At [redacted] Griffith Road in Holt, Florida, upgrades to the lines were completed. Unfortunately, after the construction, the area was left littered with construction debris like old poles and screens. Moreover, large vehicles have created deep ruts in the land making property maintenance challenging. For over 20 years, dealing with the easement has been frustrating with little consideration for the land from any power company. Although access is necessary, respect for the property should not be overlooked. Despite being tolerant, the current situation is unacceptable. Assurances that the work would be unnoticeable have not been met, leading to extreme disappointment in the power company and its subcontractors.

The power transformer blew a fuse and caused a fire. My neighbor called the fire department, who came out and put out the fire. They noted the pole number and sent it to the utility company. The location is easily accessible as they recently cleared the lot next to it. I work from home and have been using my hotspot for the past two hours. I'm running out of data on my hotspot. I'm wondering why it's taking so long for the utility company to fix the issue, especially since there's no storm affecting the area. How much longer will this take?

1. There is a telephone pole in a neighbor's yard that is leaning excessively. I would appreciate it if someone could inspect the pole to ensure its safety. 2. Additionally, I am concerned about a tall palm tree in my backyard with wires surrounding it. I have been advised that due to the proximity of the wires, it's not safe to remove the old dead palms. A few months back, I accidentally hit one of your poles which then ended up going through my fence and into my yard. When it hit the pole, it almost split in half but no one has come to take it down since then. Currently, it's leaning towards our houses and with a storm approaching, I'm worried it might fall on my home and my neighbors' homes. The problematic pole is located on Big Tree Road, in front of Lacosta Village South. It's crucial that this pole gets removed promptly to prevent any further damage to our homes and properties. There are tall ackee trees growing near the power lines between the properties at [redacted] 43rd Street in West Palm Beach, [redacted]. The area is the responsibility of FPL. The space between the properties is cemented but trash from there keeps ending up in my yard. It's becoming a nuisance as I have to clean it frequently. The trees are too large for me to cut down and inaccessible anyway. I'm unsure what to call the space between the properties, but it requires attention as people are starting to dump trash there.

I need to update the account information for the FPL Acct at my condominium. My co-owner passed away on January 8, [redacted], and the electricity bill is currently in their name. We used to pay from a joint account; however, I am now the sole owner listed on the property records in St. Johns County, Florida. I need to contact FPL to activate temporary electricity for my employer, Royal Maria, LLC. In the past, I was able to provide information for a new business account, including the owner's email (who is currently abroad). As a landlord representative named Janice Marquez, I manage the property and can reference the previous 26 units in the building, now reduced to 10 units, including some new commercial spaces and the owner's residence. I have their FEI Number and any other necessary details. However, I require assistance from a live representative to have the electricity turned on today. I made a payment over the phone for an overdue bill on Sept 2nd. I spoke with an FPL representative to have the late fee and return payment fee removed, reinstated the direct debit, and set up text notifications. However, I received a disconnection notice today and can't access my online account. After checking my bank statement, I noticed FPL didn't debit the payment from Sept 2nd. I verified with the bank that there were no issues with the direct debit account. The bank confirmed that no payment was attempted by FPL in August or on Sept 2nd. It seems the problem lies within the FPL system. Please reinstate my account, set up auto-pay again from my CapitalOne bank, and stop sending disconnection threats due to FPL's system error.

I have an elderly neighbor who is facing a power disconnection tomorrow. She recently paid $[redacted].00 to FPL but still owes $[redacted].00 for September. She can pay the full amount but needs a short extension of about two and a half weeks. She has been very nervous about this situation as she has been a loyal FPL customer for over 20 years and has never owed them before. I live at [redacted] Bacom Point Road, Pahokee, FL [redacted]. A representative visited me over two months ago to address a tree near the transformer causing frequent power outages. Despite the tree being cut back after Hurricane Irma, it now engulfs the transformer, posing a danger. Yesterday, I made a payment through the FPL site to be deducted from my bank account. Concerned about potential insufficient funds due to another bill, I used speed pay today, September 14, for an additional payment to cover the extension amount. Kindly cancel the initial transaction made on September 13 from my bank account, as I have correctly processed the payment today using speed pay. I have not been receiving my FPL bills on time. After setting up the service in February, there have been issues with a person shutting off my electricity multiple times. Despite changing my security PIN, the individual was able to access my account again. A new account was opened to address this, but it seems to have the same account number as the previous one. I received a few bills but then stopped receiving them. Recently, I received an automated call explaining that some bills were delayed due to last year's storm. Now, I have a bill of almost $[redacted] due tomorrow, which I cannot afford as I am below the poverty level. I am struggling to reach a customer service representative over the phone since last Thursday. I urgently need assistance to avoid having my electricity disconnected.

I recently received a bill showing my balance due as $[redacted].65, of which $[redacted].81 is carried over from the previous bill. I want to note that I did not receive the last bill, which is why I missed the payment. I have now paid $[redacted].65 to FPL, with the receipt scheduled for 9/20/23. I kindly ask that the $5.00 Late Payment Charge be waived from my account as I never received the previous bill and I have a history of making payments on time.

Hello there 😊 I recently received a payment extension agreement from FPL stating the due date is on 9/25/[redacted], but now I've received a notice mentioning the due date is 9/21/[redacted]! While I can manage to pay the outstanding balance of $[redacted].00 by the 25th, I am unable to pay the deposit at this time. As a loyal customer of 20+ years, I have never had any outstanding balances with FPL and always paid my bills on time. Times are tough currently, and I believe there should be a solution to this situation without risking a power shutoff over a deposit when the electricity charges are paid in full. Your prompt assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙂

I am having trouble paying my bill while overseas. I received a [redacted] Error message mentioning that the request could not be satisfied. It appears there may be an issue connecting to the server for the app or website. This has been my usual method for paying my FPL bills for our condo in LCG, Lake Worth by clicking the "PAY BILL" button. Please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue.

We recently relocated to this address 3 weeks ago and were surprised to see the electric deposit is $[redacted]. I was out of town for two months with little usage and just received a bill for $[redacted].69 for a property where nobody is currently living. The meter was replaced without my knowledge during this time, and when I inquired about the billing, I didn't receive a clear answer. My AC was set to 80, no lights were on, and no laundry was being done, so I am confused about how the bill was calculated, especially with a new meter installed recently. Comparing to my larger house in FL with a pool and a boat, this bill seems incorrect. The customer service experience was frustrating, having to wait 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't help and then put back in the queue for another long wait. There seems to be an error on my account. You are attempting to charge me for electricity and money I do not owe or have used. My account has only been active for three months, so it is confusing why it is showing such a significant debt. When I called to have the electricity transferred to my name with my landlord three months ago, it seems that the transfer was not completed correctly, leading to this issue. I have all the necessary documentation to prove that this outstanding balance is not mine as I made the required deposits for my account. Please rectify this error on your end as my account should not be showing a debt given the short time it has been open. Thank you.

I would appreciate help understanding my bill, as it is unusually high. I live alone and follow energy-saving practices like doing laundry every two weeks, turning off the air conditioning at 12 midnight, and only using one bulb during the day. In comparison, my neighbors with larger households use the air conditioning more frequently and cook daily, yet they pay the same amount as I do. There appears to be an error on my account. The balance and account from my previous address were not transferred accurately. I have thoroughly reviewed my account statements and identified two deposits I made when I opened the account three months ago. However, the current statement shows an incorrect outstanding balance of nearly $[redacted], which is inaccurate based on my records. I urge you to rectify this mistake promptly as my bill is due tomorrow. Upon moving to my current address, I initially deposited $[redacted] and two days later, I paid the required deposit for that address. After reviewing all the information, it seems there was a failure in setting up my account correctly or transferring the previous account details properly. Kindly address this issue without holding me liable for debts that are not mine.
