I am reaching out regarding Order #[redacted]93 with Tracking #[redacted]5. According to FedEx, my package was marked as delivered on 10/5/23 at 3:32 pm to a storage unit, despite not having one on my property. I was present on my porch at the specified time, where packages are typically left, but no delivery was made. Despite my attempts to contact FedEx, I have been unable to get assistance. After finally speaking with a representative, I was informed that only the shipper could request further action. The delivery notification includes a blurry photo showing the package label but offers no insight into its actual location. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
