Hello, I am a new freelancer from Bangladesh. I am under 18 years old and cannot obtain a National ID for verification on freelancer.com. I have a balance of [redacted] USD in my account but cannot withdraw it due to the verification process. Unfortunately, my brother is ill and I urgently need these funds. The only document I have is my COVID-19 vaccination certificate to prove my identity as Bangladeshi. I kindly request assistance as the verification process is challenging for me. I also have my Birth Registration Card as proof of identity, but the verification system does not display the Birth Registration option.

Hello, I am Mounika. I received a data entry project from someone named Soniya. I attempted to communicate with them on Freelancer without success, so I reached out to them via WhatsApp at [redacted]. They indicated a fee of [redacted] INR for an IP agreement, which I paid. Subsequently, they requested [redacted] INR for milestone creation, which I also paid, totaling [redacted] INR. However, they're now asking for an additional [redacted] INR to proceed with the work. Due to financial constraints, I declined and asked for a refund, but they are insisting on a cancellation fee of 3,[redacted] INR. As a student in need of additional income, I kindly request assistance in retrieving the refunded amount. Thank you.

After completing the payment to freelancer Mr. Rahul.K, I proceeded to deposit remaining funds into my bank account. To do so, I followed the verification steps requested. Strangely, shortly after this, my account abruptly logged out. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating, "This account has been closed." The only information provided was to refer to their rules article, which I found puzzling as I hadn't breached any terms, especially right after a payment was made. Regrettably, this closure has resulted in Mr. Rahul.K not receiving the project fees we had agreed upon, leaving me without the completed work. I have tried contacting customer support via email but have yet to receive a resolution. This unfortunate situation casts doubts on Freelancer's integrity and credibility. Immediate attention to this matter is crucial for a satisfactory explanation and resolution.

I am Divya from Bangalore. Ms. Deepthi offered me a job to type an 18-page document into a Word file for Rs. [redacted] per page. After completing the work, I was asked to pay Rs. [redacted] as GST to receive the payment. Despite paying, I did not receive the promised money, and Ms. Deepthi stopped responding to my messages. The person I was in contact with, using the phone number [redacted], then requested an additional Rs. [redacted] to release the funds. I find this situation unacceptable and am not willing to pay more. I suspect this may be a fraudulent scheme. I demand that the agreed-upon job payment of Rs. [redacted] and the GST amount of Rs. [redacted] be paid to me promptly.

After successfully completing a job for a new client on Freelancer.com and exchanging positive feedback, I decided to withdraw my accumulated funds. However, upon the scheduled release date, I was notified of a sudden account limitation for security reasons, locking my funds. Despite completing the necessary verification and submitting the required information promptly, Freelancer.com has yet to provide an update within the promised 48-hour timeframe. I am concerned as my account could face permanent closure and I risk losing all my funds if the issue remains unresolved within the specified 45-day period.

I attempted to withdraw funds from my Freelancer account and completed the identity verification process. However, I received an email stating that my identity verification application had been canceled, although I did not request this. When I tried to log in to my Freelancer.com account, I was informed that my account had been closed. After submitting a form on the website, I did not receive any confirmation email. I then contacted Freelancer.com support via email and received a response acknowledging my inquiry with a ticket number [redacted], but I am unable to log in to view the ticket.

I have funds in my freelancer.in account as a client, but I cannot create milestones due to technical issues. Despite having funds, I am unable to create project milestones after multiple attempts. The page is unresponsive. I would like to know the reason for this problem. If I am not permitted to create milestones, please refund or transfer the funds to my source account. Regards,

Hello, I am trying to understand why my account got suspended. Recently, I assigned a project to my coder and shared my account credentials for WordPress and Pinterest. Consequently, my account was suspended without any explanation. This has put me in a difficult position as my SEO specialist needs access to the accounts to continue their work. I asked for an Express Withdrawal of $34 to my bank account, scheduled for processing on March 6, [redacted]. The payment is handled in Sydney, Australia, where it is now past closing time. Even though the status reads "Verified," indicating my financial information is verified for payment processing, the money has not been transferred yet. Where is my money?

I noticed there have been monthly deductions from my account for a dormant account fee. I never received an email notifying me about any funds in my account to withdraw. The last time I checked my account balance, there was no reason for me to log in and verify. A milestone that was canceled took 43 months to process, and we were not informed when it was finalized. I anticipate having all the funds, $1,[redacted], credited back to my account, not just the $[redacted] that is currently showing.

I am having trouble cancelling my subscription on freelancer.com. I received conflicting instructions on how to do it, but none of them are effective. Despite requesting the cancellation, I keep receiving emails with incorrect steps. It seems like my only option now is to contact my bank and report this as a fraudulent charge. It's frustrating that I'm not getting the assistance I need to resolve this issue.
