I have been your customer for several years, but my experience has been troublesome in the last 4 months due to the closure of the WIND store in Mytilene where I reside. Each time I load €12 on my service and purchase a voice, data, and SMS package, the credit lasts only for about 3 calls before approximately €4 vanishes, hindering my ability to make further calls. This recurring issue has led to significant financial losses and inconvenience for me. Despite contacting [redacted] for assistance, I was repeatedly suggested that I might be making international calls, which I clarified was not the case as I use WhatsApp for such calls. The representative's insistence and offering of a mere 10 cents credit felt disrespectful. Moreover, encountering problems with the MyF2G app, such as it freezing and being unable to switch to English, further exacerbated my situation. Additionally, the inability to top up using my PayPal or credit card, which have been used without issues in the past, is severely impacting my communication as I am unable to make calls.

I recently purchased a Moto 6 cell phone, it being my first cell phone ever as I am over 65 and not tech-savvy. Unfortunately, upon encountering issues with the phone, I reached out to the seller for guidance and was advised to refer to the instructions in the package. However, to my dismay, the box did not contain any directions. Consequently, I have been using a significant amount of data trying to navigate the phone without success. I am struggling to access, send, and delete messages, particularly from unfamiliar international numbers like Somalia, Montreal, and Africa. This has led me to question if the phone number was previously associated with questionable activities. I kindly request an instruction manual to be sent to [redacted] Despite my attempt to retain my old phone number ([redacted]), I have encountered delays. Although my situation may seem amusing, I am genuinely struggling and would appreciate any assistance provided.

In February, I obtained a SIM card for my cruise ship work in Italy. I subscribed to an £11.99 deal for 6 months. Today, I canceled my SIM as it didn't work in England, despite topping up £6 as advised by a staff member. The top-up only used credit, and the service remained unavailable. To my surprise, they claim I signed up for a 24-month contract, which I was never informed about. I specified I needed it for a short cruise ship job. They are now charging me £47 plus £12 for August, which I find unfair. I feel deceived by their hidden fees. This experience has disappointed me, and I will not use their services again. I demand a refund for a service I couldn't use and for cancellation fees that were not disclosed initially. I shouldn't be held accountable for charges I was unaware of. Extremely dissatisfied.

I have a prepaid phone with the number [redacted]. My card expired on February 28th, and I believed I could top it up on March 1st without losing any call credit. Unfortunately, I lost all my money just because of one day. I find this situation unfair.
I suggest that customers should receive a reminder two days before the card's expiration rather than two weeks. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I hope something can be done to rectify this issue.
