5th and identified the need for another part, assuring it would be delivered soon for installation by October 12th. When the set timeline was not met, I contacted Frigidaire to check on the technician's whereabouts. Surprisingly, I was informed that the appointment was canceled due to an additional part requirement that was not initially communicated to me. The new part arrived on October 14th, but I was not updated on the technician's visit. Following up on October 19th, I was informed that the technician was scheduled for October 25th. On October 20th, the repair company called to retract the October 25th appointment, rescheduling it for November 8th, which seems unreasonable given the prolonged inconvenience. I am now considering requesting a replacement refrigerator due to the extensive delay of 30 days for a repair.

I purchased a small fridge at Best Buy. When FedEx delivered it, I had them place it in my garage. Ten days later, upon unpacking, I noticed the door was damaged but decided to keep it. After plugging it in, I found it was overheating after just five days. Best Buy mentioned the 14-day return policy had passed and directed me to contact Frigidaire. However, reaching Frigidaire was unsuccessful as they lacked the serial number. After getting the necessary information, I attempted to contact customer service, but couldn't get through. I am seeking a refund and guidance on returning the product. My details are: Mark N., [redacted], [redacted] The serial number is 8A[redacted]9.
