Regarding my order #[redacted]****, I received 2 items, one being Diesel Only the Brave Wild. When I sprayed this cologne on my wrist, I noticed a very faint scent that reminded me of weak celery. I have previously purchased this eau de toilette from a department store, and it had a much stronger and more pleasant smell. I chose this cologne based on the reputation of Diesel fragrances known for their longevity and projection. Fragrancex rated this eau de toilette as 5 stars, but the one I received was extremely weak, with even the celery scent fading within minutes. I am requesting a refund and would appreciate guidance on the next steps. Thank you.

I am writing about my recent order number [redacted]1 for 2 men's colognes. The first one, Spirit Millionaire by Lomani, has a scent that fades within minutes of application, and unfortunately, it doesn't last long. The packaging is lovely, but the fragrance seems to lack quality. Upon testing, I found that the scent was not noticeable even after 30 minutes.
As for Lomani Heroes by Lomani, I was expecting a fragrance with notes of Italian Lemon as described on your website. However, upon trying it, I did not detect any citrus notes. This disappointment has left me unsure about the product.

I placed an order on Thursday, December 13th at 8:51 pm. On Friday, December 14 at 6:52 am central time, I called to address an error in my order. The representative mentioned they hadn't started processing my order, which was a relief. I explained that I only wanted one bottle of Versace, not two as ordered. The lady confirmed she would remove one bottle and refund me, to which I agreed. However, I have yet to receive the refund. After contacting FragranceX again, they informed me that both Versace bottles were already processed for shipment. Despite my earlier call that was documented, the representative apologized and provided a return label. I expressed my frustration as I had called to avoid this situation. I believe the refund should be issued promptly since the mistake was acknowledged during my initial call, and I was assured it was corrected, only to find out it wasn't.

I have been waiting for over two weeks for a resolution to my issue. Despite sending all necessary documentation to Ashly via email and being assured she would handle it, my recent call only led to frustration. When Shannon answered, she seemed unaware of my case, leaving me on hold for 25 minutes before stating there was nothing that could be done. I requested to speak to the owner and the returns department but was denied both. I simply seek fair treatment and acknowledgment of the evidence I provided. It is disheartening to feel like I have been labeled a liar. I want my Coach New York item returned so I can send it to FragranceNet. Due to the similarity in names of the two companies, I mistakenly used the wrong return label on the box. I am not looking for unwarranted benefits, just a resolution to this mix-up. Hello, my name is R. Morgan. I have been a loyal customer of your company and appreciated your services over the years. However, my recent purchase experience has left me feeling frustrated. I placed an order on 03.11.[redacted] for a purchase totaling approximately USD [redacted]. Unfortunately, my bank initially restricted the transaction due to security reasons. Once I activated the transaction feature, the required amount was deducted from my account promptly. I recently purchased a bottle of Coco Chanel and I've noticed that it lacks the usual strong scent that I love about the cologne. It seems watered down and barely noticeable when I spray it. I placed two orders online at FragranceX. I entered my card information, and the orders were confirmed with order numbers for tracking. Later, I received an email stating that my items were on hold because the shipping information did not match the billing address on my card issuer's record. The email requested me to provide my card issuer's billing information, including the address where my bank card statements are received, the name as it appears on the card, and the telephone number associated with the card. Despite never encountering this before, I provided the requested information. However, my orders were canceled, and the payment has not been refunded to my account after being debited. I have tried contacting them via email and phone without any response. I am facing difficulties with this situation, particularly as I recently moved. I made a purchase of four items on December 12. On December 17, I received an email stating that my complete order had been delivered in my mailbox. However, I only received half of the items. I am missing the One Direction perfume and one of the Coach colognes. I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past three days. When I call, I receive a message saying there is currently no one available to assist me, and the call gets disconnected. I have also tried emailing but have not received a response. I am very disappointed by this level of customer service. I had placed my order early to ensure I would receive it before Christmas, as the website guarantees delivery within 5 days. I just hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can receive the missing items in time for Christmas, as they are gifts that I need to give out.
