I am seeking assistance with a concerning situation with Fragrancenet.com.
My first issue pertains to an order placed on June 24th, with a charge processed on the 25th. Although they informed me that the order was shipped on the 30th, FedEx has no record of the package.
My second concern is with an order placed on the 29th. While the pending charge is acceptable, I have noticed an additional higher charge, nearly double the amount, also pending on my card for the same order.
I have attempted to contact Fragrancenet.com through various means, including emails and phone calls, unfortunately with no success. Their lack of responsiveness, absence of a chat service, and prolonged wait times on the phone have left me incredibly frustrated with their customer service.

On December 4th, I placed an order on Fragancenet.com with order number MX[redacted]13. The following morning, I received an email stating my order was on hold and requested billing address information, which I promptly provided.
Despite the charge to my card already being processed, I am still awaiting confirmation that my order is no longer on hold and information on when it will be shipped. Attempts to contact the company via the provided phone number have been unsuccessful.
I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you in advance.

I placed my order last Thursday before 12pm EST with next day delivery. Despite assurances, my package did not arrive on Friday as promised. Following multiple calls to customer service, I was told varying delivery dates, first by Monday, then Tuesday the 21st. Today is the 21st, and the package is still not here. I was informed it was shipped via UPS next day air, but UPS claims they do not have it yet. Each time I call, there are new promises and no resolution in sight. On December 14, [redacted], I placed an order for a 6.7 oz Hermes Man Intense Eau de Parfum, totaling $[redacted].59 paid with my MasterCard Debit card. Despite this, I have not received any communication from FragranceNet.com. Upon checking the status, it indicated my order was canceled on the same day. I want to clarify that I did not cancel my order, and the funds have not been returned to my account. I initially believed my first order was canceled due to an incorrect address. Consequently, I placed the same order again. However, the first Sauvage order with the corrected address was delivered to me. Subsequently, the second order also arrived on 12/28/21. I attempted to halt the delivery by contacting the courier on the same day, but they informed me it hadn't arrived yet, only to find out it was delivered the same day. I am seeking your assistance to facilitate the return process promptly.

I am adamant about wanting the product I purchased and do not understand why my order was cancelled. Not receiving any response on the phone is perplexing, especially as a loyal customer. This situation has caused unnecessary stress as I am eager to receive my order as originally planned. I insist on having my order fulfilled at the agreed-upon price without any further delay. I recently placed an order for uR fragrance and paid for it. According to FedEx, the delivery was made to my front door yesterday, but I did not receive the package. I am requesting a refund of the $30 I spent on this order. This experience has been disappointing as it is the first time I have used your services. It appears that there is an issue with the delivery that needs to be addressed promptly. FedEx claims the responsibility lies with your company, and I am left without the product I ordered.

I am requesting a claim to be initiated as the carrier claims to have delivered my package, which I have not received. The package's non-delivery could be due to negligence or theft. Since it is the holiday season, I made the purchase early to avoid such delays, which now would impact my schedule significantly. Hello, I had an issue with a recent charge from FragranceNet. While attempting to make a purchase and proceeding to payment, an error message appeared indicating a problem with the payment method and advised me to verify the information. However, to my surprise, $[redacted] was deducted from my account, even though my order was only $[redacted]. I have been attempting to contact FragranceNet for three days now through various means such as emails, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and comments on their posts, but have not received a response yet.

I recently made a purchase of Balenciaga perfume along with travel perfume dispensers through order number 2[redacted]5. After waiting for a week, the package did not reach the intended recipient. Upon contacting the customer service, I was informed that the package was on its way to my address. Today, when I went to collect it, the box was securely sealed, yet surprisingly light. Hello. I have always been a loyal buyer of Versace Intense Yellow Diamond, making two purchases through FragranceX. The first transaction went smoothly without any problems. Unfortunately, my second purchase has been a disappointment. The packaging was different from what I am accustomed to, and the scent does not last more than an hour. Regarding my recent order number [redacted]15, I purchased 2 bottles of Burberry Brit Sheer. Upon opening the second bottle last night, I noticed it was not spraying at all. Upon further inspection, I discovered the bottle was empty. I have never encountered this issue with any fragrances bought from your website. I am unsure if the bottle leaked at your warehouse, during transit, or if it was a defective bottle. A few days ago, my husband attempted to purchase some perfumes from FragranceNet. Each time he tried to complete the payment, the card was declined. Despite this, money kept getting deducted from his bank account repeatedly. Additionally, they didn't request a shipping address from him, and he did not receive a confirmation email. The estimated delivery time was 3-6 days, it's been 5 days, and the item hasn't even been shipped. I paid $10 for shipping and this is not the service experience I expected.
